I went in to replace my lawnmower battery. I worked with Nick. He instead kept me battery and put a charge on it to see if it was still good. He did not have to do that. He took the time to make sure I received great service. What a place and what a guy. If you are looking for help this is the place to go for old fashion service.

Great and fast service. Had a check engine light. Came in and got the scanner, brought it back in and was out in minutes! The staff were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing.

Went to 5 different stores looking for a specific motorcycle oil an no one had it, called these guys and they had it in stock! Definitely will be back.

Okay- I am not one to generally leave a review, but this case because of egregious conduct I experienced and witnessed- I had to leave one. On 7/31 about noon I walked in to get a check engine light diagnosed or use the machine. The rep at counter(name withheld) was extremely rude. Unprofessional and not helpful at all. The rep acted as if I was bother or nuisance to them. Well you lost a customer for life. Fellow humans- there NAPA across where they will treat you better and happy to have your business. Avoid this wretched place.

The worst store I ever went to. The manager was rude and unprofessional. They asked me to call before bringing my rotors for resurfacing, and I did. When I got there, the manager said they were under staffed, and that it could be done before 10PM! Why didn t you tell me that on the phone, I asked? Go somewhere else if you want, the manager replied angrily. I will never shop there anymore.

I really dislike giving my money to these stores when you can go on line and get the exact part at a fraction of the price but I guess you pay for convience

I picked up a rental tool today and was told I get my money back once I bring the tool back. I brought the tool back and was gone no longer then 20 mins. I was told they don t have the money to give me back even though I wasn t out of the store that long. The supervisor of the store told me they cant do anything to help me get my money back and come back later or go somewhere else then processed to walk away. No help, no apology, no customer service from her this is the last time I come to this store. The kid that helped me was super nice and offered ways to help, but the supervisor is such a waste I ll take my business elsewhere.

We went for a battery tonight, Brandon was so helpful. Tested the battery, got us a new one. Took out the old and installed the new, free of charge. So nice to have this company in town as a single Mom I am more than thankful!

ALWAYS helpful (and patient!) I have zero car knowledge and usually have a "list" of what I am supposed to pick up. Returns are super easy and refunds are almost immediate when using a card. Thank you again!

No problems. Ordered my parts and got them the same day. Some youthful employees might need a little more vehicle knowledge, but friendly.

Huge sign in store says Free Battery checks and Installation . Well it should have a disclaimer on there that says unless it s cold out . My daughter and I were refused service because the employees refused to go outside due to the cold! Are you serious?! We live in Minnesota! It s cold 8 months out of the year! All we needed was a 2 minute test so we went over to Auto Zone and they were happy to help. Won t ever go back to O reilly .

My experience with O'Reilly Auto Parts in Shakopee went something like this. On Friday around noon I call them regarding a part. They take my number and tell me it will be there the next day around 12:30. I asked if inclement weather could effect this and they guaranteed me it would not. Next day arrives and I did not receive any phone call from the shop. I proceeded to make way to the shop and wait for about 10 minutes at the counter and they tell me said part is not there and that it will be there the next day. Next day arrives no phone call so this time I call the shop and person on phone tells me they gave it to somebody else. So now my friend does not have transportation to work and I have to give him a ride. I guess honesty is always the best policy and I wouldn't have been mad if they just were honest with me in the first place. I feel like a jerked around customer and I definitely won't be returning to this store or any other O'Reilly Auto Parts. I would advise anyone looking for Reliable service to not come to the shop

I changed my review because it seems that all the hard working employees they had have left. Every time I have tried to get parts there they can't seem to help me. Only one guy is helpful and pleasant.

Came in to get replacement bulbs for my brakes. Showed them my bulb, they got me the right ones, and after replacing them in my car, they were nice enough to come outside and check the lights if they were working. Great place, no bs, got exactly what I needed.

We order something on Friday,Told me my order was going to be there on Monday for pickup. I had to wait till the following Sunday, 10 days and they didn't even call when it came into the store. All in all bad service

This is probably the worst oreilly I've ever been to. One of the employees name mannywho is the worst employee I have ever encountered at this store , he refused to return a product which is against the company policy . I hope he gets in trouble , we don't need employees like him , people like him ruin the customer experience . Unacceptable!

They replaced my wipers for me. The guy who helped me was very nice. Didnt have a problem changing them when its fricken cold out!! I will come back whenever I need to! Awesome customer service from him!

They gave me the wrong part so had to make 2 trips and this is a guaranteed ordeal every time I go there at least two trips due to the fact of me not knowing much about cars and reliant on employee of O'Reilly to know about the cars-parts it's awesome they're open on Sundays and later hours during the week that's a plus but other than that expect two trips LOL

Great service today from Jonn, Great customer service, he helped me pick out the correct headlights and even helped install it when I had trouble removing the old bulb. Thanks John I ll be back for all my car needs.

Salesperson was very polite. Computer said my part was in stock but they couldn't find it. Couldn't get my part in till next day.
