Mike is the best! My battery would not turn the engine over, I called Mike and he came and jumped my battery. Then followed me to Rush City Tire and Auto so I could leave my car for a new battery, then gave me a ride home and even took me to the Post Office so I could mail something! And he wasn't even going to charge me, but I said no way I have to pay you. I finally talked him into taking something, but I don't think it was enough! Now if that isn't service and kindness I don't know what is! I would recommend him to anyone that needs his services. He's the best!Service: Battery service

I was in a HUGE mess. I had locked my keys in my car around 6:30pm. I had filed a claim through my insurance for roadside assistance, and they said they wouldn t be there until 11:00pm. I was getting extremely anxious because I would ve gotten home late. Then, on a Google search I found Mike! I gave him a quick call, and he charged me way less than what other companies would have. He got there within 20 minutes and I was on my way! Thank you Mike! I totally recommend this company.Service: Car lockouts

Mike was our road Angel. He came out on a Sunday in 90 degree weather. After he checked over the problem he met us at a gas station in Rush City. He fixed our camper tire problem, was very polite, knowledgeable, and just a great guy. What a gem!!!!Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

Mike was super helpful! I mistakenly locked my keys in my truck and gave Mike a call. He was super nice and let me know that he would be on his way immediately and would call when he was close. He was here in under 30 minutes and got my truck unlocked fast. If you need a tow or an unlock, give Mike a call! You will not be disappointed!

Breaking down on Christmas Eve. 50 Miles from home. Mike was available to take my vehicle and I home.Being a holiday and the weather at the time. The fact I felt stranded. I will use his service when in need again.

Had a very bad experience turned into something very positive and easy.Our driver was amazing from the time I placed the call for help to the time he dropped us off for repair. He made sure my 4 kids were safe in his truck before doing anything else. Called a few places to see who could get our car fixed right away and made sure that we were safe and didn't need anything else before leaving us. Top notch service in my book.Thank you for taking such great care of my family.

Mike is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Car broke down on 35 in Rush City at 10 PM on a Sunday evening. Mike was there in 15 minutes. His first concern was getting me and my family into his truck for safety. His next concern was if we needed a rest stop. He drove us 80 miles south and for a very low rate is you compare it to local tow charges. THANK YOU MIKE!

Mike got out of bed at midnight to tow us down to the Cities when no one else in the area would. He went above and beyond to help us out, twice. Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience, Mike is a great guy who is very capable and truly kind. Though we hope to never need his help again, he will be our first call if we do!

I unexpectedly got a flat tire five minutes into a 1.5 hour drive on a Friday night. Mike s was the only open business in the area. Mike answered the phone right away, volunteering to help me however he could; looked at my tire, helped me with the donut, making sure it was stable to drive 70+ miles on, giving astute advice on what to do and what not to do (I know little about vehicles). Hands down the best service I have ever received from any towing/tire business! I would recommend Mike s Towing to anyone!

Mike saved the day with his prompt and excellent roadside repairs! I was so pleased with the top notch customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for a stranded traveler with few options. Will definitely be my first call if ever stranded again!

Greatest tow service I've ever had. Was on my way to the Lake hauling my fish house and swerved off the road due to icy conditions. Slid sideways into the ditch, called Mike's towing he was there in 20 minutes and back on the road in ten minutes. Mike was super friendly and professional. A real bs kind of guy. Mike's towing was great. He brought us home, in Plymouth, MN. It was the end of the 4th of July weekend, traffic wasn't good but he was very pleasant and got us home. Hopefully I'll never have to call them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate. Great Job God bless you.

Got stuck in the Mills Fleet farms gas station in Cambridge, MN. My car for some reason the shift gear won't work been acting up lately so I decided to call the towing truck and bring it to auto shop. Mike's towing company has the availability and came in less than 30 mins. For some reason my car start up again and he told me to drive back to where I wanted to bring in and won't charge me anything.I was so happy because His very professional and friendly. I do highly recommend him. We been using his business twice now and we gonna use it again in the future.

I call and he shows up quick so I can get back out plowing last time I used his service he went way above and beyond my wife wants to say a very special thank you when you looked out for us and pulled me out that day that really helped and put a smile on our faces during a time of heartache

Early in the morning around 3AM on Memorial day, I called for a tow and he answered right away to get our vehicle out of the middle of the road in Rush City. He was fast, friendly, and very helpful! He towed us back to our hotel in North Branch for a great rate!!He even referred us to Locksmiths that would help us to get a new key made to start our vehicle on a holiday of all days!

Tow truck driver came out to pull out a car from out a snow ditch and was rude to us. We called the office to complain and the owner Mike was also rude and didn't have time to listen to us. I would recommend somebody else.

The gentleman that went and got my car was super patient as I tried to describe where my car was; I was very appreciative of that. He picked-up/dropped off in record time. The price was great and I really couldn't be more happy.

I rolled my car last night, thankfully I walked out of the car just fine, but within 1hr of my car going into the ditch, mike had it onto his flatbed. I would recommend his services anytime you need a tow around the rush city/ north branch area.
