Wanna express my gratitude for Alex's professionalism, expertise, and dedication providing excellent service during my this week's visit to Universal auto shop.When my 2012 Honda Pilot required repairs, I was initially apprehensive after receiving a quote of $2700 to repair ABS and VSA module system from another car shop.Thankfully, a friend recommended your services, and I couldn't be more grateful. Alex went above and beyond to assess the situation and present me with three different options tailored to my budget and needs. I opted for the middle option, which was priced at $2000. Not only did this save me a significant amount of money, but it also restored my peace of mind knowing that my vehicle was in capable hands.I appreciate his transparency, honesty, and willingness to work with me to find the best solution. My car stopped working on me and I was referred to Alex. He was GREAT!!! He had to fix about 4 issues on my car and he did it in record time. My car was ready in a day. He also checked everything else on my car and let me know everything that I needed to fix to make my car safe. I really appreciate that he was concerned about my safety on the road. His prices were also great. He found inexpensive solutions to make my bill manageable and I still received all new parts, not refurbished or rebuilt. This is definitely going to be my family mechanic. And I'm referring everyone that I know because Alex takes care of business.

I have used Universal Auto multiple times and will continue to use them as needed. They are honest, don't force you in to a bunch of extra work that is not necessary. They give a fair price on the work they do as well. The work is done right the first time, no need to return a month later because the problem returns. I highly recommend this company.

I got excellent service and a good price on a full set of four tires which I ordered and had installed in less than 24 hours. Top quality place and the work was done by Alexander, who is also the owner. I myself am a craftsman, and I will say this and it will mean much to the folks who know. His shop was organized and neat but not too clean and his tools were old but in excellent condition. The guy knows his stuff and I will be returning for future work.Service: Tires

These guys are great! Great prices, fast work, and if there is any issue they don't hesitate to tell you to bring it in. They take pride in their work and finding a good mechanic is like finding a good barber. If you need work done go here I bivouac recommend them

I have been bringing my cars to Alex for years, he gets the job done, turnaround is quick, for most jobs I drop the car off in the morning and it's ready for pick up by EOD. Anything from an oil change to suspension and engine work. I have recommended him to friends and would recommend him again.

Had some suspension components replaced here on short notice. It was a fair price and it was done same day. He even sent me some pictures of the completed work. Seemed like a good guy to me, just brought car in for a inspection, and he was very helpful, I was hoping for an inspection that had paperwork that had everything inspected and checked but it's ok he was helpful enough, he even fixed a couple things for no extra charge. And since the little dealership I just bought the vehicle from ripped me off, the no extra charge was great. If u wondering what dealership it' was, Drive Appeal new hope MN.

My truck had issues starting. He's very knowledgeable & fixed the problem. He replaced what was needed & goes the extra mile to make sure everything's running correctly. He put in a new fuel pump, line & fuel filter in. Now my truck starts good again. I would recommend him to people with car & truck issues.
