The BEST mechanic experience I've ever had in my life. I took my older Durango to him and he was completely honest about what work I should and shouldn't put into it. His prices are fair, u like other shops! He started on my truck Tuesday AM and had me back on the road by the afternoon. I highly recommend Joes Service, he's definitely worth the drive if you don't live in the area.

Joe is the best mechanic we have found in the area. He is honest and hard working. He tells it like it is and won't try and take advantage of you. If you are looking for a good solid more like a friend to take care of your car this is the guy. We recommend him to everyone we know. Thanks Joe for always taking such good care of our car.

Joe s Service is always outstanding but since I was 200 miles away he knew I needed to get my car fixed elsewhere as it was not safe to drive that far. Joe always does a great job .

I have brought several vehicles to be serviced by Joe.Several friends have also brought their vehicles into Joe and always been pleased with the quality of service and affordability. I would refer anyone to Joe.Recently my daughter (a college student) came home for the weekend and said the car smelled hot and a has a noise. Joe made a point to fit her into a already busy Monday. Joe completed all repairs as well as a safety inspection to find a tie rod end that was bad. He also completed a oil change which she was overdue! It makes me feel a lot better that he truly care about his work and I know that my daughter away at college is driving a safe well maintained vehicle.Kudos to Joe!A small business and veteran worthy of support!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

Joe s Service Center is beyond wonderful! The owner has the best prices in the Twin Cities. He is very kind to his customer s wallet. It is worth the drive to Rosemount to have your vehicle serviced here. The waiting room has complimentary WiFi and bottled water.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My wife and I went to Joe's Service today for the first time. Popped in with my wife's car with a/c problems. Joe was not busy and helped us right away. Turned out to he a minor problem which Joe fixed and charged a very reasonable rate. We are very happy with our current mechanic, but he is often booked out long wait times. We have now added Joe's Service to our current mechanic and will bounce back and forth as needed. Joe is very nice, likeable, knowledgeable and honest.I highly recommend his auto repair shop.

Joe is by far the most honest & fair mechanic I have ever met. He tells it like it is and doesn't gouge you. I've had estimates that are double what he charged. I feel like I am driving a new car. He is very skilled and is still very reasonable. My car was recently misdiagnosed and I would have spent hundreds of dollars on something that didn't even need to be replaced. Joe diagnosed it correctly & it cost less than the wrong diagnoses would have. I can't say enough good things about Joe. Another plus is that he is a vet and I love supporting the people who sacrificed their lives to make life better for me & mine. And his service goes on and on... Now he is servicing my car to make it possible for me to afford. I drive out of my way to get to him but he is well worth it.

I cannot begin to describe my outstanding experience I had today at Joe's Service. This was the first time I had ever been there. Having no clue what was wrong with my car and being ready to completely give up on my vehicle, within 10 minutes he told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it in such a short time with no appointment and such a decent price, I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants there vehicle taken care of by a true caring professional!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Awesome! My husband had a HORRIBLE power steering hose leak in his truck....turned out the pump was cracked too :/Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable, great attitude & VERY fair with price!He was even able to fit us in the same day for a speedy repair.We are 100% thrilled with our new "car guy" and we'd recommend him to anyone!We'll be returning to Joe's for any future repairs.

Joe is an amazing mechanic and great friend of the family. For all your car needs, go see him. He is reasonable and an honest person; Unlike many other mechanics who will try to tell you things are wrong with your car that are not. Good work Joe, I'm proud of you!!

When I called to schedule a service for my vehicle, I was laughed at by Joe. It was very unprofessional service. Moving forward, I will not recommend anyone to his service shop.Joe, there was no demanding that I get the vehicle worked on. As a Service Manager I understand the wait times and what takes to get vehicles/machinery worked on. I did not ask if you could fit me in and I did not hang up on you either. I brought my Subaru Forester in for an oil leak, wasn't sure where it was leaking from. Joe found it, fixed it, in under an hour. He was honest, super friendly, and didn't mind me hanging out asking all kinds of questions while he fixed it! Thank you Joe for your services, to the army, our country, and our vehicles, which are an essential part of our lives!! I will be coming back for all my service needs to my life line, my vehicle!!

This is the best shop you will ever visit. Joe knows it all is very friendly, and has the best price you will ever find. Look no further you have found your new go to mechanic for life. I drive 45 minutes just to bring my vehicles to him.

Horrible business. He canceled 4 appointments at the last minute. He could not even remember the excuses he had used. Final appointment he did not cancel and just failed to show up. He has no regard for someone's time and is rude.
