Stopped for a sandwich at Holiday and the car wouldn't start. Didn't call AAA but sauntered over to the Goodyear I was staring at. They jumped me and offered to check my battery. Hardly a blink in my day and I was on the road again. Super Cool!

The team at Shakopee, in it's entirety worked endlessly for months to assess a very particular undetectable fault. After 3 other auto repair shops in a year were unable to dedicate extended hours of investigation, we had taken our newly purchased used vehicle to GoodYear/Heartland, Shakopee with exhausted hopes. However, this team at GoodYear/Heartland Shakopee never gave up no matter how long and how many dead ends.We were beyond delighted with their efforts and yes, they found the issue and saw repairs through!!Great dedication, and fantastic team work has been displayed through this location.Thank you, thank you and you are all appreciated!

Headlight bulbs and rear back-up light bulb change. Oil changes are frequent so I go to someone I can trust. Dylan is a very experienced auto mechanic. I have gone to him for all 3 of my cars over the last 5+ years.

We've used Heartland Goodyear in the past with good experiences. I used them again a couple weeks ago when I was looking for 4 new tires for one of our vehicles. Shannon V was our service advisor and did a fantastic job getting the tires in quickly (overnight) and keeping me informed during the appointment. Technician was Joshua P and he was spot on with two filters that needed changing (courtesy check). They provided pictures online. I remember the car dealership told me about this months ago but I didn't want to pay that much. I had Heartland do it for half the price so was really pleased. Great customer service!

Best deals on tire installation in town and they actually got it right by lining up the yellow dot which is the light point of the tire with the valve stem ....only place to do that in town !.. they must have actually listened to their teachers ..great job !!

The Manager, AL, thoughly explained that my tires were worn eveningly so no rotation was indicated. However, the treads indicated new tires are needed. A quote was supplied without pressure to do it today. Thank you, Al

Paid for oil change and they never did it, went back 12 days later when I happened to check it, oil on dipstick was dirty. Had only driven 80 miles. They argued that they had changed the oil. There were rust spots on the oil filter and they still argued that they had done it.Never go there again. If they had simply admitted they forgot while they did several other things to service my vehicle, I might ve given them another shot. They were still arguing that I was wrong when I left. Zero Stars.

I have had alignments and tire work done here in the past and excellent service but the last time, I was told it needed new struts as they couldn t complete the alignment. High pressure sales about safety and it shouldn t even be driven. It was over $2000 so I did it myself for $200 (with help from a mechanic and his shop) and parts were marked up over 100%. My mechanic said they didn t need to be replaced (old and a bit worn but not a safety concern) as they just didn t know how to properly align this type of vehicle (ask if it was a younger kid as they usually sometimes don t get taught how to do this) but replaced the parts anyways as we already had them ordered. Then took to a dealer for an alignment thinking I would only need the front done as was told the back was aligned and assumed what I paid full price for. Guess not, the dealer said the back was out of alignment as well. May be back for tires but not alignments and remember that services I am told are needed may not be.

Unfortunately, a typical auto shop that will repair the first thing that they see might be the problem. So you may get lucky if they fix the correct problem. Had an issue that was "repaired" without fully troubleshooting the problem. It came back shortly. Then another much more expensive repair, which again did not fix the issue. I was kind of stuck as I needed the vehicle and they knew the history. They finally found the real issue, which also is a very expensive repair. I will not be using them to fix the problem it had in the first place. They don't care if they fix the issue the first time. Because if you bring it back they can charge more. They rely on people being ignorant of proper troubleshooting procedures are maintenance practices. I was an aircraft mechanic and fix my own vehicles usually, but sometimes I need to pay a shop. Had it been diagnosed and repaired the first time I would be 100% satisfied.

I started bringing my car here when I first moved to the area because it was close. I wasn't a fan until Tabatha started working here. She is the best!! They have a really great shop now and I trust their advice and honesty. They will do what they can to be sure your vehicle is repaired and to keep the customer happy. I recommend them to everyone I know and have had others say how great Tabatha is.

Great place to come get service work. They can do anything just like a dealership. They are upfront about what needs to be done now and things that don t need immediate attention. Very honest. Hard to find in the service business

I brought my Jeep in for a repair quote recently and was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Tabatha was very patient and thorough in explaining to me in detail the recommended items to fix to get my Jeep "road safe" again. Most definitely 5+ stars to everyone there, they make the team work!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Was driving near the shop and hears a concerning noise in my car. Saw the shop and decided to pull in and have them look. Tabatha was so friendly and went above and beyond to get my car looked at right away. Don did the repairs and got the problem solved very quickly. Will definitely drive out of my way to come back here for any future car issues!

I took my car in for a check engine light diagnostic test at the 3801 Eagle Creek Heartland Tire from a reference from a friend. Shannon checked me in and the hospitality proved was better then what you would find at a dealership. I was already feeling good about this recommendation. When the technician (Seth) came out and talked to me, he walked me through everything that was going on with my issue and told me how he was gonna fix it (first time this has ever happened without the mechanic being so impersonal). The fix was an extra $10 dollars added on to the diagnostic and was still $30-40 UNDER just the diagnostic test at a dealership. Car runs great now, and I fully recommend that if you live near here, to go here for all your car maintenance needs that you can't handle yourself.

We've been going to this location for years and had always gotten good service. However, lately, the whole tone of the store has changed and not for the better. We took our son's car in for a chronic tire leakage problem. Multiple tires on his car were leaking. After the first couple of visits, they said he needed a new tire. Ok, fine, so we put the new tire on. Tires still continued to leak. The car was brought in several more times for various tires leaking. Each time, they said they repaired the leak. Two weeks ago, they said we needed two new tires so we put on two new tires. The addition of these two new tires means this car has had 4 new tires in the last year. A few days ago, one of the new tires began to leak. We brought it in and they said it was the tire pressure sensor that was out and we would have to repair that too. Between the two new tires and the sensor, there was several hundred dollars in play. We challenged them on why they didn't catch the sensor issue when they sold us the new tires. They knew this car had been having tire leakage issues because it had been in several times. They didn't have a good answer and their attitude was less than helpful. We actually took the car in for a second opinion, which turned out to be a bad gasket replaced for $28 dollars. Also this week we took our other son's new car in. They suggested a $900+ repair that, at the time, we turned down. After getting a second opinion on that car's issue, we were told the suggested repair was not necessary.Consultations with several other mechanics about these cars' issues made us feel like we were being hoodwinked. We feel this Goodyear has become terribly dishonest over the last several months. We will not be taking our cars to this store anymore.

My alternator failed while driving, so I came here to have a replacement installed.I couldn't get service for the same day I called, but making an appointment for another day was easy. They installed a new alternator, serpentine belt, and tension pulley. The staff was pleasant and the service was quick. They did suggest I needed a new battery, which I declined, and have since had no problems with my battery.Be aware that if you visit their website for an instant quote, the actual cost of the service may be drastically different than what is quoted. My online quote was for approximately $250, but the total cost was over 3x that estimate.

I had a very odd and ridiculous situation. The original dealer who sold me my tires basically shoved me off to a Goodyear tire dealer because they didn't want to do the warranty work. Tabitha was AMAZING! She helped me with everything and made a bad situation a great one. I can not thank her enough! Everything was taken care of in a day and my car is running the best it has since buying it. Thank you to Tabitha and the technicians who took such good care of us at Shakopee Heartland Tire.

Terrible place to go for a diagnosis. I went here to get an alignment after a car accident and I was told that my front lower control arms were bent and they needed replacing. They gave me a multitude of repairs to do that amounted to about $1000 including parts and labor. I decided to replace the lower control arms myself and during the replacement it turns out that the lower control arms were not damaged at all.I went to a different auto shop and they were able to give me an alignment no problem - and told me that there was nothing damaged regarding the control arms. I was unable to return the lower control arms that I had bought so now I'm out $500 due to a misdiagnosis from one of the technicians. Heartland Tire refuses to answer emails and correspondence. If you're looking to do anything with your car - think twice before coming here.

My son went in to get 2 new tires. The technician stated he couldn't get the lugs off because they were swelling. He didn't know that the Ford 250 gets serviced regularly as I drive for a courier service. I just had brakes done and other items in the past. Never is it a problem with lug nuts. The tach says I need new lug nuts. He then rotated my tires without knowledge which means he took all of my tires off. Now I have clicking noises in my front wheel. After reading some of the past reviews today, I would have stayed away from this place. My advice. Go somewhere else.

UPDATE:I met with the manager, Tabatha, yesterday and I'm now confident that there were no unethical issues going on. I think there is a bit of a communication issue to address and how observations should be qualified when speaking with the customer, but I do not believe anything shady was going on. It was clear that she wouldn't allow that to happen. I feel much better about the situation.I give one star because it won't let me give ZERO.STAY AWAY...may wife stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. She mentioned a noise in the suspension. They said the control rod bushings were cracked and it would be $600 to repair. I took the car to our mechanic - Leighton's (spoiler alert : trust Leighton's ...DON'T trust Goodyear) and they said nothing was wrong. This is the second time this Goodyear has quoted a huge repair for something that was not wrong. Shame on us for letting them have access to our car even for an oil change. I'll be following up with Goodyear management on this. Could they possibly be trying to take advantage of a woman thinking she doesn't know cars? Hmmm. Take a chance at your own risk, but go to Leighton's if you want to trust someone.I see the owner responds to negative feedback occasionally. I have an offer: I will drive my car back for you to look at. Let's take pictures and post them here. Show me what a $600 repair looks like.

I brought the work truck in for 2 tires to be put on replacement wheels and balanced because the rims were bent and one started leaking. I decided to use heartland because they promised to have the truck done by 930 am. I told them we were in a hurry. So we had to wait until 1030 when they called to tell me the truck needed $4000+ for repairs. Most of which were over priced, or altogether unnecessary. Like how they wanted $300+ dollars for a license plate bulb. Or $400 for plugs and wires... Plus when I asked if the tires were done I was told a guy was working on it. I made no small mention of the hurry I was in to get the truck back. That truck is a crucial part of the company. But instead of making a life long customer, they lost this one, and the company I work for, permanently. Never again will we do business. Personally they seem like scammers so I would avoid them.

Highly Recommend! We discovered upon arriving at our destination that we had a large piece of metal that had punctured our tire. We were loosing air fast. I made a call to the closest place possible (Heartland Tire in Shakopee). They were 1hr away from closing for the night but told me to come over and they would take care of the issue. The manager made sure when I arrived, a technician was waiting. Less than 30 minutes later, my tire was fixed. I could not recommend Heartland Tire more!

Normally Goodyear is my go-to repair shop as they ve always done right by me. But a recent experience has left me second-guessing this location and Goodyear in general.I made an appointment to have a leveling kit installed in my truck. It was just the front strut extensions that you place on top of the strut assembly. The appointment was at 7:30am and I had dropped my truck off the night before so they could get started on it right away in the morning.3 hours went by and at 10:30am I got a call asking if anyone had given me a quote on the service. The guy told me they wanted to make sure I was okay with the price before they pulled it in and began working on it. That s fine, at least they hadn t waited until the service was complete and then tell me how much I owed them, but I m wondering how and why it took them 3 hours to call me or even bring my truck in when I had an appointment at 7:30am. On top of that, they told me it would take them until 4pm to have it done.Another thing, they quoted me $612 to install this leveling kit. Guy said it d take 3-4 hours for his techs to pull the strut assemblies out and put them back in....when me and my dad had attempted the same job, it took us an hour to complete one side.I feel like I was taken advantage of because I m a woman. Charging over $600 for a job that Tintmasters could do for $300 in about the same amount of time? No way. Totally feel ripped off and I will probably do what I can to avoid bringing a vehicle here for them to work on.

My tire was leaking, had put air in twice in less than 12 hours, so I stopped in on my way home with no appointment and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule and get me back on the road. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
