I got a quote from John for a power steering pressure Hose and 4 Tires Mounted and Balanced. It took a week for him to start repair, after the church paid him,because, his technician was not showing up to work.John changed the vehicles tires himself because his technician was not showing up but, his balancer was not working. I had to go to Steve's alignment in Hinckley and have my tires balanced and a alignment done for $150 additional dollars out of my own pocket.John then found some random guy to put in my power steering pressure hose, 13+ hours of labor(for a 5 hour or less job) it was "done".John was rude and unprofessional to me and my boyfriend the entire time I was doing business with him. He asked my boyfriend why he could not fix the problem with the vehicle and then said to him that having him standing there watching would not get the job done any faster. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I had to pay $14 extra for a quart of power steering fluid( which was already paid for in his original estimate)I now have a worse problem with my power steering and need to put a quart of power steering fluid in daily.The problem he was supposed to fix, never got fixed. I now do not have a drive able vehicle. Not Happy and will never recommend this horrible place to anyone.

Had a 4l60e rebuilt buy these guys and it lasted for 3000 miles. They are trying to.deny warranty on it and I have all documentation to prove it to be covered. In the process of taking them to small claims court over it.

I had these guys bullet proof my 06 super duty transmission 130,000 later no problems and I'm running 800hp. I also have my 99 dodge 2500 trans rebuilt here 10,000 so far no problems

Got a 4l60e rebuild in good faith since I thought it was coming from a repudiate shop but the transmission didn't even make it a year before it went bad and try to get it warrantied and the owner told me I have to pay him an additional $450 bucks to have it warrantied.
