They took great care of me and my vehicle. North Star Collision addressed my concerns promptly and provided me with status updates on my vehicle s timeline for completion along the way. Awesome service! Great price! I just had some exterior blemishes and scratches on my car and wanted it to feel like new again. Northstar Collision was great on the bid but also did amazing work! My car looks as good as the first day I baught it and drove it off the lot. Also, they finished quickly and I was late to pick it up and they were great to work with. Quick to get in and repairs finished! Other body shops were booked out 3 months. Fair pricing as far as inline with other shops. Again, turnaround was key and they did it with excellent results! Give them a call! I'll be going back if ever needed!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome service! I cannot say enough about Gary and the team at Northstar. Brought my car in on a Monday and was fixed by Thursday morning, looking brand new again. Drive a 2016 car and they walked me through the process and got everything done as promised just before the holidays. You will not be disappointed with them if your car has considerable damage!

Just had my Ford Fusion fixed up at Northstar. This shop does high quality work and get the job done fast. I had my bumper and fender replaced, along with a few other fixes and it only took them 3 days. The free loaner car is a really good incentive if rental coverage isn't part of your insurance. I scheduled my drop off for a time the loaner car became available. The loaner car was not ready at the time of my drop off so instead of sending me home Gary took the initiative to get a rental car on the house instead. This shop is transparent and has integrity.

Someone made a decision to rear end me on 2nd St South, so I came to Northstar after reading some fantastic reviews. Gary was great, he gave me a quick estimate, took photos of the damage and engaged the other person's insurance right away. After getting approved, I dropped off the car and they got it done earlier than promised. My car, a 2019 Kia Optima looks like new again. Perfect paint match and all that crazy damage fixed....like nothing ever happened. I will be coming back to Northstar for any body work I may need in the future and I honestly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I work there so my standpoint would be biased. I think we do excellent work though.After writing that initial review, I ran across a deer that wanted to play tag with my car. I had Northstar Collision do the repair work. Matched the color just fine and got me back on the road fast. Eben had a loaner vehicle which was GREAT since I don't have rental on my insurance policy. Thanks Gary and crew!!

I have used Northstar several times. The latest was today on my 2014 Focus. The work and value is superb. The competitive quotes I have gotten are often double what Gary at Northstar charges. The difference is that if it make sense Northstar will repair instead of replace parts, and their work is top notch. You are doing yourself a great dis-service if you don't try them.

I was very happy with their customer service. They worked with me around my schedule and are very detailed orientated. My vehicle looks like new and I would recommend my friends and relative use their service. They make you feel like you are their only customer. Top notch people and obviously the best in their field.

They made my car look nearly brand new after my accident. Gary was great to work with and flexible when it came to picking up my car on the weekend due to previous plans that interfered with picking up during the week. They also have a tracker to see where your car is in the process of being fixed. Had my car towed there on a Friday afternoon and had it done by the following Friday. Reasonably priced too for the quality of work provided! Definitely will be going back to them for future body work.

I came here after getting a really good straightforward estimate. I had the work done and it actually came in at less than the estimate! They stand behind their work and will not be happy with anything less than the best. I took my Toyota corolla to NorthStar after a collision with a deer. My Toyota had a dent on the front passenger side, magically they fixed the dent, its looks like a new car. They fixed my car within 2 days and reasonable price. I would highly have recommended this place to everyone.

Northstar Collison made my car look like new after my accident. They kept me updated on the process of fixing my car and I was able to conveniently leave my rental there when my car was finished. The staff was very friendly and my car was completed quickly. I would defiantly recommend Northstar!

From drop-off to pickup the entire process was quick and easy. The owner gives off a friendly and transparent impression which makes me inclined to return for futures services.Lifetime warranty on labor performed speaks for itself.

Even though I didn't get my vehicle fix here due to it being a total loss, I wanted to give them a review on there excellent service and estimate. Thanks so much for your time and help! I went to two other places before I went there and still haven't heard back. These guys didn't waste any time to write me up a detailed estimate right on the spot and sat down with me and explained everything! Thanks again!

I am satisfied with my experience in Northstar Collision as they repaired my car for a reasonable price. They even let you use a car for the time it would take for your car to be repaired. I would highly recommend this place.
