I've been taking my 2004 Saab 9-5 wagon to Bernie for about 3 years now. Bernie combines a deep knowledge of the Saab brand with amazing customer service and really fair rates. It's been such a pleasure working with him that I made sure when I purchased a new (used) vehicle it was one of the car brands he specialized in. Bernie is always my first call for anything car related. I strongly recommend you give him a call!

I was planning to buy the vehicle from out of state, so I looked around a reputable place to do the Pre Purchase Inspection (PPI) prior to my decision. I strongly recommend everybody to do 3rd party inspection prior to used car purchase. Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend this place. The shop (Bernie) promised that they would do a very thorough PPI and would cost between $75 - $100. The report was very vague and I ended up calling again to check on important item (i.e.AWD). It was definitely not thorough and also never documented the issues (i.e. leak). The car is slightly lowered and has performance intake. So what? They still only did visible inspection and ran ODB2 antagonistic like every other car. He up-charged and I paid $116.87. I really wanted to give 1 star or less, but due to their flexibility on timing I gave 2 stars. If I ever purchase any car in MSP area, I would NEVER go to that place again. Go to better / reasonable shop like Turbo Tim's or somewhere else.

I was looking around for a place to take my 2003 Saab 9-3 and found great reviews on this garage. Bernie is a very knowable guy when it comes to Saab and even gave me a full rundown of everything he did and why he did it. I am going to be taking my car here for a long time!!

Good experience getting replacement parts installed (oxygen sensor, timing belt, water pump, thermostat) on my '96 Toyota Corolla.

This is a person who is truthful, far nicer than ANY other mechanic I HIGHLY recommend this shop.the repair work was done timely and very fair price.I am thankful for this man
