Fantastic experience! The people here are extremely friendly and informative. They do not sell you hard, and they let the teachers and vehicles speak for themselves. I had a little service work done here, too. It was smoothest experience I ve ever had. Quick in and out. They had excellent service And were friendly. They also had little offices for you to work while they looked over your vehicle, and some amenities like coffee and tea. Todd is especially helpful and knows a tremendous amount about the vehicles and is willing to answer any questions you may have. I can t recommend Tesla enough! Five stars!

so terrible,i jut bought tesla model x the day before easter,night time the right side door couldn t opening,cause easter they are closed so i made appointment next Thursday to fix it,but they changed it to Friday and go another location,after a week i picked up yesterday april 7,and april 8 it s died again!i want to change new car cause i have no driver one day it s new car i spent over $100000, they said they will fix it,no one happy with that,i do have kids if something happen we will be die cause we can t get out the car !no choose it!

Super let down...I'm totally new to tesla. I decided because I'd get a supercharger credit for a trade....I guess they chose to end the promotion early even though my email from them and purchase date says otherwise. I was unaware that picking up the vehicle was such a big deal on catching problems otherwise you're stuck with it...I thought it was like any other company that stands behind their work. Now when I try to get support from the dealership, crickets and not honoring promises to get back to you. My bumper is clearly a different white from the other parts, along with some other stuff. I also was told by them I have to get my order in cause prices go up 1000 in April but I'm seeing a new promotion on model y existing inventory...Just feel like I was taken with a company that only cares about the sale. They screwed me ..They are the worst. I might bring them to court because my car now has more problems than before. They touch it. I had a annoying sound when I go over bump the sound annoys me so I decide to bring my car in to this shop ... they change 10 control arms just to call me and tell my vehicle is ready and when I come test my vehicle, the problem is still there .. all happened after they charge me inspection fee.. Everything they change was on my expense. Don't forget they still couldn't find the problem.also, don't forget they keep telling me my car is ready for picking up I came test the vehicle. The problem was still there.....And the worst part.they we are trying to convince me that my car has a frame problems so if They continue fixing they'll have to charge me more .. and my bill is already $2400 so I say I can't pay if the problem is still there ...they gave my car to different mechanic guy..... He found the problem and he fix it The problem was shocks, but they were busy changing other parts And when I ask them, they say is recommended. I told them I didn't come here to fix recommendation parts. I came here to fix one problem.. so now I can't pay more because.... I know they fix more than they should... so I asked them to remove the unnecessary parts..... then after I took my car from them, the problem is gone... but I have more other problems that I never had before... so frustrating

Very good customer service. You can say what you want about Tesla as a company but the service I experienced here was smoother and easier than any other dealership I ve ever been to.

The overall sales process was wonderful, however, the process of licensing has been a nightmare. Non-standard plates were requested, however, I was told Tesla does not support that and has a "special arrangement" with the DMV, but yet the DMV offices say they can support specialty places and know nothing about a special arrangement. I'm now having to pay for TWO sets of plates - the standard I received and the specialty plates I wanted in the first place. To top it off, 28 days later, I'm STILL unable get my plates switched because the registration process is still "in progress." I've talked to two DMV offices, The DMV Unit, and multiple Tesla advisors to no avail.

I have always had wonderful conversations and experiences at Tesla in Rogers from the start of seeking a vehicle to finally making the right decision. I sometimes call and ask very specific questions and the staff do a wonderful efficient job answering them in detail. You can tell they care about their clients and don t just push you away when you need help or ask simple questions about your car. I am extremely bad with remembering names but there is a young women their who is very knowledgeable and understanding about services through the buyer experience and is extremely knowledgeable on her sales and technical skills, so thank you for that! If anyone sees this review, I strongly advise that is you are looking into an EV the Tesla is the best of the best. It is the prime of hardware and software technologies combined. You will be so satisfied with your purchase and fall in love with your vehicle. Anyways, I hope this helps and I hope the young women gets some credit for this fantastic review. Also, the gentleman who works there as well who I believe is in sales is also excellent to work with. Thanks Tesla for changing the game through the world of EVs!

Skip if you can. Choose another location for your delivery. The customer service here is worse. The representative wanted us to leave the dealership, accept the delivery without any questions, and be done with it.The car was not detailed or cleaned, but she said it was detailed n didn t explain what the process is. They are just too lazy to do their job. Yet they seem be to busy with their personal phone while working. Why work?Skip this place!

I had a service appointment at the Rogers service center yesterday at 9am for a squeaking noise in my front suspension. I pulled up at 9am, the service manager met my at my car to talk to me about my concerns. A tech went on a 20-foot drive with me to confirm the sound which had become almost constant at this point and pulled the car back into the service bay.The service manager offered me a loaner, which I had requested, but let me know it would only take about 2 hours to repair so I decided to wait at the service center.Just over an hour later the service manager came to me in the waiting room and let me know my front control arm had been replaced KP and my car was plugged into their charger in the parking lot and was ready to go.10/10 a great experience, great service, and very clean service center.

Brought my Model 3 to this newly opened Service Center. Great people and beautiful spacious building!Very convenient location, big parking lot with lots of destination chargers and couple Supercharging stalls!Show room didn t have any cars on the floor (of course all sold out) but had information about different Tesla cars, products, and services on the wall, touch screen TV, and computers. Waiting area was clean with comfortable chairs and two conference rooms.Definitely recommend this place if you want to learn about Tesla products or service your Tesla!

Excellent service and lounge while waiting. The staff are attentive and courteous. The show room displays all available models and they have charging stations available. If you are looking to purchase a Telsa car or solar panels for your home, I recommend stopping in to have your questions answered!

Great service experience. I needed a quick tire swap for my winters and the service manager was able to accommodate my tight schedule. I am so glad Tesla is open in the North Metro! Beautiful facility and friendly staff that care.

I had a cracked windshield for months in my home state of PA. My local service center at home kept cancelling all my appointments they couldn't get the glass. Came to MN for a family trip and this location was able to get me in. They gave me a loaner and were very friendly.

The folks at all three service centers in Minnesota have always gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I can't count the number of times the service manager (formerly at Eden Prairie now at Rogers) has gone out of his way or inconvenienced himself for my convenience over the 9 years I've owned my car.

Amazing service mindsets! Some dead animal manage to hurt underside front guard of my Model3 on my way back from ND during the last storm. It sounds very badly underneath like something violently flapping and shaking loose especially against the strong winds. I was able to search for Tesla Service and just barely managed to showed up there as they about to close with out any appointment. Tesla team here go above and beyond to help me out right away. My beloved car got fixed the very next morning at another nearby Tesla service center nearby that have spare parts readily available. Thank you Tesla.

Car got towed in and they were supposed to fix the heat, the frunk and the USB ports. Said they fixed the frunk and USB ports but did not. I can't add washer fluid and they are taking months to get their mobile service here that was supposed to be here a month go and now they put if off until March. All to fix a latch on a frunk. I try and call and even their own message says they are open and they just hang up on me. I am filing a complaint with the bbb.

Very satisfied with our service experience. Todd and Tyler were great to work with and were very accommodating. It's great to have a service center on the west side of Minneapolis. Convenient spot to supercharge too.

I heard today from someone that at this dealership with a credit score of 795 this customer all details worked out, but then they wanted another credit check which would cost him $500.00. Sounds like a scam if you ask me. The customer was not caucasian.
