*************DO NOT GO HERE****************I've never been treated so poorly by a business in my life! I brought my semi there on a Tuesday night and called on Wednesday morning to ask them to look into the same fuel related issue it was there for 2 weeks prior. I was told they would look at it Friday morning. On Friday, I called just before noon, and was told they had just gotten it in and would let me know. Since I hadn't heard anything late in the day, I pulled in at 4:40 to check in person. The shop was locked up tight with no sign of life. I called both numbers and left a message on one at 4:45 while sitting out front. Since I couldn't get a response from Adam, I called his dad (Larry) on Friday night. Larry said he would talk with Adam and get back to me. I sat all weekend, not knowing the status of my truck. Larry called me on Monday morning to let me know they had just looked at it and didn't see any issues and asked if I wanted them to continue. I said I needed to talk with someone and I'd call back. I called back a few minutes later to let them know to go ahead but Larry stopped me. He told me that I wasn't truthful on Friday and he didn't appreciate me taking advantage of his shop. I asked what he was talking about and he said, I looked at the video from Friday and you weren't here before 5:00. Then he says, come get your truck!Again, I pulled up at 4:40. I checked all 3 service doors to find them locked. I got in my vehicle, still parked there, and called.My question is, if you're going to call me a liar and claim I wasn't on video before 5:00, when did your son leave on that video?1st time I broughtthe truck there, I was charged $500 for diagnostics and fuel filter change. 2 weeks later truck is back with the same issues and they had no clue what's wrong. Then I'm called a liar and told to go away?I will tell anyone and everyone to never go there if they need diesel service!

I had them fix 3 of our work trucks. One of them still has the check engine light on. They said I'd have to bring it to a dealer to get the light turned off. Another one had the check engine light, and the service charging system light came on within 20 miles after picking it up. I brought it back to them. After 3 weeks, I called them, wondering what was going on with my truck. Adam said they had fallen behind but would get it done right away. After another week, he finally called to say it was done, but he couldn't figure out the charging light issue. I went up to get it, and it would just turn over and not start. He said he would get it in the shop and figure it out right away. 1 1/2 more weeks go by. I finally called him wondering where my truck was. He said they tried starting it 2-3 times a day while it was up there, and it started every time, so he didn't know what was wrong with it. I made it home, but the truck wouldn't start the next day. Won't waste my money there again.

Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They tackled multiple issues I was having with my F350 that past shops had failed to rectify. Very happy with the results and the bill. Would not hesitate to return to them.

The new owners at The Diesel Shop are great. They took care of the issue I had right away. They fixed it right the first time and were fair on the price. I will definitely be taking my truck back to them if I ever have issues again. Hands down the best diesel shop I have dealt with.Service: TiresService: Tires

The first time I went to this shop many months ago, there was no one there and they didn't answer the phone. Well, I learned that the shop had been sold. So I took my diesel RV for an oil change and check-up with the new owners. Very nice indeed. They did what I asked, checked to make sure all was working well, and charged me reasonably. I like these new owners. I'll be back.

Pretty Disappointed in this shop!!Very Poor Customer Communication! And do not Honor their Estimates!!!!!!!!!!They never sent me a written estimate as he said he would and never sent or showed me pics of the work progress--Actuall I took my own pictures and stopped in frequently to check status of the progress!!Got a estimate for $2700.00, and was charged $3000. more when I picked up my truck --This place will Rip You Off!!!

I had one of my mechanic friend try to fix my 2003 F450 because it had a crank but wouldn't turn over and start. I ended up buying new battery and put in a new starter but the truck still didn't start. Feeling frustrated, I googled a Diesel repair shop and The Diesel Shop. I called up the diesel shop and spoke to Jay...and had my Truck towed to the shop. 2 days went by and Jay called me told me that he was able to diagnose the problem and it was the AC Belt that was torn and struck that's why the engine wasn't able to turn over. Jay gave me a quote, if i wanted his shop to do the AC.I spoke to my wife and we decided that we are not in a financial position to fix it now. I asked Jay...What do I owe his shop for the diagnostic and such fee....He stated that I didn't owe him anything for the diagnostic...WoW!!!It's hard to believe that he said that...a honest and humble man which is rare these days in age. I highly recommend this place for anyone thinking of getting their cars or trucks diagnose and fix. It's a honest shop.
