One hell of a gentleman. I had truck issues the other day when I ran to sandstone. I went in to the insurance office, came out and my truck wouldn't start. I called Vork's. Though they don't provide roadside assistance, he came out to help me anyways. He brought two jumper packs, and after trying to jump my starter, we determined it needed a new one. He then DROVE ME TO NAPA!!! He convinced me to grab some tools (thank goodness because my tools were at home) and brought me back to the truck. I got my starter swapped out. I might have figured it out on my own, but he helped my day a ton. Amazing people. I pray for him and his family. He really save other day and went above and beyond. Take your car to Vork's folks. Honestly I can't speak enough about the integrity offered there.

They are my local go-to mechanics for any issue with any vehicle they've helped me with just about everything like oil changes engine problems and the owner even helped me with a truck I was planning on buying to see if it was worth the price and if it had any issues. If you are nearby they are the go-to people they'll try their best and do their best to get whatever problem you have fixed to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

I was on the road, hauling a rented trailer, when the check engine light started flashing. I found the nearest mechanic and man did I luck out. Ignition coil #7 was the issue. They fixed it and got me back on the road in no time. Vork's Auto saved the day. Good, honest, skilled, helpful people. If you're luck enough to be in their vicinity, I highly recommend brining your vehicles to them.

I was traveling through about a month ago, I purchased an air conditioning recharge kit, and didn't know how to use it. The owner came and did it for me, explained how to do it, and then what I might need if the problem continued. Very nice, friendly, and respectful.

We were having car trouble and had 150 miles to go so we stopped in. They were so nice. Checked our car and gave us advise on what was wrong. Didn't have the part needed but advised us it was safe to drive home so we could get it into our local mechanic.

Our daughter's engine light started blinking 5 hours into a 6 hour road trip and we had her stop into Vork's. Josh had her back on the road in no time. My daughter was driving from Minneapolis to Duluth when her car broke down on the highway. We had it towed to the closest shop which was Vork's. They were fantastic. I called to let them know the tow truck was on the way and the person answering was very friendly. They figured out the problem right away, got the parts, did the repairs and got my daughter on the road very quickly. Their pricing was very fair. I can't say enough good stuff about Vork's. It is wonderful to know there are great repair shops like this out there. I would highly recommend this shop!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I ran over something that damaged my rim and tire . I dropped it off at Vork's. Josh thought it was very likely the tire is ruined along with the rim. He had gotten quotes for the rim ranging from $1100 to $500. Amanda, who works for Josh, continued to call around the next day to find a rim. She called me on Friday and said she found one considerably less than the $500 and that they could have it done by Monday, but she doesn't have the final bill yet. Also-they were able to fix the tire. I stop there on Monday to pick up my vehicle. The bill was $280!!!! That is more than half of what I thought I was spending! Josh could have easily kept the profit for himself. He chose to pass the savings onto his customer instead. Josh Vork has great integrity and know how! We stopped here with a flat tire on our way through town. Not only were they able to take care of us quickly, but they did so for a great price, and we were on the road again within half an hour. Thanks Vork s! Very friendly people!

Best experience ever. He saw me after he 30 minutes after he closed to fix my tire on a 95 degree Saturday... and he didn t even charge me (he was paid anyways, of course). We had good conversation the entire time. I am from the Twin Cities and I want to come up here for tire work now because I was blown away by how great my experience was.Service: Tires

I got a flat tire on my way to Minneapolis and pulled in 20 minutes before they closed. They happily took me in and fixed my car. Real life savers. Linda was so nice and pleasant to chat with while her son worked on my car. Honestly 10/10 would visit even if my car didn't need to be fixed.

Josh is amazing! He saved our vacation! Had a metal strap rust and break that holds on there has tank, and her got it in first thing in the morning took about 20min and we were on the road! Thank you Josh! Go see this young man and support his business!

Amazing service! Our car started acting up on our way down to the cities, so we found this place on gps to have it checked out. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently (it was a minor issue), but also didn t charge us for it! Highly recommend!

I will not use another mechanic if I can help it I was raised by a mechanic, and Vorks repairs have always come In Under the national average and I have never once had a problem with his work. I became a customer because he fixed my window in the middle of winter the first time I met him for no charge so my kids wouldn't freeze. Incredible Service!!! My family and I were on a 400 mile road trip to International Falls and experienced some vehicle problems. We found Vork's in Sandstone. Vork didn't hesitate to drop what he was doing to help. His diagnostic computer was hooked up within minutes and he carried on friendly conversation with my wife and kids while he analyzed the vehicle's systems. We were back on the road in a very short period of time. All business owners could learn a thing or two from Vork and exceptional service. Thank you, Vork and God Bless you.
