Honestly they are truly great! They have always made me feel comfortable, they work with you and don t make you feel pressured into anything. The job is always done good in a timely manner. It s a smaller shop but it s a good shop! The guys that work in there are super nice. They are honest and transparent and don t try and get you out your money, if they can find a better way they will.

Cody and the guys at D&P are as good as ever! I have complete faith in the work done on our family's vehicles. The service is fantastic and the prices are reasonable! Still love this place!

Nice service good communication done when they estimated time to be done. Convenient location for most local residence. Professional staff. Will take my vehicles here often. Prices are a little higher than some shops but inflation and parts availability in this market can be a factor. Thank you for the service.

I've gone here for repairs twice, and both times were 5-star experiences. These folks know what they are doing and work hard to find the best options for the situation. I don't write many reviews, but good car shops can be hard to find, so hopefully this review helps someone out because D&P is a good one.

Had check engine light on. Stopped by & they diagnosed as two possible problems.Set up 7:30 appointment, dropped vehicle off & picked up later same day. Problem was repaired & damaged switch was shown to me. Did a good job of explaining & showing me problem with vac switch. Very courteous & good service.

Have been going to D&P Rapids Repair for years. Always walk out as a happy customer. The knowledge off all the workers make the experience stress free. Thank you for all you do and I'll be a continuing customer for years coming!

We were very happy they were able to repair a tire we were having issues with! They found a very small nail that was causing a slow air leak. Would definitely recommend!

Issue with a burned out turn signal bulb. Stopped by the shop and within 15 minutes I was on my way with a replaced bulb. Appreciated the prompt, polite service.

Paul and his crew saved the day for our family!Last summer we were on the way up north when disaster struck. The water heater on our F-150 went out and the engine quickly started overheating. At the same time we lost a wheel on our pontoon trailer! A Google search helped us find D & P s 2 miles away. We limped the rig to the shop and the engine quit just as we rolled up. We were a mess!!! Paul towed us in and quickly diagnosed the issue. It was the end of the night and he said that he would work on our water heater first thing in the morning. i m at the crew there in the morning and they had everything in order for the repair. I worked on the tire but needed help with a stuck cotter pin on the pontoon trailer which the crew helped with. The work was all done by 11 AM and we were able to make it up north and enjoyed our weekend on the lake with our family. None of this would ve been possible without Paul and his crew. It is rare in this day and age to find an operation that is run with this level of service and integrity. Hats off to these guys!

Had car services done here for the past 3 years and recommended to friends and family! The guys here are ALWAYS amazing. They are fast on diagnostics and efficiently quick yet thorough in time of dropping vehicle off for service until pick up.Paul is usually the one that helps me and greets me each time I walk in and he is so nice, honest and to the point. I love this place. Small town friendly without the corporate racket. Consistently professional, all around top shelf service. Paul and his staff seem to stay busy but always not too busy to get my car in and take a look at whatever problem is going on. Thanks to Paul and the rest of his team, who took great care of my vehicle once again. This time it was a MAJOR OIL leak, and they were able to get me right in to address the problem. They know what they're doing, and they really care. You can try, but you really can't fake that. And best of all, with the genuine customer care came a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Vehicle died due to battery issue which was checked with volt meter at home. Brought it in for a charging system check. A person dumped cold water on the alternator instead of testing because it was too hot & charged $50. The vehicle broke down a few miles away from the shop stranding a teenage girl.Service: BatteryService: Battery
