I dropped and lost my reservoir cap and called them about one. When i got in, they already had it at the counter waiting for me :)

It's gotten better but at times in the past it has disappointed me with their service.

It was my first time shopping here. I went in for some oil changing parts. The wonderful lady helped me grab a windshield fluid when my hands were full. And upon leaving, a gentleman held the door open for me to leave. Small gestures like these tells me the team here is phenomenal. I have no doubt they would go above and beyond for the customer.

Ryan deserves a promotion, he went above and beyond to make sure my car was up and running and helped save our thanksgiving without even realizing it! It was so kind and knowledgeable10/10 would recommend this location to anyone, as everyone I spoke to was very nice and super helpful

01/02/22. Showed up at 5:15pm to this Incredibly unprofessional. Someone is likely still on the clock and at home watching T.V.

They may have been short staffed but the employee was pleasant, knowledgeable, and working hard. Please be kind and considerate and appreciative that this person is there keeping the doors open and doing their best to assist you.

I don't typically post reviews, but this is necessary. I stopped in last night with my husband to have his battery checked (which is a service they advertise everywhere) and to grab coolant for my car. Jarell was the only one working (as far as we could tell). Upon entering the store, no employees could be found and no assistance was offered to us. My husband asked Jarell to get his battery tested and Jarell proceeded to roll his eyes saying it was "cold" out and refused to do the battery check. Some of the worst customer service we have experienced.

Great service, great team. Sometimes slightly slow at the counter with some newer employees but night and day a better service experience and parts availability then their local competitors. I have been going to this store since 2007. Good people. Thanks.

Most of the staff at this location are very helpful and knowledgeable however the manager Tom has been incredibly rude on multiple occasions. Today after renting a leak detector tool, I inquired about the fluid that comes with the tool and he adamantly said that tool did not come with fluid. After I asked to read the instructions he handed them to me and walked away, the whole interaction was rude and abrupt. Even though the instructions said I needed fluid he continued to deny that it did so I left with the tool. My significant other had to go back later because the tool did indeed need fluid. Tom was once again rude to my significant other and insisted that there was no fluid for that tool. However, thankfully the young kid behind the counter was more knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed and helped out immediately. This is the only poor staff interaction I've had at this location, but for a manager to not have customer service skills or part knowledge was annoying.

Order Mistakes & Rude ManagementI called a day in advance to order parts. They quoted me $283 for Brakes and Rotors. That sounded great to me, so I placed the order. I asked what they needed, he said just a name and a phone number. I gave it to him and thought we were good. The next day I go in to get the parts along with some other stuff I needed. They went to the back to get my parts and come back with just some rear brake pads and No Rotors. The guy working the counter went to get the manager to help find the rotors, and the manager told me that Rotors are special order and you have to pay in advance to get them.I told him that the guy I spoke with over the phone didn't ask for my card info, but regardless I needed the parts. The Manager insisted that If I had ordered them his guy would have asked for my payment info. A little annoyed, but still wanting my parts, I asked if that was the case why would half of my order show up? He continued to refuse to move forward blaming me. I wasn't mad, I didn't ask for a discount, I just wanted rotors. However, he kept being a jerk, and couldn't move past whose fault it was.So I told him to shove it and Id take my $500 order to Napa or Auto Zone.

This place is horrible, it's close so I deal with it but really try to go elsewhere. Opened the door for a woman struggling to carry a battery out while Brock and Jarell (sp) leaned against the counter starring off into space. Had to dig my coolant out of the cases on the floor since the shelves were empty. Customers looking for parts while Jarell(sp) was sitting on the floor watching TV on his phone with the volume up. I know it's rough hiring good help but this location is a joke. Won't even discuss my wife being hit on every time she goes in. Try to avoid, saint michael store is much nicer and has a couple of older gentleman that actually work.

I actually really like O'Reilly Auto Parts. I'm a long time customer. Everytime I've been there I had had a "five star" experience. Except today. Yes, they had the parts I needed, the price was right, and the service was quick. However, we have a mask or face covering order in place right now. It is a legal REQUIREMENT to do business in MN right now, that all employees in the building must wear face coverings. Not doing so is blatantly showing disregard for your fellow employees and customer's health and safety. COVID-19 is not a myth or a joke. Today I was shocked to enter the store and see all 3 employees in the place not wearing any face coverings. I did not see the legally required signage posted on the main entrance about the mask requirements. I am very disappointed in what usually is my favorite auto parts store...

I tried to get a clip to hold a plastic piece under my parents 2014 Nissan. The worker had no interest in trying to help us. We went to the Napa in St. Micheal and they helped us get the correct part in minutes.

The staff at the Rogers store are terrific! Thanks to manager Page, she allowed two of her workers, Ronald & Eric, to spend time working on getting a stubborn license plate frame on my Toyota Sienna van, something that I was unable to do at home! This O' Reilly team went the extra mile! As a result, I'll be back as another of one of their satisfied customers!Sincerely,Don BaniaMy Wife was at the Rogers location today

After being a loyal customer for over 2 years at this location (4+ years in total) , I was treated like crap yesterday due to one of the managers lying and the other one acting based on "being under the impression". Oreilly's management called the police on me for using their parking lot as a public place to meet people in order to sell some random/misc truck parts that I had left after completing a project. I wish they were mature enough to tell me in person that it was a problem instead of acting childish and wasting a police officer's time. I am disgusted, disappointed and regret every purchase I made there. Never again.

I've been to maybe 6 different O'relly's in the area and every time I go to this one they have 1 or 2 people at the counter with people waiting and I'm pretty sure some people are in the back. They need some better management of the people over there.

Well I feel like just because im A woman I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. I needed A bulb for my break lights and took it out of my car myself. Told them the make, model, and year. They gave me what they thought should go in there. And the kicker, when I said break lights, he asked "for the back? " . Really? Common sense ppl.

I would have given five stars but my last visit returning something they wanted to put it back on my cash card because O'Reilly Auto Parts is notorious for telling you if you use your cash card you have to put it back on there and you can't have cash back they're the only retail establishment that I know of that will not let you have cash back after using your cash card entering your PIN is the same as cash and should be treated as such I don't want some smart-ass person behind the counter arguing with me about that it's not a cash transaction because it is I have spoke to corporate about this numerous times and they keep telling me that if you use your debit card it's the same as cash and you should get cash back but they don't relay the message to their employees

Windshield wiper malfunctioned while we were traveling on a rainy day and we happened to exit near here. A worker helped us to get it working again (even stood out in the rain to fix it) and get the new parts we needed. Thank you!
