I came to this store to get a battery tested and purchase some car Jack oil. When I entered the store there were two employees working and One of them was helping a customer while the other one was just sitting around. When the younger employee saw me waiting he asked the other one to help me out and when I approached his counter for some reason he got extremely displeased and disrespectful. When I asked him if they test a battery outside, he said: "NO" they don't. And when I asked him if they have car Jack oil he said some sexual stuff which made me go to the other employee who got me the Jack oil and tested my battery outside. The very helpful young Hispanic employee know who this other employee is. I have been shopping at NAPA since the mid 80s and never experienced such disrespect and mistreatment throughout the years. I will never stop at this store.

Placed an order and at the time the order was placed it stated it would be ready in 30 minutes. After not hearing anything for three hours I stopped by to find that they didn t have what I ordered in stock. I was berated by the staff who stayed this is why you should wait to get a text before coming. Went right to Autozone and bought what I needed.

Thankful for the spray can paint mix, but customer service skills could use work. I had to use the bathroom while waiting and some real grouchy people work there who don't like customers and yell obscenities from by the bathrooms in the back.

Quick with the helpfulness. Went extra lengths to ensure I was not set up for failure. Inventory had what I needed and they didn't need to do much searching.

Today was the third time in this week to pick up one of the 4 hydraulic hoses I already paid for. Was told they would be ready and they were not. Beyond that, today I waited for 20 mins while they were looking for it or whatever they were doing. They didnt tell me what they were doing. I had to walk out again without the hose or any explanation.Finally using these spare hoses and turns out your tech built them with mismatched fittings(2 different sizes) and the wrong size diameter hose. I dont expect you to make it right at this point but I hope you can understand I won't be shopping here again after just having to buy all new hoses and throw these never used hoses away. Love throwing hundreds of dollars away because of incompetency.

Jules is an astounding customer service representative. From the very beginning she was all smiles and thorough with my friend and I. She made sure we got what we needed and made us feel extremely welcome, even though auto parts are like a foreign language to us. Being in customer service myself, too often great customer service gets overlooked or unmentioned which is why I just had to leave a review for Jules because she really deserves to be recognized for the service she provided us with. Definitely will return in the future.

Dennis and the crew at this store are top notch. Always will go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy, and go the extra mile to ensure we get our parts when we need them. By far the best parts store around!

I had them mix a quart of paint using the color code. The paint color wasn't even close! They refused to give me a refund or resolve the problem by giving my the correct color match.

I shop at Napa because I cannot afford to shop other places and it's the only reason I shop at Napa. Every single time I have gone to Napa, they give me the wrong parts; I've gotten brake job parts (rotors, pads, and calipers) mostly without coming in with the part numbers. Everything else that I've gotten correctly had only been due to me coming in with the part number already. I just went again for a brake light and they can't even get that correct. Fair and cheap parts, but make sure you go in knowing the part number, it is by far ridiculous. The people who work the counter at auto parts places should be able to look up and grab proper parts given specific vehicle specifications (which they tend to not ask for all of anyways). I was disappointed when they KEPT giving us incorrect parts for a Jetta brake job, but I am sorely disappointed that they couldn't even give me the correct brake light for my corolla. I was going to find the part number myself before going to the counter, but I was approached and asked if I needed help and so I took it, I shouldn't have. My time was wasted in the end and it's a good thing that I have common sense enough to know not to try to force something on, especially if it is glass, so once I could tell it was more difficult than it was supposed to be, I compared the part numbers on the bulbs to find they didn't match and I had to return to get the correct bulb.So, if you shop at Napa, be sure to know your part numbers or expect to get the incorrect parts, even something as simple as a brake light.

Today is the last day that I will even call or go to this napa. They make you wait on the phone for a half hour or more every time you call. You go in there and it is no better. Today after waiting for almost a half hour i hung up. Called the parts place across the street. They helped me the second they picked the phone up.. The part that I needed was 50% Cheaper!. No auto parts available is what napa stands for. The worse costomer service out of any parts store I have been. I have been a Auto Technician for 30 years. If you need parts from napa I recommend going to napa in chaska or Burnsville...

Placed online order for same day pickup. It wasn't ready until the following day. Oil recycling bin has been full for a week. Save yourself the hassle and shop AutoZone.

Was sold incorrect parts initially, ordered different parts to the store, parts that arrived to the store were used/returned. Eventually got what I paid for but was a hassle

Jorge and Julio rock, came in an hour to close, they made my custom paint, Julio even called Jorge (paint guy) to make sure a question I had was answered about an electric sprayer. They rock!

People that work here have no idea what they're doing sold wrong light bulbs,and had to replace socket in my car, don't go here!!!!!
