Extremely helpful with getting the right parts for the vehicle you're calling about. Getting the parts ready for pickup within a day or two. I've used this company multiple times and plan on continuing to use them going forward.

NOT GOOD AT ALL!!! I've discovered their prices are often higher (for used) than they cost new and, on top of it, they are RUDE. Especially the guy named Brian. If you even so much as ask if they'd prefer to discuss package pricing over the phone OR in person, they will then tell you YOUR attitude is the problem and that they would rather not deal with you if you're just going to "beat them up on price, then beat them up some more later"! God forbid you want to pay less than new prices for used parts that are currently in stock, at dealers. The entire time, the problem was theirs, not yours! Wow, absolutely terrible.

Terrible customer service, don't buy parts from these guys!!! Bought a subframe from these guys, and delt with Brian, he was nice until there was a bushing missing and I wanted him to replace it under the warranty, he wouldn't even let me talk, he kept talking over me. Very rude!!! What good is a warranty if your not even gonna try and work with the customer to replace the missing. I'm never gonna buy parts from these guys again.

Do not buy from them. Zero customer service and horrible attitude. Shipped damaged parts that had supposedly been inspected. When called about they dismissed my issue and said I was expecting too much for used parts and they were fairly priced despite the damage. Left either trying to repair or buying a replacement from somewhere else.

Absolute horrible customer service. Talked to a brian who was rude as could be and interrupted me twice in the 2 mins I talked to him.all i did was ask if they were open on sudays. Makes a snide remark" what ,do u want us to be open till midnight too? " i just hung up. U dont talk to people like that when they are trying to do buisness with you. Never going there nor will I recommend them to anyone if they ask. What a joke

Called and spoke to a guy when i figured out the correct car model for a part needed. He advised i really didnt need the part looking for and what likely issue is the studs. Guess car has two different hubs and auto store gave us incorrect studs. Thanks for the information sir, i appreciate you!

The battery on our work truck went dead while we were working in their area. They found us a good used battery to get us back up and running so we could finish our work for the day. Thanks Rick's!

Sold me a broken dash after I specifically said the day before that I need the parts in good condition. When I showed up "all they had" was a busted dash and he was rude with me when I pointed it out. Will never shop here again!

Called about a door for my 2000 jeep grand cherokee. Asked if the hinges were included with door they told me yes. When I came to pick up door I noticed the hinges were not on the door. They pulled them with out hesitations or any arguments! That's great customer service.

Amazing place I just left there I wasn't there more than 5 minutes three guys help me load my Pontiac G6 parts and I was on the road definitely worth giving them a call a1 service

They have a great selection of used auto parts but their customer service is horrible when you call asking for a part they act annoyed or like you're bothering them

How many times have you called an auto parts store for something general and driven all the way there to find out , oh no!! Completely wrong part.How many times have you said but I gave you the part number you repeated it back? How many times have you had to search for a unique part from let s say... a franken car like oh maybe an 04 Pontiac vibe manual 5 spd trans 2 wheel drive which is actually an 05 and in fact not a Pontiac at all. Nope she s a Toyota / Lexus wearing a Pontiac skirt and they treat you like an idiot ( not just because your a girl) but you tell them Toyota and they are like no Toyota Lexus not Pontiac gm and had to politely yet sternly remind them that gm tanked about the same time as Toyota was having issues with workers.??Well I love my vibe and I searched hi and low every yard , parts salvage, store, website you name it. And wasted trips and well lets stop here and just say if you have a question about a part , a hard to find part , or want to give business to a good local company Ricks is the way to go. No more wasted trips for me. Hes even mailing it to me !

Poor customer service. Received the wrong parts and the parts advisor was rude and tried to argue with me and also would not refund the freight.

Bad customer service and dont honor what they sell or even see if motors even run just check them see if they turn over thats it
