Discount Tire is a GREAT place to get tires or fix tires. They are always on time receiving cars for appointments. The guys in the reception area really know their stuff and often recommend options. The guys in the shop are well trained and speedy, yet always being safe. Our cars are always in & out just as they quote us. I'd recommend DISCOUNT TIRES to anyone!!!

I realized my tires needed replacement and called discount tire. I was helped by Joe who was very helpful, patient and courteous . Went I went in, I got to work with Luke and Jose, they were both very courteous, professional and helpful. I was blown away by how nice everyone was and how they were able to accommodate me the same day. Thank you guys so very much for this wonderful experience. I will recommend this place. Tires felt great as I drove away!

I worked with Jose on fixing a flat for my trailer. I dropped it off and got a text it was complete. I missed the closing time, and they were kind enough to unlock and get me my tire. Great service, I buy all my tires from them .

Fast, friendly staff and ethical service. I went in for a routine tire rotation and asked them to look at my drivers side/front tire, on random occasion I had a low tire indicator and had to put air in that tire. After rotating and checking my tires they found a screw in my tire. Fixed it at no charge, and had me in & out in less than 30 minutes. With a great experience and smile on my face. Thank you, I will absolutely be returning for future services.

I am so impressed by their customer service as they consistently deliver the best around. I was shocked by their willingness to help even on a tire that was not purchased there. They have my business for all of my vehicles. Great job!!!

Great staff. Very fast turnaround. I made an appointment for a tire balancing. Turned out I need 4 new tires. Had them in stock. I rolled out in less than an hour.

Went to 3 different retailers to fix/re-balance/re-mount some poorly installed tires by a different company. I was without hope. Stopped into the Rogers store while driving by one day and Jake and his crew came to the rescue. They took all 4 tires off and found that one wheel was way off balance and likely lost the weights after install. Another wheel had the tire mounted incorrectly and had caused the vehicle to shake while driving. Jake took care of me and my vehicle finally drives smooth again. They are a customer-first company driven by great culture here at the Rogers store. Greatly appreciated how they went above and beyond even when they weren t their tires or their problem. Will only come to Discount Tire for my tire needs moving forward.

Have always had good service here and our last visit was no different. The store was busy but it didn't stop Gavin from explaining options to the customer before us. He took the time that was needed to help the customer without rushing. He was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. We had a great experience and will continue to be customers of the Rogers location.

Always great service from this location and very helpful staff no matter the situation. Was going out with my wife to eat at the El Loro next door and heard hissing when we got out of the car. Turns out we caught a piece of a razor blade in a tire. Ran over to ask the guys closing up shop if there was any chance they could help. It was 7:30 so the Discount Tire was closed, but Tom took the car and patched the tire for us on the spot. Extremely grateful for the service!

Amazing service! Brought truck to have flat fixed. They didn't charge me anything! I didn't even buy the tires from them, but have bought 2 sets for other vehicles in past year. I will definitely buy from them when I need new tires!

I want to commend the manager Luke, Jose, and the rest of the staff at this location. I had brought my car in for service on the Jan 15th, and while there, I witnessed another customer shouting foul language at employees. He was upset at how long it was taking to service his vehicle, and continued on with how much money he is worth and how important he was. Luke kept a calm demeanor and tried to explain the situation to him. Not all vehicles come in for the same service, some take longer than others. This customer threw a tantrum like an immature child. I couldn't help but laugh out loud, which then triggered his aggression toward me. He then tried 'recruiting' other customers to his cause and threw his paperwork back at Luke after it was handed to him. The employees demonstrated excellent customer service and showed me why I return to this location.

Fast and friendly service. They had 3 or 4 guys changing the tires on our car. Took maybe 20 minutes. They also gave us a deal on wiper blades. Would recommend

The dudes here are awesome. I called to ask if I could get some tires thrown on today, they said they were booked but could make it happen. I showed up and they told me they could knock it out within an hour. They did. Both of the guys at the counter were awesome, friendly and informative.The technician was great too. Dude came out, gave me the scoop of what he did, and tossed my old tires in the back of the truck like I had asked. He also torqued everything down correctly, even my spacers.Ive never had an issue with any Discount Tire Ive been to, but this place was the best by far. Good people working here, actually feel confident leaving here instead of worrying if my lugs will be stripped.Thanks to all the people working here, you guys rock.

Incredible customer service. Worked with Tom today, and he couldn t have been more helpful and nice. Even price matched a flash sale discount from the website and knocked some $ off. Late evening arrival and these guys came through like they ALWAYS do.

They were respectful and honest, they were not pushy when I declined windshield wipers. I felt comfortable there (I rarely do in public). The employees were very cool and seemed passionate about automotive. They were 100% cool with me watching my get worked on from behind the glass. And The service was fast.

Got rims back in 2018 ,lost socket to remove tires ,,call them they replaced it for nothing,Now that is customer service at it's best, will always recommend discount tire,

They got me really affordable tires , but the service was terrible they told me over the phone they're taking walk in...and it's a two hour wait. I asked if they had wifi they said yes.. so I figured I can work from there and wait to get Mt tires put in. Well the wifi was connected with no service and I couldn't work. Then I asked them to put my tires in my truck...after waiting 3 plus hours about to drive off... I decided to double check my truck and ...guess what they didn't put them in..so I had to drive back.They thanked me for my patience on the way out but really they should've offered a discount or something... its ridiculous. If it wasn't for the price of the tires... they would never see my face again.

Had an appointment set up and was told it would take 30 min and it took them over an hour and half to get my car in to work on it sadly will be finding a new place after this experience

I have 4 vehicles and 3 of them have multiple sets of wheels and tires. Ive had them do anywhere from trailer tires all the way up to 37 inch mud tires on 22 inch rims. I drive past several tire shops on my way here and is the only place (unless in a pinch) that I will use. Highly recommend

Friendly, nice clean lobby/waiting area. I appreciate the free Rotation and balance with tire purchase. We've been long-time customers because of that.
