For the life of me I cannot understand why the lady behind the counter tries to argue with me about getting my oil changed. It seems like I need to say "pretty please with sprinkles" in order to get on the schedule. God forbid she lets you spend your money there. This is the last time I will argue with her to get a simple oil change done.

I bought a set of tires for my truck on line with Walmart app. To be delivered and installed to my closest auto center location. They sent them 50 miles away. After 100 miles out of the way, they didn't have time to put them on. Not wanting them stolen. I put them on. No free rotations. That's why I bought from them. I guess my oil chages will now go elsewhere.Poor customer service. The alignment ad says $30-$50 AVG. Not available at any location?

All the time same bull.... last time I came here to get 2 new tires so they told me that they don't have it in the store that they need to order it . P23545R17 I told them ok I can do that in that case I have 2 old one can you put it in? Well we need to talk to the manager blah blah blah. ..so the manager came and told them to do it...they put on on and the second one no ....but is no problem no a big deal. ...ok...today I came in my vw passat for a oil change after 15 minutes they told me that they don't have the tools to do that job......what excuse. ...I don't RECOMMEND this place

Went in for an oil change and was quoted around 30-45min. Walked around the store and picked up some car care products and my vehicle was done within 20min.

Ron and the staff will take care of your needs from quick oil changes, tires, batteries plus more and make sure it doesn't hurt your wallet or purse .

Terrible customer service. Felt like I was a huge inconvenience. Just to change a simple trailer tire.
