JC Automotive is the place in the area to get your car serviced. I had a minor car emergency and they were not only fast and thorough, but they are honest. I could not recommend them enough. I ve used them twice now in the 6 years I ve lived here for 2 separate problems. All in all if you need a car repair and you want it from knowledgeable honest staff then JC automotive is for you!

An incredible shop! My Jeep battery light came on 45 mins from home on a work trip. Not wanting to risk the remaining drive I stopped in hoping they could look at it.They were happy to do so amidst setting up their team for the day and me not having called ahead of time. After running tests and providing consultation I was given peace of mind.I tried to pay and they wouldn't take a dime. Great manager, great tech, great shop overall. Couldn't recommend them more.

Shop will only diagnose what's wrong with your vehicle and then repair it in the most economical way posible.

I have been using Rick and his team of guys at JC Automotive for about 5 years. I have brought 3 different vehicles to them over the last 5 years and they always do a great job. They will tell you what you need and nothing more. I sent my niece to them and she had a great experience too!They are honest and trustworthy! Rick goes above and beyond to give people a good experience and quality work! One time I had a repair that was going to require a couple of very spendy parts. However, Rick made an extra effort to save our existing parts and saved us a bunch of money! This is the only auto repair shop I really trust!

I had a terrible rear main seal oil leak in my '13 Chevy Equinox. JC Automotive was able to see me the soonest and was also very upfront on their estimate (which was the cheapest compared to others). When they started working on the vehicle, Rick and his team went out of their way to find that there was a GM service bulletin, and called numerous Chevy dealerships to see if they could fix it for free instead. I really appreciated this upfront honesty and the fact they were willing to forgo business to help their customer. My VIN ended up not being applicable to the bulletin (which we all agreed was BS), but I am more than happy supporting a business like this and I will now continue to do so.

The guys there are great! to work with. They really help you out. I ve used them numerous times in the last year and a half with multiple cars, highly recommend them would not go anywhere else and don t trust anybody else!!!

Honest mechanic service and people with integrity. Fair prices, easy to work with, and tells you what you need. They may give you a warning that something may need attention in the near future, but they don't try to tell you to get other repairs done you don't need like some shops do.

Fair and friendly service. Always leave here feeling like my vehicles are in tip top shape, and all issues have been addressed. The prices are the best you can get from a certified technician shop.

Thank you so much Rick and crew! My Mother-in-law was in town and had car issues. Called JC Automotive and they said they could take a look. They jumped on it found this issue for us right away. Received quote from BMW for front pads/rotors at $1200.00! Tires Plus was $ 725.00! This us for a BMW. JC Auto was 321 00! Hello... why would anyone go anywhere else? Pleasant people and on time! Will spread the word!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

JC to the rescue! My AC core in my truck went out, during the hottest month of summer! JC got me in and out sooner than the manufacturer service shop could, did the job for less than HALF the price, and did it well. Very pleased.

I brought my Yukon in on a Wednesday night after hours. Trevor called me early in the morning the next day and discussed issue. He said it would be done by 1pm. I told him my kids needed to get to work so they would have to Uber then. I got a call a half hour later ....He put in a new belt right away and I got my vehichle back that morning so both my kids could get to work. Awesome customer service! Thank you! Now my other daughters truck is going in today for service.

There is nothing bad I could even think to say about these guys. I've been to this shop several times now only to be met with excellent prices and fantastic customer service. Not to mention the honesty they give you, that's hard enough to come by on it's own.

This shop has done alot of work on my 2005 PT Cruiser. I love my old car and I can count on them to find a problem and fix it for a fair price! My latest problem required a week long process, toubleshooting, ordering parts, and putting a puzzle together. I know they probably short changed themselves on this last project but this is a shop that CARES more about customer service and doing things right! They did an amazing job!! I know I will return- its an old car!
