Great service as always. Staff works hard to get what is needed. They don't give me what they think I need but help figure out what I am describing so I get the right part the first time. Very helpful with reccomdations and carrying heavyweight objects to my vehicle. I never feel like I'm stupid when in the Sauk Rapids Auto Value store that is why I go there first for my auto parts.

They have parts, the person you ask for help isnt very knowledgeable. I simply asked which kind of coolant I should use and he told me he wasnt sure, didnt offer to check, and I ended up going to Oreillys.

Extremely knowledgeable people work there that asked me questions the other places didnt to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Very friendly too!! I'm not wasting my time going anywhere else ever again.
