I found the overall experience satisfactory. However, the lack of itemized invoices, quotes, and receipts was problematic. Clear documentation is essential for transparency and record-keeping. It was surprising to learn that Motorworks has a policy of not providing a detailed breakdown of parts and services and their respective prices, which differs from my past experiences with other repair shops.

Motor Works continues to impress me time & time again. I ve been going to this location for a few years now; they always work with me so I receive the best deal and service on my vehicle. Their customer service is top tier, they text/call to follow up after I see them too which I appreciate! If you re looking for an honest shop that cares for their customers, go here. Thanks guys!

Amazing to deal with! I had on going problems for over 6 months and had brought my car elsewhere 3 times to have work done. Yet, everytime I left I still had this on going rattle sound that was unresolved. I finally discovered Motor Works in Sartell and they were able to get to the root of the issue with no problem and got it resolved. I wish I would have gone to them sooner, they look over the vehicle completely to let you know of any other issues as well. The prices are very reasonable, I definitely will be going here from now on.

Night & day difference between my experience with tires plus, they were sweet and kind and I was greeted with respect. They also offer a shuttle service which I think is so awesome to help you get to and from work! They also call to get the go ahead instead of just going ahead with said service. I was told I needed all my brakes and rotors replaced, come to find out I only needed my front brakes and rotors replaced which is also nice financially. I believe his name was Morty was who helped me from the moment I dropped my car off to calling and verifying for his technicians to work on my car and letting me know when it was done and if I needed a ride. I will 100% be bringing my car back for any repairs In the future!

I felt welcomed and informed during my entire visit. I do not know much about cars, but Motor Works in Sartell was able to break things down thoroughly for me. They were in consistent communication with me about the status on my car as well as what they were doing to solve the issue. They were also very fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you, Motor Works!

Both my spouse and I have been bringing our vehicles here for the last few years and will continue to do so as they do great work every time and everyone that works there has always been very friendly and helpful as well. If you re looking for a reliable auto shop then I would definitely give this place a try.

My wife and I worked with Chad for our service. He was able to get us in the same day and fix our issue. Almost immediately. Even better, he did not charge us since the issue was relatively minor. Would recommend going to this place for the fats and friendly service.

Nick was amazing to deal with!! Always in a super mood. Constant updates on my repair. He even accepted my request to pick up my vehicle from another job that couldn't get to it in time. Future repeat customer was just acquired here. A+++ service!

Motor Works of Sartell is the best mechanic shop in the area. I ve been to them twice now for major repairs and they were open with communication, up front with pricing, and kept me updated during the entire process.They do excellent work and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a honest mechanic.

Used to be a good shop. Now they just tack on an extra 500 dollars, yo everything, and I hope you don't notice. Brought my 2005 honda Element here. Was having issues with a leaking power steering pump. Fixed it for about 20 miles, and now it's back to the same issue. I have brought it in previously for oil leaks multiple times. Idk what they do, but it always ends up leaking about 5 minutes after leaving anyway. Pricing is absurd, 400 dollars for labor on a maybe 2 hour job is ridiculous

They were quick to get our vehicle in the same day, they worked with our warranty and took care of all of that communication on our behalf. They drove us home since they do not have loaners available, their team was overall wonderful to work with and we are grateful for them! Excellent job!

Highly recommend! My daughters car serpentine belt broke off and it was stranded, they were able to pick it asap and bring it to their shop to get fixed. I ve been to a couple other places and I was amazed with how Motor Works thoroughly inspected her car and took pictures with attached descriptions of what was wrong. Car was fixed in a timely manner and everyone was so professional and nice.

I had gone to another local repair shop for years and decided to check out Motor Works instead and I had a great experience! They got me in right away and fixed my vehicle up for a reasonable price. Awesome group - great service!! Check them out!

I have used Motor Works in Sartell several different times. Brad has always kept me informed on everything going on and if it is something that needs to be fixed right away or can be watched and taken care of later.

I've brought in both of my vehicles for various reasons, from oil changes to new breaks. They are always able to squeeze in an appointment for me last minute. Their prices are reasonable and I never feel over charged, unlike other shops I've been to. Lastly, the staff are very friendly.

The threads in my oil pan had been stripped almost smooth. I asked about a self tapping drain plug but after speaking with Paul I realized his idea on a better repair was much better. They did good work and I have seen no oil leakage since the repair. Paul is very personable and informative. He does an outstanding job at customer relations and dealing with customers. I would highly recommend people coming here for any auto repair work.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Incredible service. They explained very clearly and well what happened to my vehicle and didn't treat me like an idiot or assumed that I know every inner workings of vehicles. They explained all the pricing in advance and didn't surprise me with extras at the end. It was also quite a bit cheaper than another shop. Also quicker. Warranty on their parts and service is an excellent addition as well. They were quick and courteous keeping me in the loop. Also had complimentary shuttle service to and from. This is my new home for auto maintenance. Respect goes a long ways, Matt went above and beyond. (AC compressor was replaced, lower ball joints replaced, and small bulb replaced)Services: Vehicle Inspection, General repairs, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance
