Well I live in Iowa, but decided to have wal-mart change my oil while I got denture work completed next door. On my way out of Rochester my 2020 jeep Cherokee with 10000 miles and 40000 thousand dollars, started smoking and low oil pressure light came on. I immediately pulled off the interstate and shut off engine. I called walmart auto care and they told me they would have to commit to a investigation. Basically telling me to bend over and take it like a champ. 500 dollars it cost to tow my jeep home; just to find out the technician didn't install the oring/gasket on the oil filter. I made a claim to walmart and its been three weeks now with walmart calling me one time when I was at work so didn't answer...while I have called and emailed the investigator multiple times; Now they are telling me statue of limitations from a letter I received which I have replied to. SERIOUSLY GO TO JIFFY LUBE!! They mess up at times too but at least they back up their work.

Wal-Mart Auto Care Center has excellent employees working there. Honest, kind, helpful employees. I bought 4 new tires here. Other auto repair shops were expensive on new tires. Wal Mart Auto Care Center was very good on the new tire prices. Also very good selection of new tires here. Thanks, Wal-Mart Auto Care Center..

Showed up to get my battery tested and told me it was going to be a couple hours .. 1 person working on a Saturday ?! Pathetic. Don t waste your time!

They took care of our vehicle while I grocery shopped. They recommended/installed new windshield wipers and explained the bill thoroughly. They were kind, trustworthy and honest.

We stopped and paid for a a new tire to be put on our truck to replace the one that was slowly leaking air. 2 hours later... We get truck back with THE WRONG TIRE FIXED. And the employee just didn't care. He checked for a leak a d because he did find one he sent us off??? He did mention Walmart south or fleet farm if the tire lost air again a d they could fill it... (10 minutes away) and we had 40 min drive home. They were really busy, it was the day before Christmas Eve . But that's no excuse.

The worst customer service in town. Very rude and unprofessional. I have had my oil changed here twice. They Always complained that it was hard for my skid plate to be removed on my 2015 tundra. It took them about 2 hours for both times I had my truck there for an oil change. Something that took other companies no longer than 20 minutes from start to finish. Both times I came for an oil change they tried to talk me into leaving claiming that they were understaffed and I would have to wait for my oil change . After my last will change they told me not to come back again that it just took too long to do the oil change in my truck. Why just got back from an oil change at another company in town who was much more professional by the way. This company phone that the Walmart techs had either forgotten to install 4 bolts in my skid plate or they had simply fallen out from not being tightened down. I would highly recommend not having or oil changed at Walmart South in Rochester Minnesota.

Went in without an appointment they took me fairly rapidly and took care of everything quite nicely. I would certainly go back again I was lucky I guess to go at a time when they weren't busy and they took care of everything they do have a problem that I'm a little sensitive to and that is that when you're in the waiting room which does not have comfortable chairs it is a real hike to get to the restroomIt's a little tricky if you haven't been there before to find the auto service center but basically it's on the right side of the building in the back right corner

Bought and paid for new tires. Got the better brand with higher mileage and left to find out hours later that they put the cheaper tires with lower mileage warranty. Called to question this issue to find out that they only had 3 of the tire I purchased so their guy appearantly took it upon him self to downgrade my purchase so they had a full set of 4 without mentioning it to anyone and still charging me for the ones I ordered. They did fix the issue but not before trying to get me to take the tires they already put on my vehicle. Which was not what I wanted or paid for. So they replaced the tires and made things right after we noticed the problem and declined the partial refund for the wrong tires we were given. In other words double check you're purchases at Walmart tire.

Quick when they're properly staffed, but the last three times I've gone they had wait times of up to 2 hours for an oil change simply due to not being well staffed. I'd definitely recommend going to another establishment unless you plan on shopping in Walmart for 2+ hours.

They didn t have my specific tire (which most places don t) but they were fast, honest, and polite. They referred me to someone who could and didn t try to get any money out of me.

I got my oil changed in a very short time and when I went to pay they said everything looks ok except I had a year in my right cv boot that needs attention and I thought that was pretty cool they will get more of my work thank you

Went there for oil change and the process could not have been more smooth. For around $20 for the pit crew oil change, there s no complaints from me
