I had a super easy and fast experience buying my car in June. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I haven t had any issues until just a few days ago when I moisture started accumulating in my headlight. They replaced my headlight for free! They are super great people to work with and I highly recommend buying from them.

Had such a great experience with Tim! Let us test drive the vehicle we purchased and gave us a great price and wasn t pushy when it came down to deciding on purchasing or waiting. He walked us through all the steps to make the whole process quick and easy. We love our vehicle that we purchased through heartland auto and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle for a great price and even better customer service!*our plates were delivered slightly later than we were planning (still not last expiration of temporary plates) but Tim even offered to pay any tickets if we had gotten any! What a great guy!

Dave is the guy I will be doing business with going forward. We did a hand shake deal and his word was gold. "Actions-the rest is just noise" is how I operate. Highly recommend consider calling Dave if you need a vehicle.

I have had a great experience with dealing with Heartland Auto in Rogers, MN. I made a trip last fall to take a look at a 2014 Ford F-150 and it was perfect for me. Dave is a true professional. It had a loud exhaust system that sounded amazing but I got pulled over for it. After realizing that it was illegal, Dave and I came to a solution that made me happy. Overall I had a great first experience and when I have to go back again for another F-150 he will be the first one I call!

People working there were easy to deal with and willing to put the price down a little bit on the vehicle i had purchased. I asked prior to buying it if they had done an inspection and they said yes and came to learn it was definitely not looked at very well. One door in the back wouldnt even open from the inside, 3 days after buying it the truck wouldnt even start for 20 minutes and now won t start whatsoever. The suspension almost immediately started having issues with the lower ball joints a few days after my purchase which any mechanic could notice easily. Would not look to this place to purchase another used vehicle again.

These people are hacks! Lazy unprofessional hacks but they put on a good front. The vehicle we had bought was clearly not put back together properly after it was clearly taken completely apart reassembled. The doors were not even tightend down and hanging off the frame. The engine was replaced and nothing was tightened to specs in some cases such as the coolant system it was clearly cut out and most of the screw hose clamps that they had replaced while peacing the system back together where not even tightened down causing an overheat that became a catastrophic engine failure. I would never buy from these people again. Not even a cup of ice. I will be investigating and gathering more evidence to pursue legal actions against the company if possible and continue to spread the word of our experience until this company closes there doors. They deserve negative stars.

Didn t get a good feeling about this place. Was told car I was looking at was a one owner. Looked at carfax and it was two. He said car was excellent and I would buy when I got there. Found many flaws and some that seemed to be possible major damage to one area that the car inside and out was put together wrong and not even completely put back together. Every time I asked a questions he shrugged it off as I don t know or he changed subject. Very disappointed since I drove a long ways. I would take caution and do your due diligence if looking at buying from this place.

Dave & Liz are amazing people. Highly recommend buying a car from them! I bought my Mazda CX-5 from them, they are extremely easy to work and communicate with. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. 10/10 customer service.

Just bought my newer ram rebel!This dealership is not like others..No push no rush no bs.Just honesty and respect.. Dave was very helpful with my trade in options and made everything super easy. His finance lady was absolutely amazing! She was great help. I highly recommend this car dealer!

I want to say I am really impressed with the service and follow through at Heartland. My 19 year old daughter bought a vehicle from Heartland. After a month she had some issues with the vehicle, called and Heartland took care of the issue. Paid for the tow and repair, which in the end was minor, thankfully. A+ service. Nice work. Will recommend to friends and family.

Awesome place to buy a car! I recommend to everyone to get your car here. I came in after returning a car to a different dealership because that one was a lemon and that dealership didn't give me my money back right away, they were going to mail it to me in 7-10 days. So I didn't have a down-payment. Then I had to go through a lot of hoops to be able to get financed for the car that I wanted and Don was super helpful through the whole experience. He even let me sign a counter check for when my down-payment was back in my bank account I could just call and let them know to cash the check. I would give this dealership so many more stars if I could. I've never worked with kinder people. Will only be making car purchases from Heartland Auto from now on. Thank you so much!!

We unfortunately ended up not being able to get the car we really wanted but the experience I had here was unlike any dealership I've been to. Donato was so great and you can tell right off the bat he is an honest guy and genuinely just wants to help you get a new vehicle. I highly recommend getting a car from here!

Would recommend anyone and everyone to shop for a vehicle here from Don. We walked in and he was so kind, honest and upfront right from the start. Very nice to work with. We needed an SUV for growing family and we ended up buying from him day of. He offers private inspection and does his own too. We looked at multiple places and didn't feel good about any of them until we stepped foot in Heartland Auto. Can't thank you enough for all your help for our family!

I've never had a car dealer talk me out of buying a car... After agreeing to terms we had a mechanic look at the vehicle and found an issue Heartland was not aware of. The owner Dave called me to explain the situation and told me he could not sell the car in this condition. His honesty and integrity is impressive. While i haven't bought a car from these guys yet I would recommend them to anyone. I hope to buy a car here someday soon.

My 19 year old daughter bought a car from Dave, 3 weeks later it had a problem, we called, he had it towed, he had the problem fixed, did not charge her we will recommend him to everyone! Way to do the right thing!!! More car dealerships need to follow Dave s lead!!!

Donato is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Very open and honest about the vehicle your looking at. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle from them, I ran into some problems that should've killed the entire deal but no, Donato worked it out with me and made the whole thing seem like nothing. Buy something from this place, you won't be sorry. My son loves the Durango!

This place is above the rest. I purchased a used 2014 vehicle that had 50k miles on it. There were a few issues that i needed addressed after the car was purchased and they did not hesitate get them taken care of. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Its not often that a dealership will help you with your purchase even after they have made a sale. Im extremely pleased with my experience. Thank you!

We were very nervous purchasing a car from the Facebook marketplace, but my husband found a car he loved and despite originally being told we could not take the car to be checked out by our personal mechanic before purchasing the car, we still went through with it. Within a couple of months we were having electrical issues with it-I jumped the gun and assumed we had been jipped. After writing a negative review, the owner, Dave, contacted me and my husband directly and 100% rectified the situation. They sent out a tow and fixed the car at no additional charge. He assured me they absolutely allow an inspection by another mechanic before purchase, and he was deeply sorry we did not get the correct information. He mentioned he takes that so seriously that this team member would be terminated for giving us the wrong information. While we did not mean for it to get to that level, we respect Dave and how he runs his business by even considering taking that step. We really appreciate the service we received and are happy to have been proven wrong from our original review. Thank you, Dave-We really appreciate everything you did!

So after almost a year of owning a car that was bought from here I am ready to share my experiences. Donato? Took advantage of a couple of teenagers buying their first car and sold us a pos. Over the past year we have spent more than a grand on repairs, been broken down on the road 4 times and suffered far more grief than needed. Word of advice people take any car you're interested from here to a mechanic and please if they want to sell you the car as is just don't do it. You sir, are a terrible sleazeball of a person. Would be negative stars if possible.

I had a great experience buying my First car from here but the downside is I have had my car for 8 months and I have already replaced the thermostat there was air in my coolant and needed 2 new shocks in the front and now needs new head gasket that s $3000 and now I m 8,000 into my Jeep because of labor repairs my Jeep only had 97k now it s at 106k I m so disappointed that they said they already fixed some of this stuff there s more reviews on here saying the exact same thing (they bought a car and after a while they had to put more into it then what they bought it for) I would not recommend this place!!

Bought a vehicle and 20 minutes down the road started having problems, I called the guy and he had me turn around immediately and gave me a full refund, best small dealership I've ever been to, hopefully he gets other vehicles I'm interested in, I will return immediately, great guy awesome to work with even tho it didn't work out, highly recommended
