Outstanding service and quality work at a very fair price. Every issue was explained thoroughly and the work was performed well and on time.Any of my future diagnostic and repair needs will be handled at Boeser s Automotive. It s good to have someone you trust.

I resently moved to Savage & I needed work on my Escape. I remember a neighbor told me if I needed a mechanic she recommended Boesers. I made an appointment and got in right away. I needed a new alternator and oil change. My Escape was ready later that day. Everyone was very nice, price was what I expected. It was important to me to get it done quickly and it was. I really appreciated getting a text from Tom a few days later asking if every thing was good. I had forgotten how my power steering use to feel. It had gotten very soft and sluggish for some time. The alternator was slowly going out. I had no idea that i have electric power steering. Now I will stop looking where to check my power steering fluid. Thanks Tom

Tom & his team are the absolute best! I have an older car that's tough to find parts for; I was turned down by multiple auto-places before calling Boeser. Tom took the time to look up the issue and see if a fix was possible, they took the time to make it happen & I couldn't be more grateful. The care that comes from a local shop that started from a love of cars and some serious deep-dive-knowledge makes this my new go-to that I'd recommend to anyone. Thanks, guys!!!!

The man working there is a scammer! Tried telling me both my headlights were out and the lights could cost $500 to fix. Left and tested my lights and everything worked fine except the 1 bulb I went there to get fixed. I only went there because the police gave me a free voucher and this man is abusing it.

Tom (the owner) is generous with his time and has a deep understanding for cars. He's been servicing police cars for years and his reputation precedes him. When I purchased my new car, I spent a lot of time researching mechanics because I wanted to build a lasting relationship with someone I could trust with my car for maintenance. I'm so glad I found Boeser Automotive. I'd highly recommend.

Tom and his crew are all very helpful and thorough with their diagnosis. They are very accommodating to your schedule, and get the job done in a timely fashion. Tom and team always do a great job! I have been bringing our cars to Tom for a LONG time, & he has always taken good care of them. Old ones, new ones, farm trucks...they always manage to keep them going until the last gasp....appreciate Tom's knowledge of all things 'car' & the commitment to making sure vehicles are roadworthy.

Twice during a recent visit, Tom demonstrated how he cares about his customers. First oil leaks were discovered and before the find was announced, he investigated the warranty status of the car and advised me that I needed to hurry to the dealer to get warranty repairs done instead of paying him some $2k to do the work. Thank you Tom. Second another vehicle was being looked at for transmission trouble. Tom advised that customer that glitter was showing the the pan and, before going further, discussed the possibilities and their costs: replacement with a new unit, replacement with a used find, rebuild in shop, or park the vehicle. Pros and cons for each were discussed giving the customer an enlightened choice. In both cases, Tom could have profited by having his worker just do the repair in house instead of what was best for the customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

i have used this transmission shop twice and both times they did a outstanding job. They didn't try to upsell me and even saved me a bunch by just replacing the torque converter and flushing where most shops would have sold a transmission. Talked directly with the owner both times, how often do you see that ?

I have a high mileage Ram pick-up that needed a new transmission. Tom took the time to find a used transmission from out of state and saved me thousands of dollars. Highly recommend Boeser Automotive.

I used to bounce around to a lot of auto repair shops for two reasons, cost and closeness to our home. I found Boeser Auto about 5 years ago and I haven't gone anywhere else since. We trust Tom and his team which I can't say for many places these days. Based on my recent experiences, I don't know why we don't go to small shops for all our are needs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brake service & repair

Trustworthy, honest and takes the time to educate you about every detail of the work you need and ways to prevent future problems. I highly recommend them, Tom is very knowledgeable, professional and priced fair. If you want the issue to be resolved the first time call Boeser! I ve been coming to them since 2016 and never been disappointed. Ladies I really recommend them as most car repair companies get over on us, not with Boeser!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Tom helped with pretty much everything I needed to know related to transmission on my car. Even though I ended up not getting the work done Tom was very knowledgeable & professional on helping me with how to proceed. I would highly recommend!

Tom and Charlie are great. Have been going here almost 20 years. The Boeser team got my car in, serviced, and home the same day for an extremely reasonable cost! Tom thoroughly explained the work they did to my vehicle and recommended great preventative maintenance items I can do that will prolong the life of my vehicle. Boeser made a stressful situation an easy fix for my husband and me! Highly recommend!

I've been taking my cars to Tom and Charlie and the guys at Boeser Automotive for 20 years, ever since we moved to Minnesota. We now live an hour away, over in Hastings, and we still go back to Tom. My daughters have picked up the habit. They take their cars to Tom too. Tom is always upfront and honest about what is wrong with your car, what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. This is especially useful if you are on a budget like most of us. Five star rating!!!

This shop is probably the most qualified bunch of mechanics I've ever come.across. I've been using them since 1996 off and on. All my major repairs ( 2 transmissions in 2 different vehicles) and minor maintenance work has been through this shop. This shop also kept the company vehicles that I used working well beyond their life expectancy.Highest recommendation possible to these guys. You don't need anyone else maintaining your vehicles but these guys.Yes really..

I rarely write reviews but this time I have to. We were out of town and our transmission was not working. I educated myself a little bit on the type of transmission that was in my car and what the most common problems with it were. I started calling around the area and was highly disappointed after four phone calls to other shops. I spoke with Tom (Owner) he told me everything I had researched about my car s transmission, so we left our car with Tom. To our surprise he had a free loaner and had our car back on the road in four days. Incredible service always courteous, polite, respectful. I cannot say enough because it s so difficult being out of town while trying to find a competent individual that won t rip you off! Owned by solid American, while charging a fair price!
