City Auto Glass was amazing to work with! The level of customer service I received upon first connection over the phone was so terrific. The representative helped me find a time that fit perfectly in my schedule. I ran a few minutes late to my appointment but they were exceptionally accommodating. I have an older car and they showed me some rust damage I was unaware of and then fixed the problem. It was efficient and I had to wait just a short time before it was completed. City Auto Glass was exceptional and I m NOT just saying that because they had a ton of candy sitting out for people to take! I would 10/10 recommend going there for any auto glass (or just glass in general) needs. I might even break one of car s windows just for an excuse to go back! Even though they were busy, they got me in for an appointment faster than any other glass repair place, and then they finished my car sooner than anticipated. And the people who set up my appointment and then helped me when I arrived were so kind, helpful, and friendly.
