Mike and the team at Caliber Collision were great. The communication and explanation of what to expect was top notch and thorough; all questions were answered. They made the process super easy and stress free. The surprise car detail when I picked up my vehicle was the icing on the cake. I ll most definitely be back if I ever need their services again!

Very helpful, great place to trust with your vehicle. This was our 2nd time having to get a car in our household fixed due to accidents, and I would recommend Caliber to anyone looking for helpful, knowledgeable, nice, friendly people. Mike was super!! And the car turned out great!

Caliber Collision got our vehicle for a quote within a day or two and our repairs started shortly thereafter. Mike kept us informed throughout and our vehicle was ready earlier than expected. Had the misfortune of hitting a small deer with my Lincoln mkz and Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurance. They performed very good work and the car looks even better than before the accident. There is also an Enterprise car rental attached to their building so that was very convenient.Although it took time to get some of the parts, that was completely out of their control (first headlight came defective). They made sure the new headlight looked good and had the same brightness with the accent lighting. They even installed a glowing grill emblem I was intending to install myself. Exceptional work and great customer service. Would definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had such a great experience working with the Shakopee location. Gibby was very communicative and was always willing to answer any questions I had. They did a great job on the repair of my vehicle! I will recommend to all of my friends and family for repairs.

I had a fantastic experience at caliber collision. The staff was professional and knowledgable. They were responsive to questions and concerns and kept me updated through out the time my car was in the store. My car was well done. I was very pleased. Great customer service all around!

They fixed my Nissan Altima SL 2014 2 weeks ahead of the estimated timeframe. Car was fully detailed upon pickup. It was super easy to have the Enterprise car rental dropped off and picked up at Caliber. Lead tech and client representative were super responsive and easy to talk to.

Caliber was a great choice. Friendly, professional team, and a quality repair done right. I was informed every step of the process what to expect, and the progress that was made. I had hit a deer with my daughter s vehicle. A friend told me about Caliber in Shakopee, so I brought my vehicle there and I m So glad I did. Everyone at the shop from the receptionist to the men doing the work are kind and professional. They got my vehicle in and out quickly and did a great job. I was called with updates, which I appreciated. If you find yourself in a situation where you need your vehicle fixed after accident,I highly recommend Caliber in Shakopee.

This location and in particular, Matt, did a wonderful job taking care of a small problem and saving me money. He was kind, courteous, empathetic and knowledgeable in addressing my concern. Very responsive and respectful please think about using them!

If I could provide 10 stars I would. Caliber Collision in Shakopee could not have been a better provider or employees for me and my unfortunate situation. I took my car to Shakopee (40 minute drive out of my way) because they were willing to see me for service faster than any provider I researched. They repaired my damage within 2 weeks and finished it earlier than planned. This service easily earned 5/5 stars for me. They were understanding, kind, flexible, and quick with the repair. What makes this experience beyond a 5 star review is how they supported me when I got into an accident on my way home from the repair shop, ruining the repairs they had just finished for me. They took me right back in, serviced me quickly and were so kind and supportive. I will continue to use the Shakopee location because of the terrific people and great great work they did for me not once, but twice in the last month.

Got into my first accident & had to bring my car here through insurance. Insurance was an entire month long nightmare i never want to go through again. Tide completely changed once my car was brought here, they were very kind and kept me updated on my car 1-2 times a day. Got my car fixed in under a week & my jaw dropped once i saw how amazing it looked. It was an amazing experience working with them especially Drew, he answered every question i had & made it so much easier & less stressful for me!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in a car accident a week and a half ago. I was told by multiple people they do amazing work. Josh was extremely helpful, he would call and update me every few days. Not only did they take care of my body work in a fast timely manner, they fully detailed my truck as well. I was very impressed and surprised on how they went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them, and I will for sure be returning to them in the future!

My new toy came in a few weeks ago. I needed the speaker boxes painted. I never go anywhere else but to Shakoppe Caliber. They always provide the best service and paint work around. Thanks again guys

Was greeted with a smile the moment I walked in ! That's always a nice start .Ken made the experience an easy one. He was very customer driven. Truck turned out perfect. A big bonus is that it was washed /waxed and detailed when i picked it up .I had to double check to make sure it was mine! It looked brand new. Many thanks to all that worked on it! Drew provided an exceptional experience throughout the time we were getting our car repaired at Caliber. His communication was very clear and he also updated us regularly on the status of the repair so we knew when to expect our vehicle back. This is THE PLACE to take your vehicle for repairs! From minor repairs to severely damaged your vehicle will be perfect! I have had several vehicles thru the shop and everyone is always polite & helpful from drop off to pickup. Thank you Caliber for being the best shop around!
