First time customer, and it was a great experience. Chris and Jamie were communicative, polite and straightforward with what they saw and were able to efficiently diagnose a complex and not obvious wiring issue on a newly purchased used car for my teens. I will be back for future services on vehicles, very satisfied.

Very honest. Had my brakes checked for a noise I was hearing. They found all in great condition. Just a little moisture likely after sitting overnight. Only charged a small inspection fee.

I have brought my car into them for the past 5 months now. Breaks, transmission flush, monthly oil changes, inspection checks.So hard to find mechanics that are affordable, reliable and trust worthy.I recommend these guys. They even allow my big dog in their lobby and they serve me coffee, as well. What's not to like?

Great price for an oil change and easy to book an appointment online. Included tire rotation and vehicle inspection for free. They text you a full report with pictures, and the advisor was knowledgeable when going over his recommendations and provided a reasonable estimate with no pressure to get the extra work done. Definitely will be coming back for any repairs or maintenance in the future

Trusted Wrench is wonderful . Great service, they will give you an honest estimate and their recommendations so you can make an informed decision for work to be done. They use text messages to let you know about things, and also take pics of their findings to help you understand what work they suggest. Before any work is done, you have the opportunity to approve or not approve the suggested work. They are very kind to answer your questions and help you prioritize their suggestions. I needed an oil change (which they honored my coupon for) and I felt they were honest, forthright, and very fair with their rates. I would highly recommend them for your automotive needs from routine maintenance to more extensive needs. Give them a try if you're in need of vehicle services

Swung in quick one morning due to a suspected nail in my tire. Ran in and they happily took it in right away since they had availability. Fixed the flat and filled all my tires for me and I was out in 30 minutes or less. Such nice gentleman in there too that are kind and honest about repairs. I ll be coming back in the future.

We cant say enough good things about Trusted Wrench. Jamie is hands down the best at what he does. Knowledgeable, honest, caring, whom literally goes above and beyond. We have taken all our vehicles in for even just the simple oil change and walked out feeling good about why we trust, Trusted Wrench. I have recommended this place and will continue to do so. I came to the Spring Lake Park location for the first time Tuesday. I was ready to be defensive since I have had disappointing issues. I am a woman, older and a widow. Came from out of state for a pool tournament and they got us in right away.. very very friendly.. and you couldn t ask for a better price in any state honestly.. and we have a large suv.. they also checked tires brakes and all fluids all for under $50 highly recommend them..

I was very pleased with everyone I dealt with. Freddy did most everything on the car and I spent alot of time in the garage for him to explain things. And Jamie up front was extremely helpful also. It was my 1st trip to Trusted Wrench and I told them they will be my mechanics for good. Says alot to how I was treated. Great experience. I highly recommend.

This was my 1st time going to Trusted Wrench & it will Not be the last!I was driving home & all of a sudden I heard this noise that sounded like it was coming from my tire. I went home googled auto places around me. This was the 1st one on the list. I then googled reviews on them. I felt comfortable with what I read & gave them a call. After I explained what was happening Jon said to head on over if I was free to have it looked it right then! I did as I was in between school pickups but nervous to be driving. The tire was stripping off which was the sound I heard & they put on my spare for me. I was in & out & able to finish my school pickups for my kids without being late or worrying about the sound or nervous to be driving. They put me at so much ease!After, I went home & talked over what they told me with my husband what was needed to be done & estimates. My husband called & was able to get in the next day for 2 new tires (another was also very worn down), new tire rods, rotation & oil change.When I got the van back I was so happy with the work done!! I had taken my van 2 times in a year to another auto shop to try & figure out why the steering wheel & under the van shakes when I brake. After they fixed the tire rods the shaking is Gone!! Going on highways especially was so nerve wracking for over a year because the steering wheel would shake some while driving. When I would brake it immediately would shake hard when I would go to slow down going 50+ miles per hour, I hated driving over 50 because of that. I hadn t even mention this issue to them and it s Fixed!!!All the workers there are friendly, knowledgeable & thorough when they explain the issue, options & estimates.So we are VERY pleased with the work, the communication & the urgency they put into our van. Jon & Jamie are the workers we spoke to & they are Awesome!!And to top it all off was the Welcoming committee, a lil dog, who is sooo CUTE!! My son wanted to keep him. He keeps asking me to visit the dog every time we drive by! :)We Will Be Back!! Thank You so much!!

Positive experience from start to finish. John went above and beyond to make sure I not only understood what was needed but also what wasn t urgent and could wait; when other shops made it out to be worse than it was. I appreciated having pictures of what was wrong sent to me before work was done. Communication was 10 out of 5 stars. I had a check engine light on. They would not check to see what code it was because people would then go to a parts dealer to purchase the part. They told me it would cost 155.00 to check the code. Do not use this place. A gentleman wanted brake work done while I was waiting for my vehicle. They would not do without doing both rotors and pads. Even if they didn't need rotors. This place is a rip off.Service: Oil change

I was in need of a pick up and drop off they helped me out with that. I needed a repair but it was not needed right away. They said hold off until the New Year he felt like the prices of some of the parts would go down. I like honest repair shops

Great experience. They take picture of all the work they suggest in their estimates and will text and email it to you- no pushy sales trying to get you to do services. Super bonus was they had a cute dog in the shop! Very pleasant experience. I went in for an oil change and to fix my AC. They did a free inspection on my car with this service and gave me a detailed breakdown of parts and maintenance price, and if any of the maintenance was emergency vs good condition. Fantastic and friendly service! Highly recommend to anyone in the Shakopee area. Great specials and general pricing on all services. Thorough and honest inspections/reports were provided to me, but staff was not pushy on completing suggested work.
