I purchased my truck at Boyer and I always count on them for my regular maintenance. No repairs needed on this truck but when they are needed it will be done at Boyer! Excellent, friendly customer service, every time. Thank you Boyer Motor Co.!!

I had the pleasure of working with Todd on the purchase of a used car. All that needs to be said is I would recommend him to my friends and family. If you want to have a great experience buying a vehicle then I recommend you go see Todd at Boyer in Sauk Centre!

I have to say Jake is the "BEST". He got my car in right away.Told me what was wrong with it and fixed it right away! It was great service. All the guys there stopped by and chatted with us. I will be taking my cars there from now on! Thanks Jake and the gang. You guys rock !! We have been there twice and had amazing service both times.

Brian and his team work hard to make sure the customer is happy! It's not too often you find a repair shop that calls to make sure everything is running right and that you are happy with their service! I highly recommend Boyer Motor!

My hubby is on the road and is having vehicle troubles. I called ten minutes before close, and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. He gave me the best advice he could over the phone, including a number for a truck stop to call for more help. I have no doubt that if he would have had a mechanic at the shop yet, they would have stayed and waited to help my hubby. Excellent customer service!

I needed a 'winter' vehicle and found a Subaru on line with Boyer Motor Co.The salesmen were pleasant and easy to talk to, no pressure. I felt comfortable in their homey sales room with kid friendly play area. It felt like a warm family business which was important to me vs. huge, 'big business' metal and glass buildings.Todd even changed a window wiper he noticed wasn't perfect when I was ready to leave with my new car... I was impressed!

Was traveling through state today and got a low oil light warning. Popped in to your store and 2 gentlemen took care of me quickly and solved minor issue. Professionally very much in my opinion customer service masters. I do not live in Sauk Centre but if I did all my business would be yours! I took my truck to get an alternator replaced to Boyer Motor. I was driving from GA. To ND to help my dad do some work, when my electrical system failed. My truck broke down across the street from this company so they came over and jumped me off. They got my truck in the shop that same day. The problem came when they charged me for the Alternator. They charged me $422.00 for a new alternator that they only paid $213.00 for that was delivered to them by O'Reilly's Auto part Store that was also across the street. I have replaced the alternator before on this vehicle and don't remember paying more than 135 $. So I asked them why it cost so much and they said they don't mark up from what I would have to pay if I went to O'Reilly's and got it myself. So I went to O'Reilly's and asked and they said they would have only charged me $249.00 if I would have come in there myself. Boyers motor Co. paid $213.00 then tacked on another $209.00 as a mark up cost. I called back at least twice to bring this to the owners attention and they promised to call me back but never did. I understand that everyone has to make money and because of that things are marked up. I own a restaurant and of course markup is how we make money. But I wouldn't be in business if I marked my cost up like these people do. That is a markup of basically 100% on a 200$ item that they expended no energy to get because O'Reilly's delivered free of charge In addition to this they also charged the normal labor and tax and a few other small charges. I tried to call the owner and ask if this is his correct way of doing it or not, and if so I won't argue beyond that, however if it is I will never go back. Since they lied to me, didn't return my phone call and had excessive markup cost I only give them a 1 star. I would still like a call back Brian. Thanks

Would definitely recommend Boyer! Had car trouble on the way home. Googled auto shops in Sauk Centre - Boyer took care of us right away! Really appreciate it!
