I had a flat tire along the highway. Thought I give them a try. Called and had terrible service on the cell phone. So they hung up. Ok I get it. I was about to do the same thing. So after hanging up I called back. 6 times to be exact. They answered the first time. And left it ringing. Or they would pick up and hang up. And left me stranded along the road in 114� heat index. If you really need a road side service call DANS TOWING. Don't waste your time with this place. And sub-par service. Absolutely the worst service EVER!!!!! Not my first time with problems with them. Last time they towed my car that clearly had a parking permit posted in the window.

I needed a broken down vehicle towed to a mechanic. They arrived quickly and their pricing was very reasonable.

Had a great experience retrieving things after a horrible accident. Thanks to Missy for helping us out and being really patient as we cleaned out the car. Thank you for all you did for us today we really appreciate it.

We were in an accident and our truck got towed here. My husband was told he had to go remove his license plates, so he drove all the way there and he could not get in. It is by appointment only (nobody told us) so he called and the lady was very rude on the phone. Not sure if it was the same lady when we got to get his plates but that lady was very nice......maybe she was having a bad day.....

My truck broke down on a Saturday afternoon. The folks at PLC Towing and Recovery answered my call promptly and were up front about the costs of towing on the phone. The gentleman that responded was professional, courteous, and efficient. They made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly smooth. I would absolutely recommend them if you find yourself in a sticky roadside situation.Services: Car towing, Local hauling

After a property manager lied saying my vehicle was not allowed to be on property the short rude staff is impossible to deal with. After my vehicle was towed the owner finally gave a copy of a leased that was singed in June 2020 which clearly had my vehicle on the leave approved to be on the property. All i can see is this is just another way for theft. And if I were to just go take someone car out the driveway I would deal with criminal charges. Even the county sheriff shock his head in disbelief. I wish I could post the pic with this review. Of course I would be mad. Not once did this company verify the owners story. If the owner dont want to rent property he shouldn't and companys should not help steal peoples stuff. Then make it impossible to get back. How bout I come take your property off your place. This company stole my car as it was approved to be on the property they came and took it from. Modern day criminals.

My daughter got her car towed (fine, her mistake) when I called for the price the lady told me $75. When my daughter and her boyfriend went to pick up her car they charged $300 and were so extremely rude. Never would I recommend this place. The lady was so unbelievably rude and should be fired. Just because they towed my kids car does NOT give her the right to act like she is the queen of all things. It was disgusting and embarrassing for females in general. Stay away from this place.

I ve never needed to have a vehicle towed, and had no idea what to expect. When I called PLC and they were SO helpful, and made what could have been really stressful, completely painless!!! They definitely went above and beyond my expectations!

The woman who answers the phone is so rude!!! Dont be in customer service if you hate it...just my opinion. But the man who helped us get our van out and jumped was friendly.

We were locked out of our car. They arrived in 15 mins and got us back on the road in less less than 5 mins (seriously). Reasonably priced, efficient and friendly.

The driver hooked up around my rear wheel. And pulled car sideways. Wrecked my wheel and other parts on back and my front passenger side tire as well!!! My witness is a police officer.. I couldnt even drive my car. There was no damage beforehand. Then he lied repeatedly and changed his story multiple times. I should go after compensation but at the time i wasnt able.

They came quickly and took care of our bike. The only think was having to call an hour ahead to see the bike but they always answered and were there when needed.

They are very rude and disrespectful and angry. They never try to help you.and they make the process of recovering your vehicle very hard All they want is money and to make you pay more.
