We just drove across the country from Alabama to purchase a 2004 Airstream in Minnesota, we knew when dealing with this business over the phone that they were great. When we arrived to pick up our camper they were so on top of everything, they filled it with water, had it plugged in so we could test all the systems. Veronica was amazing to work with, and the techs were also great. We wouldn t hesitate to purchase from this company again, just all around great experience.

***My review revolves around their ability to fill up Propane tanks.***Starting off with my first web page info request, The staff immediately responded to my info request about filling LP tanks. (it seems so many businesses are slow to respond to online info requests through their web pages, this was NOT one of those businesses)Today I went to top off a 20LB tank i had at home. Upon arrival The receptionist behind the desk was very friendly and welcoming. She was able to get another worker who fills tanks to help me literally within minutes. The whole process was less than 10 minutes and very cost effective. %100 satisfied especially since the process was MORE EASY and fast than a tank exchange even at a local gas station. %100 will go back for future tank fills.

Paid $800 for a small weld to be placed on the tank of my water heater as it was leaking. After some research, a brand new water heater would have been $500, (I guess negligence on the customer for not knowing.) 3 months down the road, and now my tank is leaking in the same spot. We are now 1,200 miles away traveling for work and All Campers wants me to somehow either get my water heater to them for diagnostics, or find another facility to diagnose the issue. Not a happy customer and I wouldn t recommend as now I m out $800 and back to square one with no reasonable solution in sight. They also refused to work with my extended warranty company as All Campers believed the claim would have been denied. I now know to do further research as a customer before getting taken advantage of.

I can not say enough, blown away! I had some front end damage to my little 2008 camper last year. After painstaking patchwork on my part, doesn't compare to the rock solid job Brenden did here! It's like it never even happened. I'm so thankful for his expertise making my camper look perfect again, thank you, thank you!!!!

We had new flooring and carpet installed in our Itasca motorhome over the winter. Very pleased with the result. Everything was done to a very high standard.

Andrew and his team repaired our 1975 Class C rig. They did great work for a fair price, and the communication from them was excellent. We had a ton of work done, and Andrew called us at every step to let us really be in control of our budget and our project. We know very little about RV's, and he was super patient in asking questions. Pro tip - this place books up pretty far in advance for major work. Suggest calling at least 3 months in advance.

Will never go there again. I met the owner. He treated me bad like high school bully bad. He should be ashamed and embarrassed.-update 10-6-23What I hear is you take zero responsibility about what happened. You must have more unhappy customers what you said never happened with me.

EV service call. I ve tried reaching out about my customer to help resolve their issue and can t get a straight answer about how to help them! I sell warranties and need to make sure my customer is taken care of and he bought this EV from this location. I ve tried calling in the morning and in the afternoon and have yet to receive an answer back from them about whether my customer would be covered with our service contract. Not cool! Why should I recommend a place that won t respond to my calls? I can t. Hopefully this gets me a response!

I made appt for AC service. Technician came to the job without proper supplies. No compressor. No vacuum. No way to clear clogged coils. He borrowed my battery powered house vacuum to clean the coils. Very unprofessional in my opinion. And very expensive to send a guy out unprepared. Took awhile to get in for an appointment. Took a week to get it done but there was a lot of work to do, replace worn equipment, plumbing, and wiring and explained all they did. They are very reasonable.

This is an excellent place to have a camper repaired.there were some delays on my latest experience but I am very please with the work they do. I had torn my roof on a low hanging branch on July 5th and they could not fit me in until Sept 20. The problem was that that was also the time the rain started and so there was further damage to my roof, Evan though I had patched with flex tape.

I gave a low score because I needed an estimate done on damage to my camper and they weren't really willing to make amends to accommodate my needs. They charge $3.00 a mile to travel to your location, + $100 to do the estimate. I felt that this was too much and did not use their services.

I brought in camper to get estimate, as they are a new business and I needed a little work done on camper. ( trying to support local business). When I went to pick up and pay bill it was almost double the quote. When I said it was high he said, " what else would you do not fix it ?" He did take off some and balance due was still a 1/3 more than quoted. Will not be going back.

I brought my rv in to figure out why the ac kept popping a breaker and to have an oil change on the generator.They did a good job on the generator.My ac still trips the breaker.They charged my battery and told me it was good.I took it out this weekend thinking I'd have fun.Instead hooked up to shore power my breaker still trips.I as a daycare provider was able to figure out the converter was bad.You'd think these guys would have a better grasp of rv's?440.00 for an oil change and to charge my battery is nuts.Oh and they charged me to clean my toilet. I never asked them to do so.Very unhappy with this place and will never recommend let alone return there again.

We have had our Airstream in twice to All Campers. Once to fix rear end shell cap and again this fall for hail damage. We are very satisfied with the work and how our unit looks. If it wasn't for All Campers we are sure our Airstream would of been totaled out from hail damage. Very good work and at a affordable price we highly recommend. We brought our camper from Western South Dakota to be worked on and worth every mile of traveling to get there. Very good people to work with.

Staff was super busy and made sure to squeeze is on before the weekend on short notice. Super friendly courteous and best of all reasonably priced. Thank you ALL Campers! We will be returning for any future work we need done.

Super pleased with our experience. Brought our Safari Condo Alto in for a repair under warranty, some cosmetic touch-ups, and de-winterization. Andrew and crew were professional and courteous. Super impressed with their attention to detail and explanation of the process for us. They worked smoothly with our trailer manufacturer to take care of the warranty issue. We're pretty particular about where we go. Will gladly skip places closer to us in order to have this shop work on our trailer. They earned our business. Thanks, All Campers for taking such good care of us!

One of the best experiences we've encountered anywhere. Fast, friendly, courteous, and professional every step of the way. We were in a jam, and without and Andrew fit us in and got us back on the road in under an hour. If you need RV repair anywhere near Rockville, make these guys your 'go to' choice!

Drove in with slides and auto levelers not working. They had us back up and running within 30 minutes. The personnel was friendly and courteous, we couldn't be happier!

Sold me a hot water heater for my camper at a good price ( cause he got a deal on them ) then it burnt out 2 electronic boards which he didn't warranty , and charged for an install the was very poor , butt splices , loose wires, very poor job, I also contacted Atwood directly the manufacturer for the hot water heater and they said the switch wouldn't cause the issue, but being u were not an authorized dealer u couldn't warranty the boards for me and that the difference was the 3rd board that u installed is an aftermarket board , and u charged me for both boards and to install the ( proper switch ) which is the poor wiring job I am referring to
