Professional gentleman . Went in for an oil change it was soo quick. I was out the door within 30 min. Mechanic said it would have been sooner if we didn't need a part . My second time for my oil change and I will go back.

Avoid at all costs. Tuesday, they couldn't change my oil because they couldn't find the right socket. I watched them try to get the plug off and left the office since I saw them struggling. The tech claimed "I didn't even try it without the right tool." Even told them I was watching you that's why I came out! Both techs still claimed they "don't do anything unless they have the tools because that's the way they do business."Left and went right across the street (didn't mention anything to them about my experience) to reputable shop and 5 minutes in to my oil change tech came out and told me my plug was "chewed up"....Not surprised! Out within a 1/2 hour and done right. Hey Grease Monkey now that's the way to do business, because I can assure you I'll let everyone I know and work with to go somewhere else!

Quick, great customer service. Not only have they done oil changes for me, they ve also done minor stuff like headlight replacement and the switch for my power windows. Great place to get minor service done.

Great service! Riley one of the technicians went out of his way to help me turn off my check engine light. He was so helpful and kind! Awesome employees!

Awful!!! Never even got the oil changed, waited 30 mins then asked if they have drained the oil yet? They said no, so I left only to find out that they never put the oil cap back on. Oil was all over the hood and engine! Will never be back.

Got the oil change done as soon as I got there, waited no more than 15 minutes. Very pleasant employees. Didn t try to sell me on more then just the oil change

Brought my car in, they did the job fine, but their card machine was broken so they made me walk across the street to a tobacco shop to use their ATM to pay them in cash. To any future customers, if you go to this location, bring some cash just in case their computer has issues.

I can only speak to this location, but they are TOP NOTCH! I have brought a lot of vehicles here and every single time, they are thorough, communicative and so prompt. Stopped in for an oil change on my fleet van which is a good price, however they neglected to top off all of my fluids. Today I brought my other vehicle in, told them I didn't get my fluids topped off last time and they dismissed my comment, I also asked for the $15 off with the fleet discount and they dismissed that. The prices for the lack of work is crazy. I also mentioned I would have been better off going to valvoline & the kid behind the counter agreed.

Came here for an oil change, thought everything went well until I had to take my truck to the shop for a repair. Had to pay for them to change the oil again because the oil filter was loose and we had been dripping oil for days without realizing.

What a great experience. The attendants were friendly, polite, very professional and experienced. They got straight to work and had everything done in no time and gave me recommendations for when my air filter would need replacing. 10/10

Tried them out today. They are set up like a Valvoline. Lucas was very helpful. They had a good deal on wiper blades (buy one, get one) so got those along with the oil change. Was in and out within 15 minutes. This will be my new go to for oil changes!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

First time with Greasemonkey, and I will be going back! and recommending it to all my family and friends. Lucas, the assistant manager was very nice and knowledgeful. My last few oil changes done here on my truck, have always gotten in right away, mechanics have gotten me in and out quicker than the express change at the dealer while being about 30% cheaper. Friendly, non pushy on the add ons.
