My wife went to get an oil change on her Outback today. When they finished and sent her on her way, her low oil light came on just a few miles from their shop. When I checked the level, it did not register on the dipstick. They put in 5 quarts of oil on a 7 quart system. Extremely poor service from this location.

For my experience, it's one of the best tire shop i have been in the last 7 years. Great customer service, fast in and out.

I had an emergency after one of my tires was damaged. Even during this time where every shop is extremely busy, they were willing to let me come right away and put on a new tire for me. The lady, who I believe was the shop manager, got as much info from me over the phone regarding my issue to assure they could help. I was in and out quickly, and so appreciate they assisted me in my emergency. Thank you so much, Heartland Tire!

We have used Heartland Tire for years. Whenever we have a problem at a job site they are very responsive and get us up and running. Excellent service.

The worst experience ever. Truckers should stay away from this old dude called Bill Jordan. I called in and we had an appointment to get Eight 8 new tires for my tractor. As we re discussing the price, he told me to move out my tractor from the bays/service lines. He s unprofessional, very disrespectful, overpriced and very rude. When I discussed my friends from that experience, everyone stated to stay away from the monster. Again poor alignment, I just watched how they were doing their alignment. It s not safe to trust their alignment. Several people ahead of me complained about the prices and quality. I just feel bad for the other drivers dealing him all the time. Stay away the temper old dude. There s plenty of repair shops nearby. If you need very professional dude and honest business man.. Call Carlos, the Mexican dude. Please do your homework and try looking elsewhere

The replacement of the front ball joints and front sway bar parts at 77,000 miles and 21 years of service improved the handling of my Jaguar XK8 Convertible .thank you for your usual excellent service.

I love here seriously they are the best for tires I buy two front tires good year semi truck with alignment for nice price very friendly people. It was yr ago. NowI had question if I want put 10 new tires with alignment how much do u think it coast for me pls

Overpriced and poor quality. The owner of this shop is rude and mean. After I witnessed how he was treating his clients who were ahead of me, I just left this shop. Never ever coming back.

Outstanding service and great people to deal with
