The staff was really friendly and nice, getting the car in for an estimate was very fast but after that all of it seemed to go by very slow and they kept finding reasons to not complete the vehicle repairs and charge more and more money to the insurance. So far my car has been there two months and they keep changing the estimated dates on me. They send me text messages on the progress which always includes something new theyve found . i just want straightforward repairs.

No pride in the work they produced. Very badly executed. Multiple issues. Referral has refused to correct their mistakes even though two of their team members admitted and acknowledged the issues. Avoid this company.The GM of Referral Collision told us that he fully expects a 1* negative review and that he does not care so here it is.This company avoids taking responsibility, preferring to project their failures on to the customer shamelessly. They accused us of nit picking their poor quality unfinished work and of being customers that are never happy besides the fact that he delivered the car to us with multiple issues. This made us loose trust in them.We took the car to our usual collision place after Referral handed the car back to us and the manager of the other shop found multiple issues which we didn t even notice.Here are some of the issues;1. The cameras were not calibrated at hand off.2. The apparently new bumper they gave us was warped and the paint job had a deep scratch. It had a strange bulge in the middle and multiple other issues which the manager of a different body shop pointed out to us.3. The used tailgate, that they chose to source to replace my old tailgate, has chipping chrome paint.4. They removed the center console tray from my car and misplaced it, then accused us of lying when we brought it up to them and asked them to replace it.You would need to lower your expectations to meet their standards. Sloppy is the best they can do.

I brought my Dad's vehicle in to have it detailed prior to listing it for sale. I found Referral Collision on Google because they're close to where I live and had surprisingly good reviews. I was just looking for a quick "spit shine" but what I got was a high quality detail job for a steal of a price!Considering what I paid, I didn't have real high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing job they did, especially since the car had been smoked in previously. I cannot recommend Referral Collision enough! Excellent customer service throughout the entire process and clear communication! They absolutely exceeded my expectations at every point.I will definitely be doing more business with Referral Collision in the future!Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Super friendly! Easy to work with! Excellent turn around time once my insurance gave the go ahead to replace my wheel well liner, bumper, alignment and parts painting. They kept in touch with me through the process. It was nice knowing they were on it!! If needed in the future, I will return to Referral Collision!

Prompt service. They had my truck ready which was parked in a spot where it couldn't get door dings and they had detailed the interior. A breath of fresh air.8/22.... I had hit a couple turkeys and had to get some front end work done on my truck. I chose Referral Collision again and was not disappointed. First, of the three estimates I acquired Referral was the only one that didn't miss anything. They also worked directly with my insurance company not requiring me to be the middle man. The work they did was perfect. The hood alignment, paint color and application was spot on, and as smooth as glass. They provided a loaner car for a very fair price and again the truck was detailed inside and out. I was very pleased.Service: Auto side view mirror repair

Much to my dismay my brand new Rivian R1S suffered hail damage a week after receiving it. Referral Collision made it look as good as new with pointless dent repair. I loved how they kept me informed of the progress throughout the process and kept the car charged so I didn t have to worry about the battery.

Amazing repair on my Rivian R1S. Rivian recommended them to me. I can t see any difference between the repaired area and the rest of the vehicle. Very good folks to work with.

Fantastic customer service. Very friendly and always called me to keep me up to date on my car.Setup the car rental I needed for the week so I didn't have to worry about it.Gave me an estimate for how long my car would take to complete and ended up finishing two days early.Also gave me a little car cleaner kit when I picked it up.Huge surprise, a week or so after I picked my car up, they sent me a thank you card with a handwritten note and the entire staff signed in.Couldn't ask for a better shop, will be the only one I go to in the future.

Referral Collision did a fabulous job repairing damages to my Yukon Denali. The accident left the driver's side smashed up and now it looks amazing. The whole process was seamless. We received timely updates, the work was done in a short amount of time and their staff was absolutely amazing answering any and all questions we had. The Yukon looks better than when we purchased it. I would send any and everyone to Referral Collision for any auto repair need. We will most definitely be returning customers. I am so very happy to have been referred to Referral Collision. One of the windows on my car was hit with a rock and two dealerships told me they couldn t replace the window. It took some digging and talking to the right people, but now my car is fixed and I can drive my fun car again. Perfect fit and in a very timely manner. I had my tailgate replaced and front windows tinted on my Rivian. The paint and alignment on the tailgate turned out perfect, and the window tint matches the already tinted windows.The parts took about a week to arrive, and they allowed me keep my pickup at the shop, rent-free.The service was very friendly and kept me up to date the entire time. Hopefully I won't need to return, but Referral Collison would be my first choice.- Jake

This is my second time using Referral Collision. I used them the first time to repair my truck and they did an excellent job on the repair. Very friendly service. They keep you up to date on your vehicle status. I highly recommend Referral Collision for all your vehicle needs, you won't be disappointed.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. After my car accident I was able to limp the car over the referral. The staff was helpful in organizing a rental and getting me a ride over to the rental shop as well as some other general advice for working with my insurance. My vehicle ended up being totalled so I can't testify to that work but given how my interactions were I will 100% be bringing my car to them in the event of any other incidents in the future.

We sent one of our fleet trucks to Referral for a floor replacement for the box on the truck, and couldn't be happier!! They were met with quite the mess, and did an outstanding job in fixing it up! And SO quickly! Tyler stayed in constant contact with updates, and sent several pictures to show us the progress-absolutely spectacular customer service! He was transparent with a fix they couldn't perform (which would've just been a bonus, wasn't necessary), and incredibly honest and up front with the entire process. AND-my technician was over the moon HAPPY with the results! THANK YOU, Tyler & Referral Collision, for keeping my guys safe on the road, and lookin good doing so! Although it took a little longer than I expected it to (due to waiting for parts to come in), working with referral collision on my car repairs was a great experience. They updated me every so often through text message (which was my preferred method of update), and if I had a question, I just called and got my answer. Jess was even nice enough to send me photos of papers I needed that were in my glove box so I didn t have to drive there to get them. They also set up my rental vehicle and the company came and picked me up from Referral and drove me to pick up my rental. At the end of the process when everything was done all I had to do was leave the keys to the rental with Referral and they took care of the rest, and I didn t need to bother anyone to come with me so I could drop off the rental at the rental company.Thank you for the great experience.-KatieServices: Auto side view mirror repair, Painting, Body & Trim

They took my damaged vehicle after a collision and disassembled it to help assess the total damage for my insurance adjuster. They were very helpful and told me what to expect along the way. They provided regular updates and were friendly to work with. Although my car ended up being totaled, I would confidently recommend them.

Probably one of the best if not the best auto body repair shops. I ve had a ton of experience working with other body shops around Scott and Dakota County but Referral Collision has to be #1 on the list. Hailey was wonderful to work with and kept us updated along the way. Quality work and great attention to detail (both exterior repair and interior). My experience was a very positive one. All the staff were professional, courteous, knowledgeable & friendly. The work on my car was like new for which I was very thankful as the car is only a year old. Updates were provided until the car was ready to be picked up. Madi (always with a smile) was great at helping me with any assistance I needed through this project and even took care of the return of my rental car. Mike was extremely attentive to my needs as a customer from the original estimate through the completion of the work, making sure I was 100% satisfied. A+ in my book!Service: Body & Trim

I love this place! I was referred by my boyfriend who has recently went in to get the car fixed up and detailing! They did a wonderful with his car, so. I thought I would give it a try. When I called to make my appointment, they were so nice! They were able to help me find an appointment during the time I wanted to. I went in to get the interior detailing done and to get an estimate on hail damage. I had about 9 years of salt build up on the carpet and wow!!! They did an amazing job. Most of the salt was gone. I couldn't believe it. The car was cleaned to my liking and smelled great! Everyone at Referral was so pleasant. Previous shop owners were excellent but this new group is unprofessional at best. Reviewed and took possession of my vehicle while on a planned vacation. New owners determined that they did not want to take the job. They made the CSR call with a bogus excuse and told me to come get my SUV. Suggesting another shop to all my previous referrals; really disappointed.
