My tire had a huge nail in it. Called as soon as they opened and spoke with Andy. He was able to get me in at 10 a.m., even in the midst of a bunch of scheduling challenges with other customers. Very professional. My car was ready to go within 35 min! He also helped me get the best deal on this as well as any other repairs in the future. Great job, guys! Thank You.

Walked in with a $29 coupon for an oil change and walked out spending $86 on an oil change. With those prices, I will not be returning. That is probably the reason they were able to get me in so fast.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation on 12/7/23. They quoted me $120 with the tire rotation. I had a $15 dollar off coupon. I figured it would be approximately $105. Now this seemed expensive to me but I was a little overdue and needed it done. I do put full synthetic in my car. I show up to my 4 o clock appointment at around 335. They didn t take my car back till almost 430. I didn t even get out of the shop until after 5. I asked them to top off my fluids which was not done. Then the total comes out. $140 after the $15 . During my time there I asked several times if they needed to see my coupon. The clerk said no every time. I get my bill and there is not mention of a coupon anywhere. I asked them why my oil change would have been $155 as that seems extremely high. They said oil prices are high. Mean while I called around and all other places are under $100 for full synthetic and generally gave free tire rotations. My wife just got an oil change done and it was $70 without rotation. My car takes one more quart of oil than hers. We got the same oil according to the receipts. I just don t know how they can be charging people over $140 for an oil change and tire rotation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINING YOUR CAR HERE. I certainly will never be doing business with them again.

Picked up fresh tires! On AWD vehicles it s recommended to install them all on one go. Price to have 4 tires installed: $799. It s a good thing to have tho in Minnesota winters, I think! I m glad they re able to handle the installation of tires on a quick timeframe. It s kindof like a different car now (not really but the thing handles a little better tho). Commuting to the workplace is about a half hour. This repair helps ensure really that that happens, and is worth the fee coming or tithe price! Business dues matter, you know! I was there on 09/12/2023. I had my wheels balanced. As a result, they couldn t remove one wheel because they couldn t unscrew one bolt. They suggested that I pay them $160 to remove this one bolt... Crazy. Of course I refused. As a result, I discovered that on one of the wheels they did not put the caps back on the bolts. I returned the next day, but the consultant was different and he did not look for them. He took my phone number and address and said he would let me know and send me the caps because I needed to move to another state. Several days have passed, no one has sent anything or even called. I wrote them an SMS, but they didn t even answer me. Terrible service. Please take action and return my caps to me

Dropped my car off at 12 for my scheduled appointment and came in at 1:30 to pick it up, mind you i only got an oil change and tire rotation. guy didn t even start it and thought i was going to be at work longer and had nothing else to say. i wouldn t waste my time at this place again

The guys at Tires Plus in Rogers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It's been quite a while since I've received customer service like this and I've been in customer service for years. Thank you guys you made a bad situation into a pleasant one. I highly recommend having them do the work for the next time your car or truck needs a little love. The manager at the actual store was able to fix the online mess up. I called their phone number to see if I could get my car in. They said they had an appt. at 4 pm that day.We decided to drop the car off early and do some shopping while the tires were being put on.We arrived at 2:45, and were told they closed at 3 pm and they didn't have the tires we had talked to someone that morning about.Apparently, if you call tires plus, and they are busy, the phone will ring 4 times then go to their central call center. The call center (according to the store manager) has no idea what time they are open until or what product they have on hand. SO.NOT.HELPFUL.Thank you to the store manager for staying late and getting the tires that were similar to what we were looking for.

Me and my mom happened to get a flat tire on the way to Minneapolis that was not repairable. We went to many different auto shops and tire stores, and this is the only place that offered to help us and change our tire and were so kind a generous to us. Amazing customer service and very helpful!!

Absolutely the worst experience, they cannot figure out how to work the online/app bookings... even though Tires plus asks/encourages you to book on line or the app. The first time it happened, I talked to them - I understand mistakes will happen so I decided to give them a second chance. What a mistake.The issues: Both times they confirmed my appointments and upon arrival, they can't work on my car... saying there are issues with the online system. Nothing to even try to correct the issue. I should have listened to the people that told me to avoid this place. I didn't listen because for several years I had always had great service and experience at another location.

DO NOT GO HERE. tried to charge me 1100 for a 500 job. refused to give me a quote when i called, said i can get a free diagnostic check when i asked for quote but we didn t do it because we knew the only issues were my brake pads and coolant. if i hadn t stopped them after an hour they would have added 600 worth of recommended services without even contacting me. my car was raised and hood open for about an hour until i stopped them, and absolutely nothing was even done. still charged us 60 for labor.

The staff was very nice. I couldn't believe they charge $154.00 for synthetic oil change!! Pretty outrageous..I should have asked before hand!!Surely never thought it would be so much. My fault for not asking prior.Will never happen again!!

Service manger needs to be fired!!!!!.horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!had the parts discussed last time in for alignment .and they wouldn t install. Need to over price their parts and labor , to rip you off almost $400 for 1 ball joint wow. (I don t know 30 minutes or so for a qualified mechanic)and they didn t even know correct part for my arms the last time I was in there. Unless this store contacts me, & not that service manager .I am contacting corporate for resolution. 5 hours 2 trips, nothing done. They were the oem bushing for my upper ARMs! Rough country in the box. I told him te last time that I had the right ball joint and he didn t say anything about this to me prior. So I went back to get the alignment I need soooo bad now. Rather than fix it. They sent me back out on that bad ball pulling my fish hous. Wanna talk about a liability. Look at that one. Btw their online booking does NOT work so you all know cooperate contact me pls. Or the Owner anyone that goes there should keep a close eye on these ones. Incompetent, not sharing info, or remembering what they tell their customers. They are really bad and if you don t believe me. Go see them. They are NOT THE BEST!

Won't use Tires Plus again...one too many bad experiences. ASE Cert must be getting soft. They Replaced stems after they originally damaged them on on all 4 tires. 1 tire won't hold air for 24hrs.Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Brought my vehicle for a safety inspection before a road trip. Everything was ok they said. I get to my destination and hear clunking when I turn.. diagnosis is left strut mount was completely destroyed and the left strut was bad. This should have been detected during a safety inspection. Tires Plus staff most likely didn't actually complete the inspection at all. Now our trip is interrupted as we wait for repairs in another state. Very disappointed. This should have been caught and fixed before my trip.

I was out shopping in Rogers and, 50 miles from home, my car decided to start rumbling and shaking. I was concerned and didn't feel safe to be driving as it was getting worse, so I pulled over into a parking lot. Amidst my concern for my car, I saw the sign for Tires Plus in my rear view mirror. I called and spoke to Mikayla. I explained to her my situation, and wondered if they could just take a peak to see if they saw anything if it was a tire issue. Mikayla told me to bring my car right on in and they'd take a look at it. I pulled on over, walked into the door, and she took down my info and said it'd be about an hour wait. About 35 or 40 minutes later, I got a text that it was done and when I went back to the shop, a tech caught me outside and explained the tires were out of balance. They were so great for getting me in to check it out and doing what they could. Just from this quick exchange, I will be back for my future tire needs!

Called to set up an appointment to get some tires installed and was set for the following week. Called back the day before my appointment to verify what time it was and they had nothing scheduled for me. They said it wasn t a problem and they could get me in at the same time. That was great! But... after further conversation they now didn t have the tires I setup to have installed and the closest thing they had was another $50. That s a pretty big difference for only 2 tires. If they had actually set my appointment they probably would have had the tires I wanted in stock and this wouldn t have been an issue. Poor customer service.

Worst service every time in go there. Scheduled for a wheel alignment and had to take time off work to get there for this appointment - tech left 5 minutes prior to me arriving. I was told by the service writer that he had no control to keep his employee there and work on a scheduled wheel alignment.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I use to go here for my oil changes all the time. It was fine. A little higher priced than surrounding places,but I thought at the time it was worth it. One time they found a nest in my air filter, I asked if they could take it out. Told me no and wanted me to buy a 40 dollar new filter. I let that go,no big deal. Then I needed a tired. I could only afford to replace the bad one at the time, boy did they try pushing a full set. So after I got the tire and drove home, I thought it felt a little funny. Couple days later my tire felt wobbly and the steering wheel was shaking. My tire was wobbling so bad that I felt like the tire was gonna fall off. When my husband looked at it,we realized it was missing a lug nut. So after spending a 100 bucks on the tire,I could have seriously been hurt or hurt someone else by losing a tire. I mean when you pay to have this done,you think your tire is put on right. I bought 3 more tires a month later. The next day I had a flat. Nothing punctured it. I had enough. I took the tire to Discount Tire, explained what happened. Not only did they fix the tire for FREE, they said it was not put on correctly against the rim which is why it went flat. BTW, tires plus wanted to charge me to fix their mistake. So this place might be great for some, but I've had one to many mistakes for me and my wallet. Do your research first .

My experience with Rogers Tires Plus was excellent! I brought my car in for an oil change and an alignment and was pleased with the sales person who directed me to a coupon on the website that saved me $20 on the alignment. Customer service was great and the work was done promptly. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle to them for any future service I may need!

Fantastic service. George s work turned my car back a few years, couldn t be happier! Professional, fast, courteous experience. I also loved the text updates with photos of the services being performed, it provides another level of comfort that proves this Tires Plus is honest and hardworking. A++. I will be back!
