After dealing with a slew of Facebook marketplace undesirables and their cars for over a month, I stumbled across an ad for a 2014 Focus on Google that was just over my price range. I drove two hours to John Weiss Ford with the expectation of being jerked around and wasting time on a vehicle I probably wouldn't end up buying, but you miss every shot you don't take. Boy was I wrong. I met with the salesman, Rick, and after taking a brief test drive noted that it had some small mechanical issues, and it was filthy. As it turns out, the car hadn't been gone through for repair or detailing yet as they hadn't finished their listing process yet. I mentioned that I was fine with the car as is, and was immediately given the price I had hoped to pay for the car. Paperwork took a while, but that's to be expected with all the forms and such. All in all, it was a great, relatively hassle free experience and everybody was kind and professional. As a bonus, I was given a hoodie with the paperwork. This is not your typical give away hoodie either, it's warm and high quality. Thanks for the great experience and the car guys! I'll definitely be considering this dealership for future purchases.

Everyone I met at Wiese Ford was great. Rick, my salesperson, was informative and helpful. I drove almost three hours to get to the dealership. It was definitely worth it.

My vehicle was recently totalled in an accident. The process to get in and get it cleaned out has been... complicated. They have been nothing but helpful over the phone. They told me they were going to leave my vehicle unlocked for me over the weekend, so I could come in and clean it out. I was sick on Saturday and couldn't go in to do it that day. I go there on Sunday, fully expecting for it to still be there and unlocked. It was here. It was locked. Nobody works on Sundays so there was no option for me to get it unlocked. I don't know the next time I'll be able to make the half an hour trip there to clean it out will be, being how I don't have a vehicle right now.

I have never been so pleased with a business in all my life! Not only did they help me out in a bad situation, but they went out of their way to show they cared. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else again, your entire team is awesome!

John Wiese Ford is truly an amazing place. We were on our way to the cities to catch a plane when our tire pressure was low. Turns out we had a screw stuck in the tire so we called John Wiese and they got us in and out in no time. They were able to fix the tire and get us back on the road. Not sure what we would ve done without them!

Oh boy, this deal started out with my son & I showing up at jwf with his 2012 focus. It needed some repairs after a minor fender bender. Ended up they helped him with new tires & alignment. Couple wheels replaced too. Also serviced his car, when finished with his car, we brought our edge in for service. All this was done promptly, & professionally. They were in contact with me several times, keeping me informed of what was going on.

I've been going to John Wiese Ford for my car and truck needs for over 20 years -- and I hope to keep going for 20 more. From trade-ins, to new and used car purchases, to service and the body shop, I've seen all aspects of their business -- and it's always been a great experience. They're a great example of a small-town dealership that thinks big. Whether you're in the Cities or out past Alexandria, it's worth a visit to Sauk Centre.

Salesman was friendly and sales was quick but they did not look over car well drivers wiper did not work and nut for wipers were missing and front windshield washers did not work and car runs rough on cold start up

This was the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership!We went in just to look at a truck and ended up coming home with it. Jeremy helped us out and made the whole process as easy as possible. He was really helpful, got things done quickly, make sure everything was understood, and didn t make us feel like just another customer. Will be going here for all of my vehicles in the future, %100 recommended. We bought the truck on a Thursday and drove it 8+ hours to Medora with no problems that same weekend. Hauls the horse trailer with ease, will be a good fit for our lifestyle.

One of the best dealers I have had the pleasure to deal with, hands down. Jeremy made my dreams come true by selling me my dream vehicle, a 2022 Ford Bronco. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and we quickly negotiated the price of the bronco, Kim in finance was great to work with also. I was able to do everything on the phone and had financing set up that day. I drove 5 hours to his dealership "In the middle of Minnesota" to pick up my bronco and it is exactly in the condition he stated.

Recently I had to have John Wiese Ford's Body Shop do some major repairs after an accident I had. Results? All GREAT... super nice people to deal with on keeping my vehicles maintained and they treat me like family. I've purchased MANY vehicles from JWF. I'd never consider going anywhere else for my needs.

I've been a loyal customer of John Weise Ford for many years. Their staff & customer service is superb. They are always prompt whether it be a quote or explaining the work that needs to be done and then following through to make sure all my questions have been answered.People need to know they can trust the John Weise Dealership to be honest and fair whether they are purchasing a vehicle or having work done. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from John Wiese Ford.Eric Moritz, our salesman, was so helpful in finding just what I was looking for. He was so easy to work with and a good communicator.Kim, the finance manager, gave me the best experience I had talking with a finance manager.We bought from John Wiese because we trust their service department. They are top notch.I bought a 2020 Ford Escape that was a dealer car used as a loaner. The car is like brand new. I love the car! I love all the standard features it comes with and all the addons.It gives me confidence driving on Minnesota roads covered with snow.

The owner and all levels of staff were friendly and knowledgeable! From the time I arrived at this dealership all services were handled efficiently and quickly and the whole process was very seamless from financing, office work, service options offered to a detailed explanation of my new vehicle before leaving,.it could not have went better. I highly recommend Eric M at John Wiese Ford in Sauk Centre. He has helped us over the years with purchasing our new vehicles. When it was time for me to get my new Explorer Eric took the time to sit down and go over all the options that they have and what all I was looking for. Got here at 9am for a recall repair. He said it would take 20 mins so I asked for a basic car wash as well. It took one hour to get the car wash so now I'm waiting for the recall part to be done. I've been here for over an hour and a half. People are coming and going before me. Still here!Thank you Doug (Service Manager), for calling me with your apology and explanation. I was having a bad day and the wait might have escalated my disappointment. You guys have always done great work with my vehicles and I appreciate your your call.

My son and I drove up from Kansas City to buy a great 2007 Nissan Altima at an extremely fair price. I called and talked to Jeremy Wiese and found him to be a very honest man with great values. He wants to make sure that he is upfront and fair in all his dealings. It took 10 minutes on the phone to reach a deal. We drove up the next day to pick up the car. The 9 hour drive each way was an excellent investment of time and gas. He has my highest rating. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat.

Our experience was very positive. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dylan was very helpful and made sure the Honda was clean and ready for us when we made the purchase.
