We recently purchased a snowmobile from Country Cat. Everyone was so kind, happy, friendly & helpful in the buying process.We met David, one of the owners of this family owned and run business. He was awesome to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. He told us how they started the business over 30 years ago. Great story!!John was very thorough and explained everything we needed to know about the snowmobile. What a great experience!After our purchase, they called a few days later to check in to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We also received fresh baked cookies shipped to us as a "Thank You"!!Great place to do business! We highly recommend them.

They gladly take your money but refuse to help when their shipper tosses your order out on ur lawn instead of following the directions left for them. There are plenty of other places to get ur parts n equipment that actually help their customers spend ur money there!!

Title: Terrible Experience at Country Cat Service DepartmentI recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department at Country Cat. I brought in my snowmobile for a routine oil change, expecting a simple and hassle-free service. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that.Upon picking up my snowmobile, I discovered that the starter had been wrecked during the service. Naturally, I expected the service department to take accountability for their mistake and rectify the situation. However, that was not the case.The service manager, Dan, exhibited an astonishing lack of professionalism when confronted with the issue. Instead of addressing the problem calmly and responsibly, he chose to raise his voice and yell about the situation in the parking lot, right in front of my child. This not only created an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation but also showed a complete disregard for customer service.To make matters worse, Dan somehow managed to place the blame on me for the damage to the starter. I was taken aback by his refusal to acknowledge the mistake and his attempt to shift the responsibility onto me. It's disheartening to see a service manager behave in such an unprofessional manner.In an attempt to resolve the matter, I reached out multiple times to the store manager to express my concerns about Dan's behavior and the damage caused to my snowmobile. Unfortunately, my calls were never returned, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.I expected much better service from Country Cat, and this experience has left me with a negative impression of their service department. I would caution others to think twice before entrusting their vehicles to a place that not only damages your property but also lacks the courtesy to address and resolve issues in a respectful manner.

Great inventory..not the friendliest and can't reach by phone. Drove 600 miles round trip to spend $2500 on parts and accessories and they acted like they were doing us a favor..will go back..but only because of selection and price...

I bought two sleds from here and will definitely be buying another one from them in the future. They have a great selection of products and great staff to go with it. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

Your money is best spent else ware. I had ordered parts from them and once I received the parts I did a quick check to make sure no obvious damage was done and that all the parts I ordered were there. I placed the parts on my shelf to install at a later date. When I went to install one of the parts I found it was badly damaged there was a large crease across the tunnel section. And this was not caused by the shipper, the box that it was in showed no damage whatsoever. I contacted Country Cat and was told I was out of luck, and they wouldn t do anything to help me out with the damaged part they sent me. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. If you end up having issues with the parts you buy from them, they will do nothing to help correct it. They obviously do not care about their customers except for taking their money. Stay away.

Ordered on sunday the 12th didnt actually ship until tuesday the 14th package sat at usps facilty until the 16th finally made it to fargo facitily morning if the 16th but unfortunately will not make delivery by the 16th as stated by usps! Both country cat and usps are terrible at shipping both places had my package for 2 days!

I Ordered a replacement exhaust for a 2016 Wildcat Sport. The product was shipped free via FedEx ground, and arrived at my house in two days. However the exhaust was damaged upon arrival due to it being dropped before packaging, I know this was the case because the box was in good shape.I reached out to the company, and at first there were no other exhaust units available to ship out to me to replace the one that showed up damaged. After requesting a supervisor to discuss my options, I get a call back saying they found three more exhaust units in the warehouse... did they just appear out of thin air? At this point I was also told that the supervisor didn t have time to hear my concerns about the matter. I was then expected to run my charge card a second time, before I could receive the new unit, and in the meantime I was expected to send the other one back. They sent me a FedEx return label for the damaged one, and I processed the return.After the purchase for the second unit was complete, I noticed that instead of giving me the fast FedEx option, they stuck me with a cheap third party delivery service. We are now approaching day 6 without the new exhaust unit, and at this point, the damaged unit will probably arrive back with the merchant before the new replacement arrives at my door.I value my time away from work, and at this point I will lose not one opportunity to use my machine but two opportunities.I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

I ordered a key C58 for an ATV, when ordering a key one is supposed to include the key code. I ordered two keys which cost around $42. I got two keys in a reasonable amount of time and went to use them on my ATV. They didn t fit, I looked at the number on the key, it was A128. I contacted the company who then asked me the model and year information. I gave them what I thought it was. The response was that I ordered it wrong and sent me instructions. I reviewed the ordering process for the correct year and I had ordered it correctly. How I ordered C58 and I got A128 and it was my error, I am still not sure. I responded that I had ordered it correctly. The latest deflection of culpability, I was asked for my VIN because the key numbers don t always matter. Then why was that the only information requested to order the key?Quick ordering and delivery. Quick responses to inquiries. Customer service is not as helpful as I would expect.

By far the best Arctic Cat dealer in MN! I use them for all my parts & Arctic Cat related needs. In store is very clean & open, with a vast selection of gear, apparel, & machines. Not to mention a large & well stocked parts department. Online shopping navigation is a breeze & the parts finder even tells you if they have a part in stock or not. Which is a wonderful feature to have. Shipping turnaround & packaging are top notch as well. I highly recommend & will continue to shop with Country Cat for any & all things Arctic Cat.

Best prices, customer service, and shipping options I could find. Replied to an inquiry email same day with all questions answered and additional (relevant) info included. I ordered from them online and chose the cheapest shipping option and it was at my door next day. Will order from them as long as I have my AC.Big thanks to everyone there who helped me (whether they realized it or not).

They wouldn't give me a full refund. I returned the part I ordered, the EXACT way it was delivered and I was charged 20% (of price of part) with the original packaging. When I received my part, it was in a small box. I opened the box and the part was laying in there loose (no bag, no part number.... nothing but the part!) I sent it back the same way and was charged because of that. Customer service told me that they would never send something that way which made me feel like I was making it up! I understand their policies, but that doesn't apply in this case. I will never order from here again! Oh and the person that referred me to this unprofessional place will not be ordering from here again either. UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE! The 20% fee was not legit. Your response is an ignorant one! The package was sent back just like it was received! You as the owner should be ashamed of doing business this way and calling your customers liars!

Bought a kawasaki mule from them, salesman on phone (jp I think?) Was super nice an better then other dealers I talked to. Went in next day an he wasn't there but the salesman on hand at the time ( Jon I think?) was nice an chill an non pressuring. Went back next day to pick up an took the time to show all features of machine an threw in hat an shirt which was a nice touch. Overall good experience an would recommend

Use EXTREME caution when ordering motors from Country Cat and after market parts for your kids snowmobiles. We ordered a new motor and skid plate for our sons 2018 ZR200 Arctic cat. Long story short the skid plate holds snow in between it and the frame causing the exhaust to get blocked. This will overheat your motor and seize it if not looked at closely. Learn from our mistake and either don t put the skid plate on or clean it out often. We are now out over $1700 due to having to buy a new motor for our kiddos sled. He didn t even have 6hrs of riding on this motor before the bearing seized. When I called country cat they were less than helpful and didn t even say sorry that the motor seized, nothing. All I got was there is nothing written about that problem . They do not warranty their motors at all so keep that in mind as well.

Have bought sleds from them, $$$$$$ in parts and brought several sleds in for extensive work. It was worth paying higher than average hourly because they were expert in their work. Until the LAST visit. Sled developed cyclical tunnel noise. After they had the sled for 5 weeks I called them and they had not looked at it... Next day called and oil was changed but they had not looked at track. Turns out is was a stone wedged between two lugs. They returned the stone and the sled and a bill for over $200 for the stone plus extra for the parts and hour for the oil change! Guess I thought they were above average and thorough and if I had a lift and a heated garage I might have found it and saved $$$. Mostly it was the 5 weeks out of a limited season. Never again.... ever....

Called for a service quote on our 4 wheeler, we were told twice (once over the phone and then when we dropped it off)167.00 for premium inspection. 3 days later we get a call that it was done. I asked what the bill was and he ( Kevin, same person that I talked to on the phone and when I dropped it off) said 253.00. Asked if they fixed something and he said no with oil and shop time is the cost. 187.00 for labor WOW!!! If I had known that we wouldn't have had a premium inspection done!!!! I would recommend in the future you're more up front with pricing. Needless to say you lost a customer and on that we will not recommend your business to others.

made an order for 130 euros, plus delivery 32 euros, paid! sent a letter asking for an additional 130 euros for delivery! I'm shocked! canceled the order, returned 5 euros less! wrote with a request to return 5 euros, the answer is, we are not responsible for the commission fees! petty company! I do not recommend it!

I wished I read these reviews before purchasing anything from this place. All the responses are the customers fault. They are sure able to place blame on everything else and everyone else but them. If it were up to me I wouldn t give this business any stars. They have horrible customer service and does not stand behind their products. They sell faulty brand new products and won t return and exchange a brand new never used item. Definitely the worst customer service I ve ever had.

I ve ordered parts from country cat a handful of times and have yet to be disappointed. Prices are average to better and shipping is reliable.
