After getting turned down by multiple other locations because of the aftermarket parts I had. I brought my car here to dynamic. They looked at my car and the owner almost turned me down, but Aaron told him that he'll do it. He took his time and went out of his way to fix other things that he saw from a previous accident. I'm very satisfied with this shop and highly recommend. Will recommend everyone to this family owned mechanic shop. Thank you

My car had quite a few issues with it and I looked up car shops near me that seemed reliable and decided to give dynamicar a chance. As soon as I got there Brent immediately attended to my needs and kept my car overnight. Although they re closed on the weekend they still took the time to finish it and get it done before Monday when I needed it for work, which was very thoughtful of them and much appreciated. The entire process was very easy and everything was explained in a way I could easily understand. They were able to resolve my issues quickly and Brent and his team seemed very honest and reliable. You can tell these people care about the quality of their work and do their best to not only explain what s wrong with your car but teach you about your car and how to take care of it. I appreciate how easy and fast everything was done and I would highly recommend this shop if you re in the Shakopee area!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Highly recommended. Brent and his team are great to deal with. I had an urgent need to get my newly purchased truck inspected and new check engine codes resolved before a business trip across country. They got me in first thing day of later that morning and they were able to troubleshoot my problem within a couple hours. The dealerships couldnt even get me in until a few days later, and god knows how long or how much they would have charged me for.

My daughter s car had oil problems leaking took her to a mechanic said that her engine was shot. Needed a new engine. We took it to Brent. He said that silly they kept the car overnight, fixed it at 1/10 the price of what was quoted by the other mechanics of different firms, this place is totally prof And extremely caring about the customer making sure that the vehicle runs properly and keeping the cost down very conscious of saving money for the customer. It s unbelievable that they re still mechanics like this that have the integrity and honesty that this firm has thank you so much for being a true Citizen of the United States. We need more people like you God bless by the way, his mother works there and she s a real sweetheart and all the mechanics are extremely nice very professional, but very hometown feel I also brought my car in because my power steering was going out to mechanic firms told me That it needed a whole new power steering system kept the car overnight said that silly again they worked on the car found out it was just a few little items. It was unbelievable turned around quick again very professional says if I have any problems please bring it back again. The cost was very low compared to what other mechanics told me it would be, and they didn t even know they were going to guess that s not the case at this place Brett make sure that he knows exactly what they re going to do before they do it and gives you a great quote Again I just can t talk enough about how great these people are

I got pulled over just recently because of my taillight being out and I was recommended coming to Dynamic Car. As soon as I got here they attended to my needs right away and started working on my car. They added a little extra by cleaning my headlights which I am so thankful for. I will definitely be recommending this shop and coming back for my every need!

Simply the best. Best prices, best people, best service. They don't have a fancy shop but you save on repairs and they are very trustworthy. Saved me $1000 on repairs the dealership said I needed when actually the problem had been fixed under warranty.

Positive experience, took a Volvo XC90 for pre-purchase inspection. They identified failing alternator components, I was able to renegotiate the sales price down. They are my Volvo mechanics now! Had an unknown issue with my car, and DYNAMICAR was able to quickly diagnose and correct the issue in the same day. I tried calling 3 other places, and none of them were willing to take on "new" customers. Brent was super friendly, and had offered to help me with any other issues that pop up. I went to the dealership two weeks ago to get an oil change, they told me my oil gasket was leaking, which cost $470. Also, my timing cover is leaking, which will cost me around $4200. So I go to dynamic car for a second opinion, they reseal the oil gasket and find out my timing cover wasn t leaking. It s just a little host around it. Total cost $540 save me about $4000 from the dealership. I really recommend anybody who live around Shakopee area go check them out. They are a very experienced engineer who is willing to give you a decent conversation about your car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car was making noise from front right side, I went at store before 15 minutes of their closing time and they were kind enough to take my car and also found exact root cause and fixed it within reasonable rate. Thanks Brent And team - Keep up the great work!

I am a a new customer and wanted to avoid the cost at the Mazda Dealership that I usually go to for oil changes, etc.I thought Brent, the owner was a no nonsense business owner who get's the work done and does the repairs right.My auto repair tech., I believe was Nate? He is experienced with Mazda cars and I was very impressed.Pros: Changed the battery on my key fob without asking.Explained the work that I should get completed and answered all my questions.Brent called me back on the previous day and was willing to perform the brake job, even though they were closing in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the parts for the belts, brake job could not be delivered until the following day.Cons: NoneI thought the pricing was fair. I saved money from going to the Mazda dealership. I am not so concerned about pricing then I am about the quality of the repair and the parts. I had a rear brake job, belts replaced and a oil change.I recommend that anyone who has a car repair get a written bid prior to the repairs. I thought Brent told me that he would only charge me $100.00 in labor for the both belts the previous day. The cost was $138.00. I wasn't going to argue the case, even though I mentioned it. Maybe I misunderstood him. So I think everyone no matter what auto repair shop you go to get a written quote. They have a business and need to make money. So I do understand both sides.In conclusion, I recommend DYNAMICAR for anyone.Thanks!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. Did a great job fixing my vehicle. Highly recommended them. Brent's Mom is so sweet. They have a pleasant waiting area for customers.

WOW! Brent and his techs were so professional. For a last-minute fix, they took us in but did not gouge us for un-needed extras. VERY fair pricing and explained in detail as to issues. Would definitely recommend them and they will have me as a return customer for sure!

Customer service was great. But performance on my vehicle wasn't. I got an alignment service done on my Toyota.I feel dynamicar is not a trustworthy auto repair shop. I was overcharged for my alignment service. $227 to be exact. (I have never paid that much for an alignment job prior in the past for any of my vehicles.) Brent originally quoted me $140 for the alignment service, upon service and inspection he stated all the adjustment bolts were rusted and/or seized. "Had to heat up most the rear eccentric bolts" They had to torch them loose. Which in addition tacked on additional labor cost ($75). Side note: My Truck is in fair shape and far from a rust bucket.Essentially Aaron the technician working on my vehicle was able to make final adjustments to the front two and driver rear tire within proper specs. Leaving my RR unadjustable. Brent stated "RR would not free up, will need to be cut and replaced with necessary parts." But yet I got charged with performing 4 wheel alignment?? When 3 were only aligned within specs.On top of being OVERCHARGED I feel like I didn't receive my money's worth of service for only 3 tires only being able to adjust within specs. Brent then told me I would have to come back and schedule another day to work on the seized bolt on the RR tire. In addition, they would possibly have to replace supporting parts once they cut out the rusted/seized bolt to make final adjustments for that RR alignment.ULTIMATELY, I feel like this is just a untrustworthy service Tactic so Bret could benefit for more money with parts + labor to complete my RR tire.Lastly, my invoice grand total was $219.44. Brent then charged me $227 to the final receipt. He did not personally stated to me that he tacked on an additional $8 transaction fees to the final receipt. But instead continued to make a fast transaction without informing me about the transaction fee. Unprofessional. Period.(Usually the invoice grand total is the price coming out of pocket.) Photos included.In other words I have had many.. many! great services in the Auto world with my vehicles. Very little complaints from me none the less.I would advise anyone looking to get service done at Dynamicar to shop with discretion, and don't be afraid to keep your options open!! Thank you have a nice day :).P.S if anyones looking for a great trusted alignment shop try out Richfield wheel alignment. Great small mom and pop shop. Service: Wheel alignment

My vehicle started acting up and I was several hours from home. I had to pull over and a Google search showed this was the nearest shop. Luckily for me, they got my vehicle in right away. Brent was very kind and professional to me and my daughter and was nice enough, too, to let our dog wait with us in their waiting area. The issue with my vehicle was discovered quickly and explained to me. The cost to repair was reasonable. What could have been a really bad day ended well, with us getting back on the road and safely home.

These guys were amazing and professional! I brought a car to them that I was thinking about buying and had them perform and inspection. Bob and Brent were super honest and and insightful when telling me about the condition of the vehicle. They made the buying process so much easier, and I am confident I purchased a solid vehicle. My mom randomly happened to try Dynamic car a few years ago when she needed some work done asap, and from that first visit mom and myself are life long customers to Brent! He is amazingly transparent about everything, has always been able to get us in, like this last time we dropped off my car for break work on Monday expecting him to get to it Tuesday, Monday and 4:50 they told me I was all set to drive it home when I could come pick it up! Summer or winter Brent has always been able to fit us in and do amazing work every time! We appreciate you and your techs at Dynamicar! This is by far the best auto shop I have ever been to. The guys are so respectful and honest. They show you the parts and explain to you exactly what is being done. It s cheap and amazing work. In from out of town and woke up at hotel with dead battery. When I called, I was told someone would come right over and arrived about 5 minutes later to give me a jump. He also told me the battery needed replaced and explained another issue that was causing the battery to drain. He told me they could fix it easily and inexpensively, but I didn't have the time this morning. I received a follow up call about 30 minutes later to make sure that everything had gone well with the serviceman and I extolled how wonderful he was. They went above and beyond what they had to do and were more than kind about it. I will definitely be adding them to my contacts and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance in the Shakopee area!We ended up needing the repairs right away and they were wonderful. My hubby dropped the car and hitched a ride back. He got several phone updates while they were working. When they were finished he paid over the phone and we were able to pick up after we were finished around 9:30 pm. They were well priced, professional and squeezed us in because they knew we were from out of town.

This was the best experience I ever had. I appreciate how clean the shop was. They were efficent and they explained and showed the issue in detail. They explained everything also, what to look for in our particular car. Brent was a great person to work with. And there shop pup was just the topping on the cake. Will definitely be making them our mechanic from here on out!

Great shop. I'd been looking for a auto repair place that felt more like small-town family since I moved to MN and hadn't had much luck until now. Called for a service engine light to see what appointments were available and Brent's response was "can you bring it now?". Brent and Bob did a great job communicating and explaining everything the whole way through showing me pictures and doing research with local dealers and tech bulletins that I'm confident no other shop would even think of. Oh and did I mention the free loaner car? I will definitely be back. This is the type of partner in auto repair that I have been looking for since I moved here 10 years ago.
