I recently purchased a new vehicle at Dan Welle and I was very happy with all of my interactions with the dealership and Glenn in particular. My only concern was with Chevrolet itself. After ordering the vehicle, GM took 4 months to deliver it because of a UAW strike. Through all of the delay Glenn was very good with updating and information. I would deal with him any time.

Outstanding customer service! My family was traveling to northern Minnesota for Thanksgiving when I got an alert of rapidly dropping tire pressure on my Chevy Tahoe. By a stoke of luck, I could see Dan Welle s dealership at the next exit. I pulled in at 3pm on the night before Thanksgiving and hoped someone could help. The service manager and his team were nothing but helpful, kind and efficient. They fully repaired my tire for just $40 in under an hour. It was a Thanksgiving miracle that they got us back on the road and on time for our family dinner. The kindness and quality of service they provided was best in class and unlike any car dealer I ve had experience with - I am considering driving up to Welle for all my future Chevy service needs. Highly recommend this team!

I had a great experience buying from Dan Welle and would recommend them to anyone. I found a used Ram pickup online they were selling but given that Sauk Centre is about 2 hours from my home, I was struggling to find time to go look at it. When I called about the truck and explained where I lived they immediately offered to meet me halfway just so I could look at the truck. The next day they again met me halfway to exchange my trade for the truck and they brought all the paperwork with them. This was a major improvement over my other car buying experiences and greatly simplified the process.

They really helped me out, I was traveling and out of town. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about my truck and problems with it. They fixed the problem and got me home. I would definitely recommend them for any repairs needed. Thank you to the staff

Stopped in yesterday afternoon looking to trade in my vehicle and start the process of buying a truck. It's safe to say that it was a fantastic experience. Everybody was so welcoming and accommodating. I personally dealt with Glenn and he was fantastic. Very helpful and was straight to the point. Overall, my experience at Dan Welle's blows away the experience I had at Marthaler's in Glenwood earlier that day. I'm from Alexandria and would recommend this dealership to anybody!

I took my escalade in after it go struck by lightening. I dropped it off 4 days early. Service said light errored was unable to find anything out because they were aftermarket they only work with the sensor to turn them on.. The turn signals don't work, it says hood is always open,

Amazing staff amazing customer service thanks to Ted and Kent and all the mechanics in the service department. These guys bent over backwards to make sure I got my new tires installed and even notified me of a recall that I didn't even ask about then the next week they fixed that recall and even picked up and returned my vehicle to me without any payment. I'm so thankful that I even called Chrysler and told them what a great job these guys did.

Went to Dan Welle Chevrolet for a recall on my car. I drove in told the receptionist what I was there for. The mechanic promptly and took my car in. In about 20 minutes. He told me the recall was fixed but the light on the dash was that my catalytic converter was going out. He had turned the warning light off and said it would come on again. He said it was going out. He was so nice and professional. Very informative, he knew what he was talking about.I will always bring my car there for service. They were great!

I was extremely happy with their service. Our car broke down Friday night, and we really needed it on Monday. We couldn t take it to our usual Chevrolet dealer for service on Saturday as they were closed. Dan Welle was more than willing to assist us Saturday morning and we re very helpful and professional. Two thumbs up.

My husband made the appointment, however, it wasn t in their schedule, and they were really nice about it and made the time to look, and service my truck. Excellent customer service! The man supervising service center , is helpful, kind, and super organized! He explained what was going with my truck and fixed the problem.

Stopped in Sauk Centre on a whim to get tire pressure checked out, ended up leaving wanting to buy a new jeep! Glenn was fantastic to work with. He was patient during the building & pricing process and always advised based on needs not for the sale. Not only that, he sat in the new jeep with me for 15-20 minutes making sure my phone was paired correctly, I knew how to use all of the entertainment functions, and even offered to help walk me through if I had questions later. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish and will recommend all my friends to take the trip to Dan Welle. Thank you!

They were very helpful and friendly, they kept me informedwhile they went through my truck and sent pics of things They thought should be fixed and provided prices as well.. on top of that they got my truck in and done earlier then I had scheduled.

Customer service is great. The service department did an excellent job on my brakes. Been coming here throughout the years. I just wish the offer car wash and vacuuming as an incentive But overall they get the job done
