If you need parts in a hurry it's a great auto parts store. They usually have what you need in stock and can help look up what you need. If you can wait a few days there's other options available on the internet cheaper (yes OEM) as some of Napa's price's are expensive. I've spent $1000's of $$$ in Napa before I realized this. Napa is a great Auto store with very friendly and courteous staff.

Nice knowledgeable staff. Prices though are overpriced. Very important when you can get the same part for less money at other parts stores in the area.

Great small Town Napa !! Great inventory for a small town store and knowledgeable owners and staff. They stock a lot of older vehicle parts other stores do not have on hand for your classic car truck or off-road bogger

Our local Napa Auto is actually the best one I've been to in many years. As shop manager for the local taxi company I need to have parts available I keep the taxis running on time and I never have to worry about what I need to find because the boys are always on top of it. Including advice when things get difficult to diagnose.

Love the service and selection here. Always nice for quick needs. Mostly can't compete with online prices. But, The quality is outstanding.

Good odds they have your part and if they don t they can usually get it next day. Also Jerry and the rest of the staff are very sharp and do their job very well!

Worst customer service I have ever seen . To have an owner yell at you just because they don t take a debit card! I would drive hours to go anywhere else then ever give them my business!

The owners and the employees all need to lay off the meth! Therr all fidgety all the time and one guy that works there has track marks from shooting up! Napa in general is a great store but not this one! I go to hinckley anytime I need a REAL napa!

Helpful staff and willing to go the extra mile , buy watch your wallet as prices add up quick and products tend to be on the moderate to high price, wise and watch out for the up sell.
