I recently had the pleasure of visiting Discount Tire shop in Shakopee, and I couldn t be happier with the service I received. The staff were not only courteous but also incredibly efficient in helping me swap out my winter tires on two SUVs. During my two visits, each interaction with the staff was met with professionalism and a genuine desire to assist. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and I left feeling confident in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Discount Tire shop in Shakopee for their outstanding service and friendly staff.

Took just 1 hour to rotate the tires for free . Went next door and enjoyed lunch at Texas Roadhouse. Service lady was friendly and professional.Not real busy which was nice.

Showed up at 445pm with a nail in my tire and they closed at 6pm. No tires my size in stock. They found some at their Plymouth store. They sent a runner to get them and had them installed by 615pm. Very friendly and great service all around!

Ordered tires online to have them installed. Was my first time ordering online. Everything went really smooth.I waited for my tires and I overheard other interactions with customers and everyone was very friendly and like they actually wanted to help people. I will definitely be back.

Had an tire rotation & balance service done. My vehicle rides nice and smooth up until highways speeds 60+mph. Brought it back for a tire rebalance, front two were off according to the technician. Drove off and still had the same issue. Came back a THIRD time for a rebalancing. The service advisor gal stated the technician could not get one tire to balance properly within specs so they will re-try the best they can and throw it back on.Still receiving the same shaking @ highway speeds. I am not happy that discount tires could not help solve my tire balancing issue. The gal also joked about we see you here a lot.. I didn't take that sarcastic joke kindly.Thumbs down service.

Very good customer service, I called them around 1pm to see if they had a specific tire I was looking for he told me no but they could have the full set delivered to there location within a few hours, so they called me right when they got them in so I went right in and got them on in about 45min, then I let them know one of there competitors had a buy 3 get 1 free deal going on so they gave me a price $60 cheaper than the compilation. Got all that done in the same day, I highly recommend them, and I will definitely be back.

Had a slow leak on tire purchased at Discount Tire 3 years ago. I was a "walk in" and expected a long wait. When they knew I would be waiting they had me in and out in 30 minutes for a "no charge" repair. They will have my business going forward. Highly recommend!

Had a flat tire and not sure whether I can still make the workshop. As they are the closest to me, so I walked in without appointment almost to their close hour. They fixed it with 'no charge' patch within less an hour. I would definitely do business with them going forward.

I had a slow leak on one of my tires and they were able to put on a used set I brought in same day with no appointment.Every staff member I talked to was calm, nice, and respectful.

Have to give a 1-star for this visit. Brought my vehicle in for a swap-out of winters to summers. Dropped off vehicle with 20 good lugs, and picked up vehicle with 2 severely stripped lugs and passenger front tire without a lug installed in one position. Was told to visit Christian Bros. for repairs, but no offer to pay for required repairs, and Manager on duty very dismissive of the entire situation. I have to assume the lug and wheel was stripped by the Tech performing the installation since this wheel was not off since Oct when Discount Tire installed the winters. Very frustrated and dissatisfied with Discount Tire over this. This should not be on me to take care of since the damage was caused by Discount Tire.

Needed new tires for my Lincoln Navigator. Ron (Manager) was great and ordered what I wanted, had them there the same day, and the tires were installed the next morning. Good prices and great place for tires!

Had my winter tires installed on 1/09/2004 at DT. The next morning one of my tires was flat as a pancake. I brought the tire in and they said it was possible the mounting was not done correctly. Gave me a brand new tire for my trouble. They could of screwed me because I'm not a tire expert. DT always takes care of me and that's why they get all my tire business in the past and the future. Kudos to DT and Paul who helped me out.

Dropped my car off for a 10:45 appt at 9:15. Car was done by 10. They gave me the online discount of $100 even though I didn't buy online. Wonderful service. 11 out of 10!!

I had a flat tire and took it to Discount Tire. They examined the issue and got is resolved in 20 minutes. And most of all it was free. These guys are just simply great. I will for sure consider Discount Tire for my tire replacement. The customer service is the best part of the experience.

They fixed my flat tire for free. Just told me to come back when I needed new tires. I went back for four tires, and they did a great job quickly.

Staff was nice. I called and they said come on in because there wasn't a wait, I was there in 15 minutes and my vehicle did not go in until after and hour and 25 minutes had passed. So I'll let you decide.

This was my first experience at Discount Tires. I greatly appreciated the polite culture at the store. They guided me through my purchase with consideration and knowledge. I would highly recommend the Shakopee location.

I have a set of rims on my Slingshot that are really low profile. Jake was super nice, helpful, and courteous and is going to set me up with a tire package after i get my rims Powdercoated because I scratched them. Had great info and advise on a different tire so I don't scratch my rims anymore. Cant wait!

I needed my winter tires put on. I called the business I normal go with that rhymes with fal mart and no one would pick up the phone.I scheduled online at Shakopee Discount Tires and was in and out in exactly an hour despite arriving a few minutes late and waiting in line to get checked in. Friendly service and upfront pricing. I do wish they would add oil changes to their provided services.

Had a small hole in my tire and they were able to get me in within an hour. I waited in their lobby and was able to listen to how well the employees handled customers. The customer service from each of them was extremely pleasant to hear. You do not see that type of service these days. The best part of this is that these were young adults showing great customer service.

I had my tire pressure light come on, didn't even purchase any tires and they were kind enough to fill them up for me. They usually give out free tire pressure gauges but they must have stopped doing it. The prices are reasonable and they can do the job in a timely manner.

Mike did an awesome job explaining, and ultimately sold me on, purchasing my truck tires and wheels. Fast, courteous, and friendly service staff. They texted me when my truck was ready for pickup. Highly recommend!

They let my father pay for my service over the phone (thanks again, Dad!), so that was a big plus. I just manually put in the card info and zip code on the payment terminal. I got four new tires put on and they got me in and out way quicker than expected. 10/10.
