The Best Auto Employees For Sure!!! Especially in this severe cold weather, when I was worried and concerned about my engine light coming on, on a Saturday morning...Jason and Steve helped me check my car's fluids and did a computer check to find out the issue. They were were so kind and helpful! Putting my mind at ease and even printed out the code for me to know what the situation was. I appreciate them and all O'Reilly's Professional Employees for always keeping my vehicle running safely! Thank you!

They all are so helpful when looking for a part. They've even put wiper blades on my vehicle at no charge. They even checked my alternator for me.

They had what I needed. Customer service was very subpar. Employees should be aware of how loud and what they are talking about when customers are present.

They help you get the items you need. If you need help putting replacing the items they will help with that as well.

I walked in all three of the clerks weren't doing anyting it wouldn't even look at me I asked if I could get some they ignored so I waited then I had to finally very bad service

This is the best auto parts store in the St Cloud metro area. The staff is knowledgeable on parts, systems, and products. JP, the general manager, is a graduate at the local Tech College and has insight on mechanical systems with a high quality of service. The parts are high quality at a fair price. I would not expect less from this location.

I brought a battery in to get it tested. The big guy at the register said ohhh I cannot test this. Bad things will happen if I test this. And I said like what? And he said bad things. I cannot say. Bad things. He offered to hold the battery for 3-6 days for it to warm up. Really really strange. I declined his offer, brought it to oreilys in St. Joseph, and they tested it right away. Tested good.

This is my one and only parts dealer. I have been going here for years and unlike many auto part stores that I am forced to stop at when I am on the road the staff in this particular store always knows what I need and generally has it in stock or has it in 24 hours. Get auto knowledge held here. They also offer an generous military/veteran discount.

This location is well organized and well stocked, for the most part employees are knowledgeable and helpful while "some" are a little too "know it all" they need to listen better to the customers needs to better assist with their needs.

Not friendly nor do there parts last or even work outta the garage. And they won t pay for labor I had paid twice for the same part but installed twice because the first one came broken and with a leak. (Radiator) And antifreeze leaked when I bought it n they wouldn t let me return it n blamed me.ID MUCH RATHER GO TO AUTOSpend a 100. Get 20$ discount

Store is well stocked and doesn't usually take long to get parts that are not. The staff has been up and down over the years as far as helpfulness, seems to be much better recently.

Only one person in the store knows how to look up parts. The others act like they are better than everyone else and don't know anything. If it wasn't for the the one guy it would be the blind leading the blind here.

Wesley ~ at the Sartell O'Reilly'slocation was the best assistant for me today ~ driving to St Cloud for an appointment from Alexandria MN was very hard driving ~ I walked in to the store and was treated like any customer by Wesley He spent time helping me decide which bad-*** winter windshield wipers I needed ~ then in the snowy outdoors he put my new Bosch Icon wipers on for me The store itself was very inviting with it's helpful staff ~ super clean store and well organized Thank you Sartell O'Reilly's Auto PartsYou made my day ~*~Kimmarie~*~

So far so good. Hard to find a parts store that doesn't sell cheap faulty parts, but people always want everything for less so how do stores compete. Cheapen the parts.

Good place to buy auto parts possibly could be a little more knowledgeable needed to go twice for the whole job sold me the wrong gasket for a thermostat but after a second visit I got the job done!!!!
