This shop is amazing!! They had my diagnostic ready for me quite quickly and were able to fix my car up in less than 24 hours. They explained every detail to me and I felt very at ease leaving my car in their hands. The customer service was just top notch. I will be doing all my car related business with them from now on!

I was checked in at the front desk quickly with reasonable recommendations made for the new car I was bringing in (had brought my older car here for the entire time I owned it and never had a complaint).They were done quite fast with everything checked, filled and changed. And no pressure given to have anything further done with it - which is a great releaf as so many places try to push you into having more work done so that you spend more money.

On Monday morning I brought my truck to them to do a brake job they replaced everything that they needed I highly recommend them for any services you have and they are friendly

Staff was very rude and inconsiderate. Took way too long for just an oil change. Never coming back. I would much rather spend the time and money at a shop that appreciates and respects their customers. The Goodyear by holiday and Lowe's is far superior in every way.

Heartland Service and Tire did a great job on our vehicle. Very responsive, work correctly done as expected, good customer service, and a convenient loaner vehicle while repairs were being done. Good experience. We will be back.

Yesterday morning my vehicle was towed to the wrong Repair shop. The guy @ my normal Goodyear offered to give me a ride the other Repair shop. In speaking with my normal guy about my vehicle he felt I was clearly being taken advantage of. I was able to have the work stopped and moved my car over to the Marshall Road location. I am extremely grateful for the honesty of Heartland Tire Staff on Marshall Road. I have gone to this location for many years and have always felt an upmost amount of honesty & integrity.

It is always a very busy store, but if you call in there can squeeze you in usually! This place has a good vibe and they have always addressed my questions and concerns about my vehicle. I trust this place more than the Good Year by Holiday. (Plus there are always good coupons here!)

Walked in for an oil change and to get a headlight replaced. I was told it would take an hour. When that hour came and went they told me it would be another hour. After being there for 2 hours they told me they looked at my car and gave me a list of items to fix totaling $1,400! I told them I just want the oil change and light. They told me they can start on the work and it would be ready in an hour (again). So after being there for 2 hours no one even started work on my car yet. But the workers found time to fly a remote helicopter around the lobby while I waited. After being there for 3 hours my car still wasn't ready. I asked how much longer it would be and they told me 10 to 20 minutes. It took another hour though. So 4 hours they had me sitting there thinking that my car was getting worked on. Not happy

What a great place to get your car fixed! The people are friendly, and the atmosphere is so welcoming and calm! They took me back to the shop for me to see exactly what was wrong with my car and why it was detrimental to my cars "health" for it to be fixed! I will make sure that my family goes here for generations to come! Muah!

Doesn t deserve one star. The man behind the counter is the owner. See why the shop is empty. He is rude to new customers. Tells you to bring vehicle in. After you arrange yours and someone else s schedule to drop vehicle off tells you when you show up that cant do it because he doesn t have the info he needs. Have to talk him down from his high perch to allow you to give him the info he needs while he mumbles and whines like your the bad one. Next time you unfortunately try to go back he rudely asks if you re coming to the right goodyear. Obviously not. Dont do business. There are shops that actually care and try to help.

I have been having Travis ( owner) do maintenance on my vehicles for a number of years. He has always been honest, helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile.

Wow, we walked in to get an oil change and no one was in there waiting. Paul, was doing something on the computer. We waited about 45 second and still no response from Paul. No, hello folks be right with you, nothing. Then the phone rings and he answered it! He put a phone call a head of us when we were there first! How absolutely rude Paul is!

Been very happy with my experiences. I have run lots of vehicles through Don's shop and he always lets me know my options and what NEEDS to be fixed and what will eventually need to be fixed.

LZ Automotive is a good ol' honest auto repair shop. They are fair, informative, and will only repair what needs repair. I highly recommend them.

They get the job done and the coupons they send in the mail help a lot. They tell me what us wrong then give me a choice to do it myself or pay them and there is no pressure.

Stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me for at least 5 minutes while the man in the office watched videos on his phone. And then when he finally came out he scoffed at me for asking if they could change my oil. Rude!

Wow, a shop that overcharges and can't even fix a flat correctly. If you are looking to fix anything, don't come here. They plugged my tire instead of patch plugging it like a professional shop would do. And they couldn't even plug the hole correctly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
