I probably wouldn t recommend this location. I made an appointment online. Called to verify that it was approved. They said it was. I drove 30 minutes to get there. When I showed up, they said they had to cancel my appointment. So frustrating, especially after I called to verify the appointment was made- and they said it was. I recommend trying somewhere else.

I was supposed to get road force balance and mind you I drove all the way from Minneapolis. And they told me the machine was no longer working. So I call back the next day speaking with the manager isac I believe is the name. And I get in and they tell me oh we were swap and forgot to tell you its not working still. I wasted gas to go there. But it's ok went to discount tire and they did it for free!

Nicholi, Isaac, Veronika fixed my flat and the FABULOUS Rhayne that put my tire back on were AMAZING. Abundant respect for Veronika and Rhayne - I love seeing women mechanics Kudos! - ALL EMPLOYEES were so very kind and helpful. They got me in and out quickly when I had no appointment. I was so happy that I scheduled my oil change with them for next week! I WANT TO COME BACK! So much gratitude to these people!! THANK YOU!!

So when they ask if you are going to wait, say yes even if its a no. Tires and alignment does not take 6.5 hours. What is the point of an appointment if it takes so long. I dropped off my vehicle for a 10am appointment. How long before you looked at it. I had everything planned for my day and knew how long things take. Thank you for ruining my evening plans. Just because I am not waiting in the office does not mean my time is not valuable. Rest assured I will not use Tires Plus ever again. Especially with your loss leader adds that never have the tires advertised.

Please do not use!My daughters car needed a serpentine belt. They said it need a new AC compressor. Then proceeded to charge me $80.99 for a $22 belt! And $557.99 for a remanufactured compressor. When a new one is $400.When asked he said it was not remanufactured. I said that is what it says on the bill. He just said it was new???So only go there if you want to be over charged and lied to!

Terrible customer service. My experience was poor to say the least. I bring my vehicle in for an alignment and due to my control arm being loose they declined me "as they should". Shortly after the service writer tells me I'm being charged for diagnostics which was not discussed and I refused to pay. The service writer gets aggressive and storms into the shop, I get my car and off I go. Fast forward a few months. I've not taken my car anywhere and I do my own repairs and I also use a torque wrench for my wheels when finished. Somehow some way, my lugs are so tight I need a cheater bar on a breaker bar and my vehicle is full pressed forward and I'm not a small or ill. I'm glad I figured this out before my wife ended up stranded with this issue. Do not do business here.

Place is understaffed. Did a great job with what they had. Whatever corporate is doing to prevent them from hiring, stop doing it and the place will be great. Not every location needs labor reduction to show profits

A week ago, I walked in this Tire Plus shop in Shakopee to set an appointment for alignment. It was scheduled for the following Friday, one week apart. I came for my appointment 5 mins before the scheduled time, and I was told the technician that should work on my car is at his "other job" and I had to wait for a minimum of two hours while he showed up.l, and my car would be worked on.That is just unacceptable and disrespectful to a customer. Yes, I understand this happens, and at least, I should have been informed about the change in plans and I can adjust accordingly.The sad thing is that, the technician at the front desk seems don't care and was not moved by the inconvenience caused.Well, I took my business to a different location, and I hope they will be helpfulService: Wheel alignment

Well from my Experience, very Fast & friendly ..I did just an Oil change & the checked the car for maintenance for around $75 , and gave another discount $10 from coupon I found online using my Phone that was nice ..

Very rude customer service. Told us that no prior appointment was necessary, that we should just walk in. We showed up first at 8 am which is when they are SUPPOSED to open, says so online and on the store printed hours. We waited over an hour, no one showed up. Finally, when they did show up, at 9 am The manager walked right past the group of waiting people outside without saying a word. Shut the door in everyones face too. And ultimately refused service due to lack of an appointment which they said we didn t need to schedule. Wouldn t recommend if you re looking for good customer service, or service at all really.

Tires plus ripped off my 16 year old son. I booked an appointment for my son to get his first oil change on his first vehicle. When I made the appointment, I told them to do the cheapest oil change they had which was $29.99 because my son was paying for it with his own money when my son went in for oil change they put a synthetic oil and when he went to check out they wanted to charge and $89.99. He called me from the store and I talk to the store manager. The store manager said he would not honor the $29.99 price even know my son had the coupon for it and said if we didn t pay the $89.99 he would not release the vehicle. He was very very rude. He basically extorted us to either pay the over priced fee or not get our vehicle. We had no choice but to pay. Whatever you do, don t take your vehicle to tires plus!

Brought my car in months ago and had my engine codes read at no charge in addition to receiving some advice on what the issue likely was and how soon to address it. Ultimately scheduled service with them and had a great experience! Austin referred me, but Bryan helped me out the most. He was very friendly and personable and listened to my issues with genuine care and concern! I received updates as they worked on my car and got a call as soon as they were finished with the repair. Best part is that the repair was quick and reasonably priced! Definitely will come back if I ever need additional assistance!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Pros: Friendly people, never had any issues with schedulingCons: Poor communication, not all repairs completed as requested, mistakes on simple things like oil changesI'll still go here out of convenience, but I kinda expect more from these guys.

Right before leaving for a three hour road trip with three children I couldn t find any place to check the air in my tires. We happen to see this place open and after explaining, without hesitation one of the kind mechanics stopped what he was doing to check them. He was so quick I didn t catch his name, thank you to the man who made sure my family was safe for our trip.

Brought my car in this past weekend to have my AC fixed. Big shoutout to Austin who was not only super helpful but made sure my car was taken care of. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and definitely felt taken care of during my visit. (Funny guy too!!) Will be coming back as a regular forsure!

Went out to my car early afternoon to see one of my tires were flat, called tires plus and spoke with Nick and Austin and they were awesome and extremely kind and were able to get me in same day so I didn t have to miss my shift as an emergency vet tech! Treated me with so much kindness and were very up-front with me about cost, tires and other potential issues.Service: Tires

I've taken my cars to the Shakopee Tires Plus for about 8 years. They've really gone downhill. I used to feel like I could rely on their recommendations. Now they try high pressure sales tactics and to upsell whenever possible. After my most recent visit I am switching to another auto shop and tire supplier where I feel I can get real professional advice and service I can trust.

My expectations were exceeded with the customer service here provided I walked in without an appointment on a busy Saturday afternoon. The weather has been bad andd my tire needed changing. Thank you Tires Plus of Shakopee for your quick services I appreciate it. Roads are so bad I am unsure how much farther we could have traveled before getting help.

Charged me for my "free" tire rotation. Lied about the price up front. Then installed 4 flat tires and let me drive off even with the flat tire alert flashing. Very unprofessional and unsafe. Will not be back.

Power steering was fine. Took it in to have two tires replaced and upon leaving the power steering didn't work and my ABS light was on. Took it back immediately and the young man there told me there was nothing they did into take it to the dealership. I called the manager on Monday who said to bring it in after inspecting it they told me that a wheel bearing was crushed and it could not have possibly been anything they did and then wanted to charge me $120 for their diagnosis.Its a rare coincidence and neither did the guy who pulled it out of the shop mention the power steering wasn't working.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Great customer service at this location. Brought my daughters car for new tires here a few months ago and had great service then. Although I live almost an hour away I chose to come back for my vehicle when I blew a tire yesterday on the highway. They got me in right away and even got the tires I wanted delivered same day. Bryan was outstanding and the reason I came to this location. I ve had poor service at other locations but this one has exceeded my expectations. The store manager Zach was also great to work with!

Worst customer service ever. Went into the business to purchase a tire I needed for my car I knew the size and was pretty much willing to pay whatever I needed to since I needed the tire to bring home so my father could put it on my car befor I needed to work the next evening I was in the store a half hour before they closed stood in line as all the other workers were clocking out and leaving the store. Got to be my turn and he turned me away a quarter befor 7pm. Probably would have taken less than 5 minutes to just ring up a tire and swipe my credit card but okay Service: Tires

Tires Plus in Shakopee will not honor manufacturer tread mileage warranties. The managers are dishonest. Do you yourself a big favor and buy tires from a different store.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had an unexpected blow out of 2 tires across the street on the interstate beside Tires Plus. Got towed in Saturday night and was really nervous they couldnt fit me in Sunday at such a short notice. I was wrong! I talked to Austin and he was fantastic! He got me in and took care of me! Knowing that it was unexpected and that I didnt have much money he told me when I arrived that there was another $40 discount for buying 2 tires. Said he wanted to tell me in person because he enjoys seeing peoples reactions and that there isnt much fun in the automotive business. He is right. Usually you only hear how expensive things will be and you always feel like you are paying more. Being a woman, my fear of being taken of advantage of is always a concern. I didnt get that here. I was taken care of very quickly and out the door with a very reasonable price. I will always recommend this shop, even though I live in St cloud!Service: Tires

Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Went in for tires and was up sold on a coolant flush. The next morning my engine light came on. I had to take it back 3 times taking time from work before Zach the store manager said he couldn t fix it and to take it elsewhere. I took it to the dealer where they told me that they put the wrong coolant in my car. I brought the car back to tires plus to get a refund a Zach wasn t going to refund me until I had to demand it. Then he threatened to call the police and was told never to come back. I will be taking this to corporate. Don t let Zach and them do anything under the hood. They don t even deserve 1star.

TLDR: they cancelled my appointment just a few hours before it was supposed to happen.Set up an appointment for an oil change and brake replacement at 6pm. They called to confirm the appointment and asked if I could come in earlier in case they needed to order parts. That s a fair request, but I did inform them that I work until 5pm. They said that they could make that work. The day of the appointment, they called me 3 hours before my appointment time asking again if I could come earlier. Again I told them that I can t because of work, so they tell me I have to reschedule.

I came in on 11/26/22 for winter tires swap. Front desk guy not not friendly at all who happens to be the service manager.First they broke my lug nut key. He is full of excuses. When I asked them to give me another key he came up with so many reasons why they were not responsible for breaking the lug nut key and suggested I should buy one at autozone, Discount tire or dealership. Then they failed to check my tires pressure. My light turned with in minutes after I left when came back he told me he could not check the pressures at that time that I needed to come back later or go to a sister store. I m getting in contact with the store manager. I m thrill to hear what he has to say hopefully not full of excuses tooService: Tires
