The owners brother does locksmith work. Total rip off. Told me the cost would be $325 total. Took two days to program the ignition key , terrible communication charged me $570. I did order an extra key for $50; but come on?? What the h do you get for $325? Trip charges? Not my problem you can't get it. Terrible communication and service.

Vehicle lock out scam. Shows up and says $380 to unlock your car. We say no. Goes down to $200. Still a scam.

Absolutely perfect service from start to finish. Picked the car up early AM and kept us informed throughout the day of all progress. Sent a video via text showing every detail of the car and pointed out any recommendations. Then a checklist of advisories we could accept or refuse. Overall the cost for service, mot and oil change was excellent and I was thrilled. The car came back the next day beautifully clean. I will definitely be coming here again for next year's Rukkys and service

I used this company to buy myself a new car and I dealt with Rukky. He was a great help, knew how to explain in depth with me what qualities the car came with and was very comfortable around him, didn't rush me and allowed me to talk about my feeling about the car without talking over me. A very nice guy, love my new car, great service and great company, I do recommend!!

Friendly & Professional - sold our car through Autos Rukkys and very pleased with how the whole process went. They were professional, helpful and transparent. We got a great price for our car and the price they advised initially so we couldn t be happier. Thank you Autos Rukkys we will likely use you again and would recommend them to anyone.

Do you not buy a car here, all this comments are fake! This man called Obaro Freeman also known as Rukkys own this auto sale that is INACTIVE and he is a thief, he robbed us of $11K for a car we bought In March 2023 he said he couldn't get the money out of the check so asked if we could pay cash or card as he seemed be an honest man we paid in cash and he returned the check to us, however without telling us he cashed the check through the bank app and did not return the money to us. It's been a month since he disappeared and he doesn't answer our messages or our calls. He has several companies with inactive LCCs that have names very different from his at addresses that do not exist.

DON'T BUY CARS HERE. I repeat DO NOT BUY CARS HERE.They sell messed up cars. and won't tell you about it.bad customer service.and they won't pick up your calls or care after messing you over.just go next door to the other guys. or a real dealership.Don't lose your money like We DID.

Rukky Specifically was a credit to Autos Rukkys Logistics with my purchase of my new car. He went above and beyond with making sure I was happy and went the extra mile. The extended warranty and club scheme I received was the icing on the cake. 1 million percent I ll return when I purchase my next car. I recommend anyone in the USA area and further to check these guys out.

Excellent customer service yet again! I had a puncture, called Autos Rukkys Logistics and they booked my car in straight away. Not only that, they cleaned my car too! Thank you Autos Rukkys cars for saving the day!

I wish I would of read the comments before buying my car here. I have been so patience about this. The are so pushy about getting their money, but when it's time to give the title of your vehicle that's when they have a problem. I have been waiting for 4 months to get my title. And this sales guy has the audacity of going on vacation before taking care of his business. I don't know when are you coming back but for sure I will be seeing you in court.Ps I just got pull over if I get a ticket there will be more problems.

Wonderful place. The salesman were absolutely amazing and super helpful. The salesman helped me find the perfect car. I was very happy to pick out my bmw 325xi. Wonderful condition and nothing wrong with the car. I grew up in a house of auto mechanics and car fanatics and they all approved of the car. Very much suggest!

I had to call the police because they wouldn't give my stepdaughter the title to the vehicle she bought from them. The officer came out and talked with them. They claimed she didn't pay the tax on the vehicle even though the tax was listed on the title and a total. They also claimed the guy that sold the vehicle to her never gave them any money for the sale of the vehicle. I told them and the police officer told them THAT'S NOT THE BUYERS PROBLEM.

Dont no go to this place for your car, they re a scam, i put a down payment pf 3000 down a vehicle i never drove off with and ive been contacting them since August of 2020 to get my money back and it was always something wrong with their system, Then comes Nov and he tells me im going to have it by the end of the month which is Dec & i never got it, Whoever runs this shop needs to be in jail!

If I could get this place a zero I would cuz just like the other two this place is like a junkyard their cars you can tell have been damaged that they just fixed and it's not 100%, you know you're going to drive off with a good vehicle I would not recommend this place and I would not trust this place.
