Said they fixed water line problems,,payed $400. Had to return 2x and they looked at it and found $1600 dollars more in water line problems.Initial receipt stated no more leaks .

I am so grateful that they squeezed in my appointment. Got a tire fixed and evaluated my loose steering. Good price too.

I have been going to Hanson Auto for over 40 years. They do excellent work with competitive pricing. They also have been there for me anytime I have had something go wrong even if it's a little thing to help me out and have even fixed a few small things with no charge. I very highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable mechanical advice. Reasonably priced and honest. The manager David, takes the time to explain things to you and doesn't talk down to you. Like some of the other shops. Good people!

Great service every time! I'd highly recommend these guys for anything. I need my car for a living, these guys are fast and reliable! These guys are trustworthy, honest and to the point. I have gone here many times and they always give competitive prices with very good service. I always recommend these guys because their word carries weight and they don't sugar anything.

Hanson Auto Services gives great service. Their technicians are quick and efficient. The front office guys are pleasant and very helpful. They treat me like a person, not an appointment. Hanson does all my scheduled maintenance on the cars in my family. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Took a 96 ram in for all new brake lines. Thought everything went great until a week after pick up the tire came off on the freeway at 65. Figured maybe it was a fluke old pick up stuff happens. Just last week driving down the road and have no brakes!!!! They only replaced the lines going to the back brakes and not all the brake lines like was requested. Thank God no one got hurt. Had a better mechanic replace the rest of the brake lines. Will never return to these guys.

Car wouldn't start, they got me in quick, found out it was the battery and fixed me up with a new one the same day...they are always very professional!

I have had two instances of repair work from Hanson's. The first required finding used replacement parts and to fix damage. In the second instance they diligently worked over a couple of weeks trying to diagnose a random electrical issue.In summary, I found Hanson's very profesional, had anything needed for modern car diagnostics, did quality work, open and honest with recommendations, and were reasonably priced.

Nice people, but they overcharge way too much for repairs! Wanted to charge over $350 to get a outside tire rod put in. Checked around got it done and an alignment for $244!

Had a water pump put in 2000 miles ago by these guys and the seal is leaking profusely already! I go in to have the issue fixed and because I supplied the parts from their distribution center they won't warranty the labor they did on the vehicle and want me to pay them more money for labor to fix their mess up. I find that pretty shady when a company won't cover their own mess up because they didn't get to charge extra for ordering a part. The parts I supplied aren't defective but the monkey JP that put them in obviously is. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!

I won t go any where else. One time had a car breaking down in Plymouth took it to the closest place quoted 1500 for the work. They said it could drive so I came down to Hanson and a new fuel sensor later she was back running. I asked why they wanted to replace this and that and they told me they just plugged it into their computer, it said the fuel sensor was bad and that made sense with what was wrong, fixed it and she ran great.

While riding mountain bikes with my dad and brother at the local trail, my dad's jeep tire went flat. We managed to get enough air in the tire with our bicycle pumps to limp it into Hanson's. They had us back on the road in ten minutes. Great people.

I've been using Hanson Auto for my repairs for the last 8 years. They do good work, have a clean shop, and good people working there. I would recommend to any and all.

Very friendly service managers. Reasonably priced. Only negative thing I can say is the shop hours and they are closed Saturdays.

They ll kick you out of the shop for telling them about the brand new parts that are fully functional, which they are trying to have you get replaced. Textbook scammers
