Great customer service! I had a rental that needed a new wiper blade. I told the gentleman at the counter my situation and he went out, measured the blade that needed replacing and changed the wiper blade for me.THAT'S great customer service.

The most helpful people. They sell me what I need, don't try to add filler and are super friendly as well. As a car-dumb female, I hate going to car parts stores, but they make it fairly painless

Don't come here with the expectation of their online stock being correct. If you need something in a pinch they probably won't have it. Employee said he has tried to find the part I needed for three other customers but still hasn't updated their inventory to reflect that they don't have the part.

Awesome place. They had what we needed. And I should take the time to say, the gentleman that helped my husband find the particular filter he needed was extremely nice and friendly. I give them an A+. It is so nice to have good customer service.

After driving around to 3 other locations, the gentleman that waited on me at the Rogers locations went out of his way to help me find the parts I needed to complete my project. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I wish I could get this great service in more places. I spent hundreds of dollars here gladly. To bad for your loss the other places I want.

We broke down at a near by gas station and not only did the NAPA have the parts we needed, they were kind enough to give us a ride back to our car and drop off a part, as well as loaning us a tool kit necessary to make the fix. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Jon especially. This NAPA saved our road trip and our vacation. Thank you!

Wonderful real-world people that waited after hours for me - a couple winter's ago I was driving with 2 kids and I knew I needed headlight bulbs and called ahead knowing I'd be late. They said they've been stood up before so appreciated me! They even shared a mechanics tip with me on how to install it. Always Napa! #neverforget

I bought a part for my car a few months back and it turned out to be the wrong one. I went in today to try and return it even though I couldn't find my receipt. I wasn't hopeful. The man at the counter was very friendly and patient with me even though I know my request was a total pain. It took some time but he was able to figure it out and I got a full refund. I will never go anywhere else after receiving this kind of service. Keep up the good work you guys!

Steve went above and beyond to help me out Thanks Steve. Long story short. I was recently staying in Rogers for a hockey tournament and ran into some electrical problems with my van and Steve stayed open late and even opened early to help me diagnose the problem and keep on the road over the weekend. He even found me an area out the cold wind and borrowed me a few of their tools to get the job done and save some money from going to service shop. Thanks again Steve keep up the good work.

I was not pleased with the service from A sales person tonight when looking up fuel pumps.. I was specific with my "right side" or "pass side door" detail that was asked for and I was only given one option at $646.99. I called back a second time with the part number I saw online and that was avaliable at $367.59, he said that he could order it but was not showing in his system and he had no idea what it was for but would be glad to order it for me. Called the St.Michael Napa store and he said that the $646.99 one was for the opposite side left side door and there was the Napa Brand Fuel Pump avaliable at $367.59 for the "right side" in the price I could afford just like I saw online.A sales person at the other store was a great help on tight time line to get our guests vehicle back on the road!

I was driving down I94 in the middle of a snowstorm when suddenly the driver's side wiper blade flew off my van. Fortunately I was just at the Roger's exit and found this Napa store by the grace of God. The fine gentleman working there came out in the bad weather and installed the new blades for me.

I new witch fuses were out and yet the parts guy preceded to test a relay that was good. The trailer marker light 30amp fuse was out. Spent 30 minutes there for nothing

If they don't know the answer, they will dig into it until they resolve it. The gal behind the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on head lights.
