Dispatch kid doesn t know what he s doing. Told him I needed a loaded 18 wheeler towed and he had to check with the boss to see if they could do that. Truck needed to be picked up 1.9 miles from their shop towed 3.6 miles down to the next exit and back. Would ve towed truck 8 miles at best. They quoted me over $900.00. I guess if you re desperate call them up. I called for service truck instead.

Nothing but great service from these guys and we use them frequently. From the initial call with dispatch to the final invoice, nothing but professional and courteous help.

The staff there was very disrespectful. They were rude and very bad with communication between each other. I called to talk with a manager and the staff Elizabeth got on the line and gave me a whole run around about her helping the situation. I never got a return call until I reached the owner. Come to find out the lady terry was acting like she was someone else just to get me off the phone. I would not recommend if you are a person of colorService: Special vehicle towing

Unsatisfactory with these idiots. They had kept our vehicle longer then needed 2 b. Very poor customer relations & service ., DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I got stuck in the snow in a not-so-covenient location and knew I needed "special" help. I called Center Towing and the lady I spoke with on the phone was very professional and helpful. She sent a truck out and it arrived very quickly. Rob noticed immediately that I was in quite a predicament and suggested that a skid-steer was in order. I knew this would be a big expense but saw no other option. That's when Rob when way beyond helpful and secured a local farmer (Rob just knocked on his door!) to help us out! Who does that?!?! Rob does!!! Thanks also to the very kind farmer!!! I saved a ton of money by not having to secure the skid-steer! THANK YOU ROB & CENTER TOWING!!!!! You're the best! I highly recommend!Service: Car towing

Not helpful at all. Manager came out after we were about to leave, acting hostile towards my brother, interrogating him about the title transfer. VERY VERY RUDE. They also picked up my car after being on the side of the road for maybe 5 hours, I had left a note and everything saying I d be back to take care of it. Left a phone number and everything no call. You re supposed to have 24 HOURS before a tow company can come tow it. Now I m being charged 350$ for a maybe 7 mile tow. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS. Also if your of color they ll probably try to charge you more. RACISTS.Service: Car towing

I blew the transmission on my 2009 Chevy Suburban, and asked for a rollback to make sure all the wheels were off the ground. I was about 20 miles from Centre Towing. 25 minutes from my call the rollback was there, 5 minutes later we were on the way to the repair shop. Yes, I paid a little more for the rollback, but that s expected. The service was top notch. The driver was very experienced and knowledgeable in what he was doing. I have some towing experience myself, but I felt very comfortable with him. The equipment was top of the line.

Everybody was rude except for the person who gave us a ride to a safe place to stay after towing my car after a deer hit accident. I believe was the manager he was great to us but everybody else people that answer the phone, those ladies need to stop being so rude and having an attitude.

My daughter's vehicle broke down where we were all meeting for Mother's Day. She has AAA, but no towers wanted to work that day. We called Centre Towing and we all agreed to wait till the next day and let AAA handle it. CTI was very friendly and was willing to do the job that day.

Highly recommend. Used their services a couple times. Rob Nelson has enormous experience towing large vehicles and makes sure it is done right not causing more repairs to the vehicle regardless of time required to do it right.

Called to get information on a vehicle that had been towed, didn t get all the answers- both workers that I spoke to were rude and didn t have answers to my simple questions regarding my vehicle.

They did a great job getting me unstuck and making sure I remained unstuck. The price seemed pretty extreme though ie over $400

" we work when we want hours so we can charge you more type of place. Arrogant and unwilling to help. Dont expect them to stay open for their posted business hours. Even if you're at work, gonna be there before 5. Ajd already paid 95% of your tow bill and already was told it was okay to come by 5. But when you get there "our last appointment is 445"

Execelent service, professional personnel. Only to be hit with a $570 bill for 20 min winch time and a ride to the closest truck stop. Expensive to the point of ridiculous.

That place extra charge almost 10 times please don t uses that towing company 14 miles they tow my truck and charge $6500 and no one talk with you nicely

This is the worst company I have ever come across, from the owner, to the arrogant guy at the desk,all the way down to the Sauk Centre police officer who helped them wrongfully withhold property.unprofessional,to say the very least,but deplorable behavior.Swearing at customers, basically stealing property & then hiding behind the statement of "it's a civil matter . I found the behavior of the entire company disgusting.
