Tuan s Auto Body did an excellent job repairing my car with extensive hail damage. He was able to get my car in right away when other shops were booking months out. Due to the smaller size of the shop it likely look a little longer than a dealership, but the work was done well with care. (Added bonus that a car rental shop is walking distance from Tuan s). Tuan is wonderful to work with, he helped out with some additional work that needed to be done without any extra fees and worked with us on the pricing. If my car ever needs work again, I wouldn t hesitate to bring it back to Tuan s. Great customer service, pricing, and overall work quality.

Tuan was able to get my van and jeep in quickly for minor cosmetic updates to paint and for hail damage. They did a great job, exceeded my every expectation, were beyond reasonably priced and great to work with. Client for life

I was safe and sound traveling with my friend in Phoenix, Mesa and Superior, then on my own in Tempe and Tucson. I did well in the rental car traveling between Tempe and Tucson by myself for several days. All was well during my 12 day vacation in AZ including being "strangled" in the nice weather soaking in the AZ sun when MN turned into a white nightmare at the end of February.Then I had an accident in my own car of four years on Friday 3/3/23 trying to avoid the gigantic snowbank from the blizzard that savaged MN in late February. (My city got about 17 inches from the two days' accumulation. It was rather unpleasant to see the piles over piles from the leftover of the previous 56 inches prior to the most recent snow invasion coming back from the sun-belt south). The damage was cosmetic yet costy. Overwhelmingly all MN body shops and collision centers had perhaps the best business thanks to the bipolar weather in the then frozen land of 10000 lakes. Apparently twin cities' mechanics benefited from it the most since they all informed me how long I had to wait for the repair.Fortunately, a friend referred me to Tuan's after I asked about her car repair. Tuan provided me with a reasonable estimate and the best price compared to all others I had been. I had a nice-looking car back within one week after I had it serviced. I am happy I found Tuan. He was able to replace the hood and paint the bumper on my winter vehicle really fast. His customer service is also way better than any other places I ve been to in the past.The car looks better than ever - he even went above and beyond by detailing the car.I highly recommend Tuan s Auto Body.

Brought 2 cars to Tuan s that had front end damage, they immediately took both of them and gave updates of the progress. Got them back quickly and was extremely impressed with their work. They even went above and beyond, they vacuumed my dirt-covered floor and buffed my headlight. Tuan even filled up my tank which was on empty, and didn t even charge me for it. I was thoroughly impressed by Tuan s professionalism, while also being down to earth and very easy to talk to. I ll definitely be taking my vehicles to Tuan s from now on, while recommending to my friends and coworkers. Also, it s always good to support local businesses.

This place is awesome. I needed a large rust hole in my wheel well fixed. A few body shops turned me away but Tuan gave me a verbal quote within 10 seconds of looking at it. Cut out the rust, welded in new steel, busy sealed it and undercoated for a VERY reasonable price.

If I could give Tuan more than 5 stars, I would. He was able to fix my car at an amazing price and faster than I expected. He gave me my car back at a better condition than before my accident by fixing my window and door handle at a low price! He also cleaned my other headlight so it would match my new one. I had my accident on January 21, 2023. I worked with my insurance company Progressive to find an auto repair shop to fix my car. I found Tuan's. I called and informed my insurance company I would like my car towed to his shop. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, 30 days later. I picked up my car on Feb.22, 2023, the car was making noise and overheating, the same day of when picked the car up. I called and texted Tuan. He said to bring it back in. We had another snow storm, so I was told to bring it in the next week. For the next three weeks, I called and text with no response or follow up. I have called my insurance company three times and communicated with them via text numerous times to report that I am not able to reach him in regards to my car. NOW, the insurance company cannot get a hold of him either. This is my final attempt to contact him to repair my car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

The job was done two days earlier than promised. They gave me a free loaner car while my car was in their shop. The price was VERY reasonable and, best of all, they did an outstanding body work. The car looks brand new and I can't tell if it's been in an accident or repainted.They don't have a fancy office/lounge but, again, they did a great job. I couldn t be happier with the service I received. If I ever need body work again, Tuan's Auto body is the only one.Thank you Tuan. You're awesome.Service: Body & Trim

Needed an exhaust and both bumpers REPLACED. Expected an expensive and time-consuming process. Enter Tuan: I was greeted with a smile, given a simple and relatively inexpensive proposal, and left with a MASSIVE weight lifted off my shoulders. Almost 2 days later, I found myself driving a NEW car. Tuan went the extra mile with everything, working both efficiently AND diligently. ANY body shop can do a bumper replacement, but it truly was the little things that Tuan EXCELLED at.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Tuans Auto Body is a great place. My daughter had a car accident and we brought it to Tuan's Auto Body. We went to pick it up this past Wed. and we were so happy and pleased with the work. Got into an accident in January and due to back order of the parts needed, I got my car back after 5 months. Overall job was great! Looks perfect, as if nothing happened. However, within that 5 months there are instances where he said he d give me a call once he hears something or he would say he ll call me back but never did. I ended up calling him back to follow up and to ask for any updates.Service: Body & Trim

I had gotten into a car accident and Tuan was very friendly and helpful with getting everything repaired. I stopped by after getting an estimate from another shop locally and Tuan was able to come in at more than 50% off the first estimate I received. He also took time to make sure he was looking at for the right part before providing the estimate. Once he got the part in, he had me stop by and quickly put it on my car. Then a few days later called me back and put on the cover after painting it. Everything was quick, easy, and fast. I highly recommend stopping by if you need any body work done on your car.

Tuan did a fantastic job with my car! His work was timely, and his repairs are top quality. He quoted me way less than what other shops I had gone to did and my car was perfectly repaired. I would trust Tuan and his team with my car any day!

Highly recommend. If you have need for auto body work, bring it to any repair shop for estimate, then bring it to Tuan's Auto Body. You will absolutely be happy. I am. From now on if our cars have body issue, Tuan's Auto Body is where I bring it to. Tuan's work is top notch in quality, professionally, courteously, quick turn around and low price. In addition, this is a very clean shop, nice clean location, very easy to get in and out.

Tuan is fantastic! Really takes his time and goes the extra mile to take care of the customer! We had an accident and Tuan helped us make the right decisions for the vehicle and even stored it for us while we took some time deciding what to do. Very fair prices, high quality work, and an overall great mechanic. I would definitely recommend Tuan's to friends, family, and anybody asking!

I got an estimate for my 2018 Colorado in mid July. I was impressed first of all with Tuan's attitude towards is work, secondly the tidiness of his shop and lastly the type of automobiles that were in his shop. They were mostly high end cars and the end result on the cars waiting for their owners to pick up were amazing. I had to wait until mid October to get the repair done as I needed the truck for daily work and other "truck tasks" I was going out of town for a week and called Tuan to see if there was an opening in two weeks. Tuan was happy to accommodate me. I left the truck with him and came back 8 days later to pick it up. To say I was "blown away" by the quality of the repair would be an understatement. It looked absolutely like new. I can't see any paint lines or slight deformations I would expect from other shops. Combine this result with his reasonable price and on time delivery and there is no reason to look elsewhere.

Tuan did an incredible job/service. He was efficient and kind and made sure to give us the best experience along with doing amazing work. The vehicle looks brand new (even nicer than it was before, definitely cleaner!!) Thanks for the wonderful fix ups Tuan!! Highly recommend Tuan for any auto body repairs!! Will be coming back to him for more service down the road!
