Worked at Roger location as a Mobile Technician, loved the work atmosphere and management for mobile service, top quality technicians that work to get any customer back on the road. Go to any of Allstate Peterbilt dealerships and you ll find that they go out of their way to get you what is needed done in a timely manner.

The mobile service is awesome they are the best around! Prices are reasonable along with turn around time. The manager is Canadian and loves his syrup!!

When I arrived they literally had 40 trucks ahead of me. They offered the option of having mobile mechanic come and I look at it. Rather spend a little extra than be down 2 weeks. Got me diagnosed and fixed in 2 days rather than 2 weeks! Great place better yet, great people and outstanding customer service! Will definitely be back! Hopefully not too soon!!

Mark Simonson saw us broke down in our car hauler Peterbilt 389 (you all know that working on car haulers is never fun) but he still pulled over and help us get back on the road.Went above and beyond in MULTIPLE WAYS with no expectations just doing the nice thing.Would highly recommend and plan to keep his card in my truck just in case for the future

If your looking for customer service this is not the place to go. I Make a stop here at least once a week for the company I work for.Many times more than not I walk into the parts department and I stand there for 3 to 4 minutes before I am acknowledged. I understand if they are on the phone with a customer but if its more than a couple of minutes, at least acknowledge I'm there an say someone will be with you shortly. There will be 3 guys behind the counter 1 on the phone and 2 on there computers and nothing for minutes.. Just horrible service.

Dave and the team in Rodgers are great! They get us in and out with speed and quality. They do not see many Detroits so no CPU work but general maintenance is spot on.

Had to stop for a forced regen because our truck was running with a derated engine and was not giving us the option to manually start the process anymore no matter what we attempted. As soon as we walked in we were treated awesome and promptly to our issue and Adam personally took it upon in finding the cause for our specific problem as it seemed to be a recurring problem. They way he explained things and his awesome patience made possible for this service experience to be quite an educational crash course of how our truck could operate more efficiently and gave us tips in how to make it run better. Needless to say their professionalism and attention to genuine customer satisfaction are worth mentioning that it merits praise. Their entire staff makes you feel welcomed and engaged you almost feel like you are one of the VIP local clientele. I felt this review was the least i could do justice to the great experience everything turned up to be. Definitely a place worth mentioning for your working truck to be. Thanks guys! We are back in the road with no more issues whatsoever! And learned new things along the way to make it even better! Great job everyone!

Hello, very nice people to deal with but they have timeline issues with no since of urgency. We have had our truck at their shop for close to a month waiting on parts. The follow-up is nonexistence, always waiting on a call back. Spoke with Dillon this am, again no answer to the question when will the truck be repaired.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I want several shop, but this peterbilt there is no customer service especially the guy sitting on the front desk and also he charge me four and half hours that didn t work on my truck

We brought our dump truck there, with an appointment to have clutch adjustments done. After about 25 minutes or so "Dylan" tells me the technician says we can't adjust your clutch due to the rear main is leaking and there is chunks of clutch spring laying in the housing..Says this truck needs a new clutch and I don't recommend driving it, it could ruin the bell housing! Quoted me $4,430.80 to fix, I asked what do I owe for todays half hour inspection$160 for labor and $15.84 "miscellaneous"?for a total of $175.84 to tell me I need a new clutch. wow

I recently had an appointment for Saturday morning but I ended up unloaded Friday afternoon. So I called to see if I could bring my truck in adapter. I was told that would be no problem to come on in. When I got there I was pleased to find plenty of room to park. I was greeted by the staff like I was family or a friend. I explained what my needs were and they completely understood them. Mark did his research and then just moved right on it. He did everything I asked for and left my truck like he had never stepped into it. I was out of there in less than a hour and had the best customer service that I have ever received from any and I mean any Peterbilt dealership!! It truly was a pleasure dealing with these guys!! Do not let them touch your truck. My truck landed there after a deer hit they messed up all the electrical system and software of the truck it had to through factory software installation at my local dealer to be fixed which i ended up paying for plus worst customer service i had to call multiple times and email them before i got my invoice. Would never take my truck here for any repairs at all. Very unprofessional.

I drive truck and my bosses yard is very close to this Peterbilt so you can imagine how often my truck goes in there. It s there right now. They are a very busy Peterbilt so it is hard to get into there but they do good work for the most part. They do forget some things like software updates and so on but for the most part they aren t a bad place to go to. The staff isn t overly friendly but they aren t rude so take that you want.

Showed up unannounced and they were able to squeeze me in and repaired in the same day. The only thing I could complain about was the weather. LOL Will definitely recommend to others and will gladly return if needed

Ordered and purchased a brand new 2021 579 from South St Paul, MN location and the process went well up until the delivery. Very disappointed in the delivery process...though my salesman, Ben was knowledgeable and helpful.I was reluctant to trust any warranty or service work to be performed by Allstate Peterbilt Group because of the terrible delivery experience in South St Paul, MN. Then I met some of the team at the Rogers, MN location.The Rogers, MN location is very friendly, accommodating, punctual, and knowledgeable. They have listened to my concerns and frustrations and have always had my equipment diagnosed and repaired correctly and on schedule.Dillion uses his excellent customer service skills to 'Make Things Right' when it comes to warranty issues and Ashley uses her smile and friendliness to make me feel welcomed.I appreciate the mechanics, parts department (including Zander), and service writers at Allstate Peterbilt Group, Rogers, MN. If you have options don't come to this place. After 3 full days of having the vehicle, telling me that it's fixed, I now have the exact same fault codes that were the reason I came in the first place.And I'm being told that "hopefully we can work you in."

Wish I could give 0 stars. Stay away from this place unless you like to be ripped off and spend half a day to get almost no work done.They will stretch their time fixing your truck until you find out they can t or won t get the part you need.Then you will have to pay for all the time truck was sitting there and only minutes was spent on actual work done.And when it comes time to pay, your bill is presented with the evil smile, you know then. that you where screwed.Once again STAY AWAY IF YOU LOOKING FOR HONEST SHOP!!!

Rip Off service shop. My driver went in at 1:30 pm with a clear knowledge what was wrong with the truck - needed a new AC coolant hose. Mechanic looked and agreed. The next four hours he was being told they are looking if they have the part (?!) The receptionist kept putting me on 10 min hold every time I called even though my driver saw her not talking to anyone else during this time. Conveniently, right after 5:30 pm when the option of getting service elsewhere completely vanished we were told they do not have the right part but they can fix it up so he can make it to the next place and do it right... They did, too can't take it away from them and for that the two stars... told me they would charge hour and a half for labor which totaled $217.50 plus $38.92 for parts and $33.53 for mysterious "Miscellaneous" Do the math, TA down the block would have probably came out at the same rate but would have not had to go to the shop again. We are all in business to make money, but this is not the way you should

They didn't fix the problem with My Truck by missing a second factory recall on The DEF cooling system. Truck has been down for 7 week's now

Diagnosed quickly within 2 hr guarantee. 3.5 days to replace valve seals and clean emissions components contaminated from oil. Under warranty now called a campaign because recall sounds bad. Lol.

I love the Allstate Peterbilt franchise. They seem much easier to work with compared to others. Orville was a great guy to work with. Got my hood straps for me ASAP and I was back on the road in no time.

They don't stand behind their work. Did brakes two times on our truck both times they did the work rear inner axle seal were not leaking before they did the rear brakes after work was done they were leaking took it back to them and they charged me both times. Won't be back.

First time there and Last time thereTook them a full day to do a simple PM service. Front counter guy Mark is a jerk and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Boyer trucks is next door you're much better off going there.

All ways on hold,hours of service keep diminish!! One time we're open till Midnight then covid was 10pm. Now 8pm I'm sure by summer it will be noon.

It is a great place. the parts guys go way out of the way to help the customers get the parts they need and the service is great too. They will fix almost anything and do a good job
