The front desk women need to take a course on customer service.I walked in after getting a number from the kiosk, and no one was waiting, the lady that ended up calling my number did so after she finished texting and playing on her phone.No interaction whatsoever other then her asking what are you here for. She then proceeded to talk to the other lady at the other counter and ask what she was doing this weekend and they talked about that.Nice to see our taxes going to payfor county employees to be rude to their paying customers.

Service was pretty fast, and the lady was very kind.We went only for my daughter's birth certificate, and we noticed my husband and my ID need to be updated she kindly took care of that for us!

Had a very unpleasant experience, the lady seemed to be inconvenienced doing her job. She was rude and arrogant, we asked questions and her answers were very sarcastic.

I almost don't want to leave a review because everyone will want to go here and ruin my next experience, lol. The appointment system is phenomenal. I checked in 10 minutes before my appt and was called a minute later. Staff was pleasant and appeared to have good camaraderie with each other. I was back in my car before my original appt time. I renewed tabs, changed plate types, and renewed a handicap hang tag. They are very efficient. I will definitely go back.

I was in and out of this location in less than 15 minutes on a Monday morning. Transferred an out-of-state title very efficiently. Answered all my questions courteously. No complaints. Thanks for a smooth and speedy experience.

Don't come to this DMV in Rosemont if you actually need to get anything done like a title transfer. The stuff of 3 women were very unhelpful to where she told me that I only had half the title, the slip that the seller keeps was removed. So at that point I knew she just didn't want to do her job. Right after I left I got pulled over 2 times 15 mins apart for expired tabs, I got a warning to get them updated, it's hard when the DMV is 25 mins from getting off work. Looks like I'll be going to a different DMV outta town n getting the title w switched over. Hopefully this office will have seen a title before and can transfer for me. Another great experience in the southern suburbs of twin cities.

I've been going there for 10 years now and today was the worse service I had ever had. The lady acted like it was a big inconvenience to transfer a trailer title. Very rude, slow and condesending. She was a new addition to their staff, hopefully only temporary.

It wasn't the worst experience, but it wasn't the best. Waited 20 minutes to get new tabs. They don't put tabs to the front of the line, so I had to wait behind a number of title services.

Staff is untrained and unaware of services they are supposed to provide (death certificate). Don't waste your time here, go to Hastings. Staff in Hastings is extremely helpful, friendly and skilled at their job.

What a pleasant experience - No, I'm not being sarcastic. It was the most efficient and friendly visit to a license center I've ever had. I wish I had caught the gentleman's name. I'll be back.

Created an appointment for early in the morning and was able to walk in and out very quickly. Staff was friendly and quick, the whole process was organized and would definitely visit again. Also, the check-in process accurately showed the wait time. Would recommend.

Sold a vehicle almost a year ago to gentleman who changed title here. He has the printed receipt stating it as completed and paid for. According to the state DMV records, vehicle is still in my name and no record of any transactions regarding said vehicle. INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST

Made an appointment for my minor son to do a title transfer. Nancy Kill extremely rude. I get only two people in the office at a time besides the employees. Huge line outside the office in the library hallways. I kept my distance as far as possible with mask on to be available for my minor son. She had him text me to leave the property. This is county property and we had an appointment while all the others in line did not. Employee does not have that right to evict people out of non DMV area. She was super rude from the start about a new process of using a yellow slipto write insurance on and claimed we were not ready for not having like 8 digits wrote down while one of us was grabbing insurance card. I would in the office everyday during covid 5 days a week and never treat people like this. I have been here many times and only ever dad decent to good service but this is one to note.

Walked in today and was greeted by Jenny. Had been waiting for a title for almost 2 months and paid for it thru apple valley. Walked in today and she took care of me and gave me the absolute best DMV experience I've ever had. Thank you Jenny

This is my go-to dmv for the services that they offer. They're always very friendly and fast. Unfortunately, they don't offer all the services that the bigger dmvs do, but that's probably why they're so quick. :)

Was in and out in no time. Kiosk at door - put your phone number in and they txt you when your number is up. Sat in my car and then 5 minutes later went in and got my business done. This has to be the shortest time I have ever spent at a DMV!

I have had three separate reasons to interact with the Rosemount DMV within the last month. Each time they were very efficient. After leaving messages with my questions on two separate occasions, I received a call back that same day with the needed information. Their set up for in person visits works for these Covid times and the receptionist is friendly and helpful.

Great service. Great team and very positive attitudes despite have to deal with a couple jerks. I had 9 vehicles to get title and tabs for and they were extremely helpful and even stayed late to finish them all up. Very grateful!!

Still the same terrible service we have all grown to expect. Do yourself a huge favor and go to the Rosemount DMV where the employees are actually nice, helpful, and efficient

I suggest that Dakota DMV start a online test for a fee and allow successfulpeople to go and take the physical road test. if you fail the road test one time, he or she should pay to take the online test over. that would ease the crowd at the office. just suggesting.

Short lines, fast service. Limit of only two people inside. Unable to process anything above a basic driver's license. Got 3 birth certificates for my new baby girl.

Much faster than Lakeville branch. No line at all! Was in and out in less than 10 mins. Also have great wifi access.BUMMER..they close at 4pm! Updated this 9/26/2018. Lost a star for that!

Wait time was short but when I got to the lady behind the desk, she was rude as ever. I tried to confirm what she was saying thanks to the covid changes. She treated me like I was dumb.

Used many times over the years, always decent service. Be nice if they did drivers license but hey it is what it is. They wish they were open on Saturdays :-)
