I worked with Apple Ford in Shakopee for some warranty work on my F150 this week Just wanted to shout out to both Neal and Dominic for the excellent care I was given on several visits and over the phone. They have an excellent waiting area to hang out in, and both times I was on my way in less time than was quoted. I am very satisfied with the service and the outcome. Dominic even messaged me an actual video of the findings, which was reassuring. Thanks again!

Terrible customer service and blaming the customer after work was done for a recall on vehicle. As soon as a customer service rep says "as I said" or "like I said" when a customer is looking for clarification (or if they haven't answered the question), it is now a combative conversation.Unfortunately, we are looking to purchase a new car soon and leaning toward another Ford after being a loyal customer for seven/eight years. Now, we will definitely be purchasing something else.

Second experience here was terrible. I thought I'll give them another chance and get an oil change. Walked in to get it set up and the six people that were in the shop chatting with each other ignored me. I stood there for right around five minutes....one guy looks up and asks "Oil change?", my reply was don't worry about it I'll go somewhere else. I got great service instead at Jiffy Lube.

We live out of state and our Ford broke down as we arrived in MN. We had our car towed to Apple Ford, and service was able to check it over, find the repair was going to be extensive and set up a car rental for us so we could get back home to our kids. Nancy checked in with us every day with an update. Apple Ford and Nancy were outstanding, customer service and care were top notch and we have zero complaints about our entire experience with the service we received. They have a oil (semi synthetic) change deal now for 59.99 which includes a bunch of stuff. Multipoint inspection and tire rotation and I asked them to show me how to change the air filters myself. They were happy to show me.
